Sleep Inn & Suites O'Fallon MO - Technology Drive

We enjoyed our quick stay here. One note to the staff I would say that travelers do not like the fake eggs and we can tell. They are fake and gross. Other than that the hotel was nice overall.

Room was very clean. Staff was lovely. The breakfast was sub par. It was hot but the offerings poor quality. Strange that the gravy for the biscuits had no sausage in it. Yuck! Drinks 24 hours was very nice. The heat and air worked wonderfully. Apart from the breakfast, it was an 10/10 stay.

It was great the place smelled like sandalwood and it was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was good, the beds were ok, the air conditioner worked. The bathroom was the worst area of the room. The faucet leaked and dripped and there was an orange rust stain the in the tub that looked like a skid mark. There was also a chunk out of the Sheetrock in the bathroom. The main concern for me was I went swimming one day and I got out and the front desk guy had locked me out of my room. I still had 5 more nights booked. He was really rude about it and I started crying. He didn’t wear a name tag so I couldn’t turn on him to management other than saying the short man with brown hair. Very rude to me and I heard him talking to other women that were checking in very poorly.
