Super 8 by Wyndham Sturgeon Bay

Staff was amazing. We stayed during a snowstorm. We were stuck in our room for an entire day and we were not able to go anywhere to get any food until the evening time so they were kind enough to give us extra food they serve at breakfast which it was great. We were very grateful. It was still snowing pretty bad when it was time for checkout and they allow us to stay to additional hours for free. Comfortable bed. Cons: we picked this hotel because they had a pool and a hot tub and we thought that if we were stuck in there for a day, we could at least use the facilities. Well, the pool was not in service and neither the hot tub. That was pretty much the only thing we didn’t like. We will definitely consider it in the future, but I will make sure to call before making reservations to make sure the pool and hot tub are open.

The room was terrible dirty and broken. The hot water did not work l. The pool andnhot tub were broken. The pillows were tiny squares. Worst room ever i hope I get compensated

Funny to see the hotel's featured photo is of their pool. It's why we chose this hotel. It was not open during our stay. No reason given. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

When we arrived the first time at 2:38 front desk staff was extremely rude and couldn't look up from her phone but could say can't check in before 3...we hadn't even asked. When we returned at 3:25 we signed paperwork and then were told pools were not working...when asking for a discount or credit, as that was the reason we choose this hotel, we were told we can go to the Best Western 2 miles down the rode. Room extremely outdated. There was a terrible odor in the air and the carpet was not clean.
