1. Free Cancellation up to 3 Days before arrival & Fully Non-Refundable ( Full amount to be charged ) if canceled within 3 days of check-in Time/date. 2. The check-in time is 14:00 hours / 2:00 pm and its possible to check-in post-2300 hours as well as we have a 24-hour reception thus check-in late nights are possible. Being a Boutique property, we charge all the credit cards, in case if the cards won't work we send a pre-payment link to all of our guests' post booking confirmation. This helps us in preventing last-minute cancellations. However, the guests are free to cancel the booking before 7 days prior of check-in date and can avail the refund. 4. No Smoking in the rooms, there is a balcony in most rooms and outside area to smoke 5. Open Kitchen/pantry. 6. Please keep the common areas clean. 7. We need a valid passport and visa for foreign nationals and a valid photo ID and address proof for Indian nationals during check-in. 8. Breakfast Timings: 8:00 to 11:00. 9. Quiet Hours 11:00 pm to 07:00 am 10. Turn off the lights, Air-Conditioner, geysers & other electrical appliances when not in use. 11. Age restriction: only 15+ allowed. 12. Tax is not included
