There were things we've appreciated, such as friendly host, who tried his best to help us, cheerful dog and cheap price. However the list of disappointing things is much longer. The biggest problem was dirty towels with black spots, which looked like it fell on the floor. Midsize towels were almost clean, but two big towels had a significant dirt. The toilet had a leak, so the host asked us to close the input valve after every use of the toilet. These two problems must be fixed before hosting anyone, but a few other issues I'd like to mention below. There were rust in the bathroom, the drain was dirty and after taking a shower the water leaked from shower cabin. We've stayed during winter and to hear cold room we've used Air conditioner. However it produced a screaming noise every couple hours which woke up us in the middle of the night, when we complained the host said it's normal. Hair dryer was also dirty and sticky to touch, we assume it had never been cleaned before. The room smell bad as if someone smoked inside some time ago. We appreciated to meet the host personally and we hope our feedback can improve the accommodation in the future.

Good location, just outside the busy Siracuse. Close to the beach and with good options for restaurants only 4 km away. Staff friendly and helpful, confortable bed and plenty of parking.
