Positives: -sehr schön gestalteter Eingangsbereich mit Teich, Brücke und Deko -Essens Bereich war außergewöhnlich schön, Mitarbeiter waren sehr schnell beim Nachfüllen und Abräumen, tolle Beleuchtung zudem gab es auf jeden Tisch kleine Lampen die man selbstständig bei Bedarf anschalten kann -das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich schön ,sehr geräumig, -das Bett war SEHR bequem( wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen) zudem gab es 3 sehr Kissen für jeden Gast - Bademantel vorhanden -Kühlschrank der gekühlt hat -Sehr viel Möglichkeiten die Kleidung unterzubringen -sehr schöner Poolbereich (zwei Saunen mit der Möglichkeit früher an machen zu lassen) -Pool geöffnet von 6 Uhr bis 22 Uhr -Mitarbeiter haben Deutsch gesprochen -sehr ruhig,sehr Schallisoliert -Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage -Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die dazugehörige Beach Bar mit leckeren Speisen und Getränken zu erschwinglichen Preisen - im Eingangsbereich befanden sich Automaten mit Getränken, Snacks und Drogerie Artikel sowie eine Mikrowelle -Sehr gutes Internet Negatives: -zu wenig Harken für Handtücher -Toilettenpapier Halterung zu dicht an der Toilette, wir müssten das Toilettenpapier abnehmen, daher war der Halter bereits Lose -Tägliche Reinigung wäre besser nicht nur wenn man darum bittet (Sand vom Strand) -das Wasser im Pool viel zu kalt -die Düsen im Whirlpool waren teilweise Defekt -im Poolbereich die Toilettentür ist aus Glas war nicht ausreichend Blickdicht
