Great stay last week in Regensburg. I stayed in room 28 which was spacious, clean and very quiet. Coffee and 1 bottle of water in room each day. Location was great, you could walk to everything. I didn’t try breakfast, instead went to the many bakeries/coffee shops. Parking was my only complaint and a bit of a pain, but I figured it out after a few days (and same challenge for most city hotels). Here’s some tips: - driving in the city can be stressful, pay attention to 1 way streets, bikes and pedestrians - use Apple Maps vs Waze/google maps, far more accurate - I would do an electric car next time, always had open spots in garage and a couple of other spots - look up the 3 to 4 parking garages online, they display the number of open spots. I had to wait a few nights when I returned as the Christmas markets brought lots of visitors into city - I did a couple of long walks the first two days to help get me oriented. This was my 3rd time to Regensburg, but first time staying in city. I would absolutely stay here again.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer ebenfalls. Leider nur ein Fahrstuhl, der ständig besetzt war. Das Frühstück ist ok, der Kaffe vom Automaten war gut. Vom Filterkaffee kann ich nur abraten, schmeckt wie abgestandenes Spülwasser.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You have ease of access to all of old town Regensburg. The hotel facilities are not four star, however. No minibar, no safe, a very cramped bathrroom with a bath under a sloped wall. Reception isn't named after seven and we couldn't see any contact info should we have had need of help. Staff are civil. We paid for a large room - and our room was large, and with a seating area.

The only issues I'd find are parking (it's 6 m8nutes wall on cobblestone roads), no m/w, refrigerador or coffee pot in the room, the rooms are not in one floor (once you get tontour floor your still have to go up ans sown on several short stairs to get to your room). Having said that, their breakfast is terrific, the location could not be better, the rooms are nice, and the staff is friendly.

Vanskelig å kjøre inn med bil, ikke parkering på stedet. Måtte ti Parkeringshus 10 minutters gange fra hotellet. Ellers var det et pent hotell med høy standard, flott plassering midt i gamlebyen, nydelig frokost og hyggelig betjening

The hotel rooms are in a renovated Altstadt building which results in some "quirks" which include an elevator to the floor one's room is on, but there may still be a few up and down stairs to negotiate with luggage to get to one's room. We (my daughter and I) travel lightly, so this was not an issue, and we had a good chuckle about the logistics. There are lots of restaurant choices within a five- to ten-minute walk and much to see and do during the daytime within walking distance. The room was nicely furnished, and we enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel does not have onsite parking, so if coming by car, recommend planning where to park before arriving in the city center. We used Arnulfsplatz Parking Garage, which put us within an easy five minute walk of the hotel.

Fernseher, Fensterbank, Schreibtischlampe sichtbarer und deutlich erkennbarer Staub. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Achtung, keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit. Jedoch gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten (öffentliche Tiefgarage) in der Nähe.

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal zu Gast. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und ist super interessant gebaut. Es ist top gepfelgt und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super. Das Personal ist mega hilfsbereit.

during our stay the sewer line was pumped and the stinch was horrible! No one advised us and we were there for 5 nights! The shower enclosure was also very dangerous! slippery shower stall and no safety handles. The staff was great and especially the big guy at the front desk was super helpful.... parking is very far away.....

Das Zimmer (Karl V) hatte eher Suite Charakter- ich persönlich mag den historischen Stil sehr. Das Schlafzimmer war ruhig, das Wohnzimmer ist nachts am WE wegen eines Clubs in der Seitengasse etwas lauter. Tolle Lage um Regensburg zu erkunden. Parken im Parkhaus am Theater ist nicht weit. Das Zimmer ist nicht komplett mit Lift erreichbar- eine kurze Treppe muss man das Gepäck schon tragen können. Insgesamt war es wirklich super.

Geweldige heel grote kamer, goed ontbijt, goede ontvangst. Bedden mogen wat minder zacht zijn. Douchen in de badkuip vergt wat acrobatiek. Douchekop hing los, zelf even gerepareerd. Bar met paarse accenten om de hoek is een aanrader.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, not great (the freshness/quality of the bread, in particular, was disappointing). Coffee could have been better too, but I'm talking Italian standards here. :) Appreciated the AC, even if it was a little on the weak side (by North American standards). But on the whole, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Direkt in der Altstadt mit modernen Zimmern. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und erstaunlich ruhig. An einigen Stellen im Zimmer muss jedoch besser Staub geputzt werden. Fernseher, Fensterbank, Schreibtischlampe sichtbarer und deutlich erkennbarer Staub. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Achtung, keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit. Jedoch gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten (öffentliche Tiefgarage) in der Nähe.

Wonderful room ( nr. 369 ) in one of the upper floors of the hotel. You are directly in the heart of the old town, where you can walk around admiring the historic buildings from the past. Very lovely staff at the breakfast which had a decent choice of local specialities ( for example Obazda cheese ) but the amazing lady with the curly short hair at the reception smashed it as I asked to store my luggage until check-in time ( I arrived in the morning using the night train from Berlin ). Thank you again for making this stay special

It is a very good hotel in the very heart of the old town of Regensburg. A well-organised property with nice rooms in a historical building. The room I had was very cosy and warm. Great stay last week in Regensburg. I stayed in room 28 which was spacious, clean and very quiet. Coffee and 1 bottle of water in room each day. Location was great, you could walk to everything. I didn’t try breakfast, instead went to the many bakeries/coffee shops. Parking was my only complaint and a bit of a pain, but I figured it out after a few days (and same challenge for most city hotels). Here’s some tips: - driving in the city can be stressful, pay attention to 1 way streets, bikes and pedestrians - use Apple Maps vs Waze/google maps, far more accurate - I would do an electric car next time, always had open spots in garage and a couple of other spots - look up the 3 to 4 parking garages online, they display the number of open spots. I had to wait a few nights when I returned as the Christmas markets brought lots of visitors into city - I did a couple of long walks the first two days to help get me oriented. This was my 3rd time to Regensburg, but first time staying in city. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel rooms are in a renovated Altstadt building which results in some "quirks" which include an elevator to the floor one's room is on, but there may still be a few up and down stairs to negotiate with luggage to get to one's room. We (my daughter and I) travel lightly, so this was not an issue, and we had a good chuckle about the logistics. There are lots of restaurant choices within a five- to ten-minute walk and much to see and do during the daytime within walking distance. The room was nicely furnished, and we enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel does not have onsite parking, so if coming by car, recommend planning where to park before arriving in the city center. We used Arnulfsplatz Parking Garage, which put us within an easy five minute walk of the hotel.

I had a great experience at Arch. The hotel is very central, ideally located. There is some street noise in the evening due to proximity to cafes and street life (if the windows toward the back of the hotel are open), but I found it a pleasant way to partake in the energy of the old city. The daily room cleaning was excellent. The staff took note of my habits and cleaned in so to support me (e.g. layout of the bed, and bottles of water). I highly recommend the hotel!
