Today, my son and I had a disappointing experience during our visit to the hotel swimming pool. We were excited to enjoy some time swimming, upon arrival, we noticed there were no towels available on the shelves. Before we got in the pool, I approached the front desk and spoke with a female agent about our need for towels. She kindly assured me that they would be brought to the pool shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting and still no towels, my son, who was already wet, offered to go back to the front desk to follow up on our request. I appreciate that he took the initiative, but it was frustrating for both of us to have chase after something so simple. When he finally received the towels and returned to the pool. I felt quite disappointed with how the situation was handled. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom in our hotel room wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. I recorded a video to bring this to the attention of the front desk manager before we left, as I believe it is important for the hotel to be aware of these issues. The suite is very nice, with a small kitchen and a convenient desk area for working. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. There’s also a relaxing outdoor area with a fire pit, along with basketball courts to shoot around in. The hotel has a pool and workout room as well—although I didn’t use them, they both looked nice. Overall, it’s a very comfortable stay, and the location is convenient to many areas in Milwaukee, including the hospitals.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and well maintained. The pool and work area was exceptionally and clean and well stocked with towels. The room was nearly perfect. I did not need the dishwasher but if you needed it, it did not work/was installed improperly can't see the bottom because the counter is in the way. Cook top, microwave, and refrigerator were spotless on arrival and worked well. Great supply of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was wonderful.

We chose this hotel based on the high ratings posted on Hotels.com. However, when we arrived we noticed several stains on the carpet (which also had a hole in it). We also found many strands of hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn't cleaned properly. (disgusting!). The bar was not open for some reason-- staff did not provide an explanation. The hallways were a complete mess as well. For the price charged, we would recommend NOT staying at this hotel.

Overall the experience was good but when leaving. This is weather specific in they need to improve who does the snow plowing, salting of the area outside of the property. The handicap area was not shoveled or cleared off even though it had not snowed since very early morning. We checked out at 12 noon and nothing had been salted or shoveled in the handicap area. It is difficult to push through the snow while using wheelchair or a walker and then have to worry that you may fell because it was so slippery. They should have hired people who shovel the sidewalks and areas around the handicap parking. Ensure that it has been salted especially after the snow has stopped for hours and the sun is out.

We chose this location due to its proximity to the Foredert hospital across the street as we rushed up due to a family medical emergency. The property is new and the staff was very accommodating. Not only were they flexible in helping us add a day to our stay due to rushed planning on our part but there were 2 literal blizzards while we were there. They kept the parking lot plowed and navigable and the staff was addressing shoveling and snow control for the entrance. The heat worked well and we wanted for nothing. Not only is this location close to the medical facilities but it is also close to shopping/groceries and local dining so that we could get supplies for our kitchenette. They were very responsive to our needs and assisted us during a very difficult time.

I didn't receive any information from the front desk staff when I arrived. I had checked in online, so was only given my keys. I didn't have the option to use my phone as a key. No info about breakfast, the bar, the pool, or even where the elevators were. I didn't even realize that there was breakfast until I happened to walk through when I was checking out. I liked the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Good quality products. The location of the stainless steel shower fixture was...interesting. It was at waist height and on the opposite side of where you stand. The room was certainly roomy and comfortable; however, it seemed a bit stale, like nobody had been in there for a while and while it had been cleaned (I think they missed the shower), that it just hadn't been recently. The fridge was VERY loud and I eventually just shifted it off.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and was very disappointed with my stay this time. The room I was given was not what I would consider properly cleaned. There was a clear lack of attention to detail on the part of the housekeeping staff. The kitchen area was not properly cleaned and the room could use a proper deep cleaning.

Amenities were good. Poor layout of hotel itself. Pool was cold and beds are hard. Bathroom in room was nice and breakfast was great. Very disappointed in one of the 3 rooms that had been booked for our group was canceled just prior to us arriving. Not sure how that happens when it was booked 3 months ago. Poor customer service to correct the situation…

The hotel is updated, clean and very nice. Fantastic breakfast. Only issue we had is its very loud. Walls are thin and when people enter and exit thier rooms the reverberation makes it sound like someone is trying to enter tour room. Was unsettling at first bjt then we got used to it. The place was so nice we would look past that and stay again

The property is well-managed, the breakfast was great for the price, and the gym facility was very convenient and well-equipped. I rated it four stars because our toaster did not work, it was very easy to hear our neighbors moving furniture all night, and our fridge was not on when we came in. We had to have the breaker switch flipped twice, and ended up having to dispose of our night one dinner because the fridge still wasn’t cold enough for our food. Other than that, I liked the studio format which allowed us dishes, a full fridge, and sink, dishwasher, and stovetop to prepare food. The location is also very quiet, with the hospital and butterfly preserve being the only places directly adjacent to the property. It was also very close to the center of Wauwatosa village, which we certainly appreciated. Finally, the staff was very professional and provided us with blankets as soon as we needed them. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and well maintained. The pool and work area was exceptionally and clean and well stocked with towels. The room was nearly perfect. I did not need the dishwasher but if you needed it, it did not work/was installed improperly can't see the bottom because the counter is in the way. Cook top, microwave, and refrigerator were spotless on arrival and worked well. Great supply of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was wonderful.

I didn't receive any information from the front desk staff when I arrived. I had checked in online, so was only given my keys. I didn't have the option to use my phone as a key. No info about breakfast, the bar, the pool, or even where the elevators were. I didn't even realize that there was breakfast until I happened to walk through when I was checking out. I liked the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Good quality products. The location of the stainless steel shower fixture was...interesting. It was at waist height and on the opposite side of where you stand. We chose this location due to its proximity to the Foredert hospital across the street as we rushed up due to a family medical emergency. The property is new and the staff was very accommodating. Not only were they flexible in helping us add a day to our stay due to rushed planning on our part but there were 2 literal blizzards while we were there. They kept the parking lot plowed and navigable and the staff was addressing shoveling and snow control for the entrance. The heat worked well and we wanted for nothing. Not only is this location close to the medical facilities but it is also close to shopping/groceries and local dining so that we could get supplies for our kitchenette. They were very responsive to our needs and assisted us during a very difficult time.

I love the location- though my gps through me off for about 15 minutes. It’s the center of everything to get to other places in town quickly. Suggestions of where to eat were awesome and rated by others who stayed. I’ll be back on my next visit. Friendly front desk at all times.

We chose this hotel based on the high ratings posted on Hotels.com. However, when we arrived we noticed several stains on the carpet (which also had a hole in it). We also found many strands of hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn't cleaned properly. (disgusting!). The bar was not open for some reason-- staff did not provide an explanation. The hallways were a complete mess as well. For the price charged, we would recommend NOT staying at this hotel.

I think we were in a disability enabled room. The shower had only a partial door so the bathroom got pretty wet when we showered. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. I really liked this hotel!

Better than I expected. The staff were the best. They went out their way to make our stay a good one. They had everything here a pool, a nice gym,a fire Pitt, BBQ grill. The rooms were more on the high end for extended stay. Every extended stay hotel i been to was not as clean and updated as this one. I would come here again. Definitely! Mary overnight lady at desk and Justin i think his name was were just great. Awesome place. Only thing I would add is a hot tub.

From the moment we walked in (and I hate that I didnt get her name) the front desk attendant was wonderful! Very pleasant and attentive to both of us and our 2 toddlers. Bless her heart! She helped us with a number of things as we unloaded after a long day of travel. The whole place and our room were exceptionally clean and well maintained, we were able to request and receive a pack n play that was obviously clean, looked like new! Our room had a lot to offer as well, making our stay easier. Full fridge, stovetop comfy beds and the list could go on. The amenities were spectacular! The pool was heated so our littles wanted to just play and play! The patio and firepit were sublime after dark and breakfast was delicious! We especially enjoyed the waffles. When checking out the morning attendant was also very pleasant and helpful. Over all, our stay here was exactly what we needed. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and stay again.
