Die Nähe zum Outlet und nur eine halbe Stunde vom Flughafen Denver entfernt. Mitarbeiter alle freundlich. Das einzige Negative - die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

While I was checking in the evening of September 21 st around 8 pm a gentleman was walking out of the small hotel store with 4 water bottles in hand. He was going to wait in line behind me to purchase the water but the lady checking me in said what number is your room and I will charge it to your room. The man said 444 and the women at the desk repeated 442? And the man said “yes” and walked toward the elevator. I thought at the time how odd it was that he did not need to show any ID to link his purchase to the right account. When I checked out around 6:15 AM on September 23 the same lady who had checked me in also was checking me out. She asked if I would like a receipt and I said “yes please”. When I looked at my receipt I was shocked to realize I had been charged for 2 Coke Zeros, 1 Snickers bar and 1 bag Cheetoes. I have never bought or drank a Coke Zero in my life and I had not picked up anything at the hotel store. I kindly told the lady that there must be a mistake because I did not purchase these items and she said, “it must be the person staying with you”. I told her that I was staying alone. She said there was nothing she could do and I asked to talk to her manager. The lady at the front desk said there was no one for me to talk to be she could send a dispute of my charges but I should not expect to see a refund. The shouting out of a room number while walking out of the store to a person at the desk seems to have so many potential errors. People need to show an ID.
