Excelente opción para hospedarte en Quebec, solo toma en cuenta que el check-in es a las 4:00 pm. Si llegas muy temprano a Quebec, no podrás dejar las maletas ahí, porque este hotel no tiene Lobby o recepción. Tendrás que dejarlas en algún otro lugar (hay un lugar muy cerca de ahí). De ahí en fuera, todo muy bien. Limpio, cercano y amplio. Las camas no son del todo cómodas, pero pasan la prueba.

The apartment is spacious but a little unclean. The toilet didn't flush properly and the bedroom had no window and very little lighting, was quite cave-like. The kitchen had pots & pans, but no coffee & tea supplies provided.

Loft was clean.

The room was not ready on time, therefore I was late for my scheduled appointment. They offered me to check out at 12 noon instead on 11am which is useless.. Not evan any empathy... funny enough, if we want to cancel a reservation. We get penalized but if they change the arrangements, no repercution at all....no rate adjustment. I do not appreciate that at all. Also, no tv signal, so we could watch tv. The front desk people did not even try to help. I travel a lot and it is very disappointing to have to endure that treatment. Prime and Beautiful location but it could be so much better.
