I was checking in on a Saturday night and I must have stood at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. I could hear a staff member in the back talking on the phone with a friend, but he couldn’t be bothered to help me. Finally, I walked back behind the front desk and asked if he could help me and it was clear I had inconvenienced him. After that, the stay was great. The room was nice and the breakfast had fine options.

I had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my entire visit. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast. The staples like scrambled eggs, waffles, coffee, and other basics were always available, but they also changed some of the hot items each day. During my stay, I saw everything from bacon and sliced sausage to chicken tinga and chicken carnitas. It was a nice touch, especially for guests staying multiple days, because it kept breakfast from feeling repetitive. The staff was also great. The housekeeping team was kind and friendly, and while some of the front desk staff may seem a little serious at first, they were always helpful, welcoming, and easy to talk to whenever I needed anything. The pool was clean and enjoyable as well. The water was a little colder than I expected, especially since it is heated (I saw that there was a water heater room), but it was still well-maintained and nice to use. Overall, the property looked well-cared-for and inviting. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. It is more expensive to stay here on weekends because of how busy it gets, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, it was great!
