Gute, relativ ruhige Lage. Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, Kaffee sehr gut. Betten für 2 Personen sehr klein, 140-160 cm breit. Wenige Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Zimmer werden recht warm. Ein Hallen-Schwimmbad wäre toll. ;-) Preis-Leistung passt.

Overall my stay here was Good. However I think they owe me one night for putting me at a stinky-smoking room on my first night. I did not sleep well and woke up with a clogged nose because of the bad air quality in the room. It is a non-smoking hotel but that room was heavy smoke smell. I dont understand why the management of Hampton doesnt seem to pay attention to this important detail. The housekeepers are very polite and really hardworking, except they dont have the proper cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness of the carpet. In the second room I got moved to, 2nd floor, the carpet has got big stains maybe from the previous guests and was still wet when I got in. The carpet on the hall was stained everywhere. However credit to the housekeepers who really are working hard to keep the hotel clean and guests satisfied. The fridge in my room was not cooling too. Gym was good. The breakfast was great! Transportation around the area was efficient, there are small buses to take you to the nearest train station) if you dont want to walk), Outlet mall and to Zeytinburnu markets. My husband and I found the place good overall, the staff spoke very conversational English. We booked to come back again for another 3 nights and I hope they give us the better room without any smoke smell-as this is one of the main reason we booked the hotel- as a non smoking hotel.

Yatak boyutu iki kişi için çok çok çok küçük. Genel olarak oldukça temizdi. Banyoda diş fırçalarını koymak için bir bardak bile yoktu aynı şekilde her zaman standart olan pamuk kulak çöpü vb. şeyler yine yoktu.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einiger interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider ist an der Rückseite des Hotels ein Bahnhof,dieser verursacht erheblichen Lärm. Insbesondere in der Nacht. Nachteilig ist auch der Speisesaal angeordnet. Dieser befindet sich im direkten Bereich der Lobby. Das Personal in der Lobby und Speisesaal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das kann ich leider nicht von den Putzfrauen im Bereich meines Zimmers sagen. Hast du kein Trinkgeld aufs Bett gelegt, so hast keine Selbstverständlichkeiten (Tütenkaffe, Kaffeeweißer) bekommen. Benutzte Gläser und Tassen wurden nicht gereinigt. So etwas stört natürlich dem Gesamteindruck des Hauses. Da ich nur 4 Nächte in dem Hotel war, kann man diese Unannehmlichkeiten verkraften. Für einen längeren Zeitraum würde ich mich nicht mehr für dieses Hotel entscheiden

Es war wundervoll!! Wir waren zu dritt als Freundesgruppe dort und alles war hervorragend. Das Hotel bietet Ruhe, Sicherheit und Comfort, mit einer unglaublich guten Anbindung zu allen Orten in Istanbul. Im Hotel ist es sehr sauber und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. In 3min ist man an der Marmaray Station und kommt damit überall hin. Einen großen Beitrag für die familiäre Atmosphäre im Hotel hatte Ramazan Bey bei der Sicherheit. Seine Schichten waren ein Highlight, er hat sich um alles gekümmert. Fatih Bey an der Rezeption hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir sind den beiden sehr dankbar für ihre Freundlichkeit. Wenn wir in Istanbul sind, dann nur noch dieses Hotel (Fatih ve Ramazam Bey, görüşmek üzere) !! Lieben Dank an das ganze Team ;)

However, there were many things that are expected at a Hilton but not at this one; the service provided was unfortunately far below the "Hilton" brand, and I won't list these shortcomings individually. We spent a comfortable 6 nights here. Tge hotel is modern, clean, with helpful staff The rooms are a good size and quality with fridge, water and tea coffee making. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice hot or cold. The hotel is in a excelent location, next to the castle, local eateries and shops, but also next to the train/metro station. You can get alover from here and return to this quite area in the evening away from the busy old town. Highly recomended.

Gute, relativ ruhige Lage. Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, Kaffee sehr gut. Betten für 2 Personen sehr klein, 140-160 cm breit. Wenige Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Zimmer werden recht warm. Ein Hallen-Schwimmbad wäre toll. ;-) Preis-Leistung passt.
