Hôtel récent, c'est propre! Les femmes de ménages sont gentilles et font leur travail. La restauration est bonne et variée ça va. Ne prenez pas les beignets le matin (bambaloni) pas bon du tout et très mal exécuté. Quant au personnel de restauration quand je demande une boisson ils demandent vous allez payer comment?! Puis une fois servi le serveur vous fait lever pendant le repas pour aller payer, je n'ai jamais vu ça. Pourquoi ne pas attendre la fin du repas et j'irais payer comme partout. Il avait l'air très stressé par rapport à ces 9 dinars. Concernant la chambre c'est propre et confortable sauf un gros point noir, il n'y a pas de salle de bain. Zéro intimité, un coin lavabo et une cabine de douche dans la chambre pas de porte rien. Autre gros inconvénient, le mélange d'eau chaude eau froide se fait très mal, ça coule froid puis brûlant puis froide, gros risque de brûlure, attention aux enfants. Pour finir sur une note positive, les piscines sont top ainsi que les piscines enfants avec toboggans.

Excellente semaine en famille avec mes 3 enfants. Les piscines sont tops et la plage privée très appréciable aussi. Les restaurants sont variés. L'ensemble du personnel est vraiment très gentil, serviable et poli. Toujours un petit mot sympa pour les enfants. La propreté est à un très bon niveau, surtout quand on compare avec d’autres lieux en dehors de l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

This is a new hotel. Chic and lovely rooms. (If you don't want to see someone naked as they get out of the shower close your eyes as it is not in a separate area and can be seen from the bedroom/living area.) The outside pool area is top-class. Food was tasty, but not very varied when we were there perhaps because the hotel was not very full. Staff were helpful, cheerful and very friendly - a definite plus factor. Looking toward the sea is a beautiful vista. A building site is in front of the hotel, but you don't have to look. There are no shops or eateries near the hotel.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hilton Skanes! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich – die Pools für die Kleinen sind großartig und gleichzeitig gibt es schöne Bereiche, in denen Eltern entspannen können. Das Essen war sehr gut und bot für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Reinigungskraft, die uns mit einer wunderschönen Zimmerdekoration überrascht hat – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien!

Mon sejour a été correcte. Mais je conseille aux vacancières d'eviter le Spa pour les prestations d'esthétique. En effet, j'ai souhaité faire une épilations du visage, je me suis retrouvée avec le visage en partie brûlé...la peau a été arrachée avec la bande de cire. J'ai procédé a une réclamation au service client sans reponse à ce jour.... Je suis allée au Spa pour leur exprimer mon mécontentement, elles m'ont que tout est normal. Que la peau arrachée c'est normal lol. Scandaleux. Résultat, pas d'exposition au soleil pour moi afin d'eviter des tâches ou des cicatrices. En résumé, en ce qui concerne l'hôtel rien à redire mais le Spa à éviter.

L'hôtel est super, il y a toutes les infrastructures nécessaires, salle de sport, piscine interieure et même un club enfant. Les repas sont très bons et variés (demi-pension). Le personnel est très professionnel, poli et serviable, ce qui fait toute la difference pour passer de bonnes vacances. La vue de la chambre était magnifique et les lits très confortables. Le ménage était fait par Nabila qui s'est très bien occupé de nous et de la chambre, un grand merci à vous! Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous retournons à Monastir.

Our stay at Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort had its ups and downs. Tipping the staff significantly improved service quality, as without tips, the service was often sluggish. The catering staff were generally helpful but could be neglectful without tips. Despite booking rooms next to each other and informing the hotel weeks in advance, we were given separate rooms, which was inconvenient with young kids. Promises to resolve this were not followed up on. The all-inclusive package was confusing due to unclear information. When we sought clarification, we were frustratingly referred back to the guide, leading us to avoid using many services out of fear of additional charges. Consequently, we only ate three meals in the Kitchen restaurant. The internet service was adequate, with decent coverage but not particularly fast. The daily cleaning service was consistent and reliable, and the early breakfast service for early checkouts was convenient, especially with kids, despite minimal options. The resort has multiple pools, both indoor and outdoor, including children-specific pools. However, the private beach was disappointing, with visible rubbish, so we spent minimal time there. Additionally, the resort did not provide any swimming equipment besides towels, so guests need to bring their own. The food lacked variety, with each meal being a slight variation of the previous day’s offerings. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, several issues need addressing to improve.

Belles piscines enfants avec petit parc aquatique et une autre immense en bord de mer. Cependant, moins bien sur les locaux : poussière dans les chambres, ménage mal fait, escaliers très sales, climatiseur qui ne fonctionne pas et odeurs d’égouts qui remontent dans la chambre.

Suite nicht sauber, zu wenig Bademäntel, Badewannenstöpsel hat gefehlt, Kinder konnten nicht gebadet werden. Service überfordert

En faisant ma réservation sur le site j'ai choisi une suite dont la superficie est de plus de 700pi² mais j'ai été surpris par une suite dont la superficie est beaucoup plus petite. La chambre avait une seule salle de bain ainsi nous étions 4 personnes dans la chambre et ont faisait la file pour faire notre douche. Les enfants avait un canapé lit pour dormir et je trouve que c'est malcommode. Pour la propreté, j'ai été le témoin du passage d'un rat devant l'entré principale de l'hôtel chose qui m'a vraiment étonné en plus j'ai vu un cafard dans les toilettes.Un autre problème que j'ai vécu lors de mon séjour, puisque j'ai été obligé de passer 3 fois par la réception pour activer un montant que j'ai versé dans mon compte et payer le restaurant sur la piscine.

Great Staff: starting at the entrance, Yassin, who goes above and beyond to make your stay extremely comfortable. His positive attitude and positive energy are just contagious. He welcomed us right away, took my luggages and even walked me to the front desk section to help with the check in and even the check out. He gave me suggestions of activities inside the hotel and who to contact if I have questions. He introduced you me to the hotel management staff when I had further questions. He was very professional. Also front desk team ( Rania, Khaled, and the intern as well « stagiaire ») were all very friendly and professional. They made the check in and check out very smooth. Heni the door man was amazing as well. Going to restaurants, great food selection, very clean and the waitresses were very friendly (Yamen, Mohamed). The hotel has tons of activities during the day and during the evening, but you can still enjoy some quiet time through the day. Rooms were very clean. Outstanding experience overall and looking forward to next vacation ! I highly recommend this hotel.

Un hôtel magnifique, digne des plus grands établissements. Les chambres sont modernes et décorées avec goût. Le personnel est toujours souriant et accueillant, et la variété de la nourriture proposée est impressionnante. Un séjour en famille inoubliable !

Our room had issues and it smelled like sewage every time after we showered. Complained to the front desk and they basically sent housekeeping to spray deodorizer so now it smelled like sewage and room spray. I told the front desk this and they basically ignored my issue after that point and wouldn’t move us to another room. On the plus side the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Je suis vraiment déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel du 7 au 9 août 2025. En arrivant à 16h, une heure après l'heure d'arrivée prévue (15h), on nous annonce que notre chambre n'est toujours pas prête. J'ai patienté 15 minutes et je suis retourné à la réception pour avoir des nouvelles, mais la chambre n’était toujours pas disponible. Nous avons demandé à parler à un responsable, mais ce dernier n’a fait preuve d’aucune empathie, se contentant de nous dire que nous devions attendre ou repartir et récupérer notre argent si nous n’étions pas satisfaits. Après cette expérience désagréable, nous avons enfin pu accéder à notre suite exécutive à 16h45. La chambre en elle-même était spacieuse, composée de deux pièces avec une grande terrasse, mais malheureusement, plusieurs problèmes techniques sont venus entacher notre séjour : la machine à café fuyait, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas, la douche fuyait également, et la porte du dressing était coincée. Pour un hôtel de cette prétendue réputation, cela manque de sérieux. Les repas étaient variés et copieux, mais cela ne compense pas la mauvaise gestion et la dégradation du service. Lors du check-out, la réceptionniste m’a demandé si tout s'était bien passé, mais elle n’a même pas cherché à savoir ce qui n'allait pas. Un sourire forcé et c'était tout. Très décevant pour un hôtel qui se veut haut de gamme. C’est la dernière fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement.

Wir waren zu dritt (1 Erw. und 2 Kinder im Teenageralter) im Juli/August 2025 für 10 Tage hier und mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis während der Sommerferien zufrieden. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zu den 3 Kinderrutschen mit seitlichem Meerblick und schattigem Balkon. Wer ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick bucht, dem sollte bewusst sein, dass man mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit einen Logenplatz auf die Hotel-Terrasse erhält, wo jeden Abend bis 23.00 Uhr (Animations)Programm geboten wird. Mir gefiel das internationale Publikum sehr gut, das sich wohl international durchgesetzte Liegen-Reservieren aber gar nicht: Bereits um 8.00 Uhr morgens waren alle Liegen in direkter Poolnähe reserviert, die jedoch häufig für viele Stunden ungenutzt blieben: Einfach nur ärgerlich. Die Zimmer waren modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht: Die Buffets zum Frühstück & Abendessen im "The Kitchen" waren reichhaltig und die Speisen auch bezüglich Allergenen gekennzeichnet. Der Abräumservice im Restaurant war unterschiedlich - ganz besonders positiv möchten wir "Youssef" hervorheben, der einen exzellenten Service im Restaurant "The Kitchen" bot! Das Hotel bietet ein vielfältiges Animationsprogramm an. Wenn alle Hotelgäste ihren Müll vom Strand mitnehmen würden, gäbe es auch keine Hinweise in Rezensionen, dass der Strand schmutzig sei... Kleiner Tipp, wer vom/zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi fährt: 20-30 Tunesische Dinar sind laut Hotel-Concierge aktuell ein angemessener Preis.

Séjour catastrophique, lenteur au check in, mauvaise attribution de chambre, les personnes sont incapables de résoudre les problèmes. Seul bémol, la responsable de l hébergement qui a bien gérée les différents problèmes rencontrés. Je ne recommande pas, loin d un standard d un Hiltob

Revoir l'organisation quant à l'accueil des vacanciers. Nous avons attendus 2 heures avant que notre chambre soit prête et nous n'etions pas les seuls à avoir subi ce désagrément.

Personnelle de l’accueil très désagréable et qui ne sait même pas communiquer avec les clients. Le système de carte aussi ne fonctionne pas ou sinon le persoelle ne sait pas comment l’utiliser

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, there was no proper welcome, and we had to ask basic questions ourselves — such as where our room was and the restaurant hours. Check-in was delayed by several hours, and we only got access to our room at 6 pm instead of 3 pm. At check-out, there was no courtesy, no “How was your stay?” or “Hope to see you again.” This is far from 5-star service and certainly not worth the price.

They Are overbooked there is no Service at all . We had to wait 2 hours at the Check in , because the rooms Not ready . Bed for my son came at 1:00 in the Morning with a lot of disscuission . The buffet, the food is finished before 1:30 Hour . Everything is Late

Beautiful beach

It was very convenient for me and the place is beautiful. Seaview is Magnifique and the staff is very nice. I will come back to this place all the time to his. Five minute walk from the clinic. I came to see Carthage clinic.

Loved our stay with my family. Lovely hotel. Beautiful clean beaches. Excellent staff and service.

Read a lot of reviews before booking which really helped. Overall a great experience. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are nothing to shout about, but 15-30 mins away by taxi you have some great exploring at your doorstep. The good....super friendly and helpful staff overall The cleaning, pool and restaurant staff were especially friendly. Really clean and lovely rooms. Pools are lovely (but cold!). Beach maintained daily (they can't help if lots of seaweed washes up) . Lovely to explore Sousse and Monastir. Stunning old city walls and fun to explore the Medina shops. Didn't find too pushy. Also did camel trip booked through the hotel which was really fun (they will try get you to tip/spend extra along the way, but as long as you expect that it's all ok). There were horse and cart rides outside the hotel (just make sure you haggle the price down). Im coeliac and they did cater to gluten free, which was great. Could have offered more choice, but the main thing was I wasn't contamination! Win. Wasn't so impressed.....kids club. Limited resources and didn't feel like they really tried to engage with my 4 year old. Not being all inclusive made food choices limited as there were restaurants we couldn't eat in! Saying that it worked out cheaper for us as they allowed our small children to eat the buffet for free, which if wed gone all inclusive even my 18month old was going to be charged £50 a day for! Overall lovely experience and beautiful hotel.

El hotel es muy bueno, moderno, y completo. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es bastaste apropiada para conocer la bella ciudad de Monastir y alrededores. Encontramos dos problemas: 1. Las comidas, si bien son buenas, están mal organizadas (especialmente, el desayuno). Hay largas filas para todo, hasta para recoger el pan o los huevos. Por ese motivo, la experiencia en el comedor es pobre. 2. Al ingresar la persona de seguridad nos rompió una pieza de cerámica qué habíamos comprado de recuerdo de Tunez. Nos prometieron su restitución, pero eso finalmente no ocurrió.

Fiod at the vibe restaurant is not very good especially on the paying menu and not all inclusive. The non alcoholic cocktails that are payable are the same sad ones as the all inclusive and rushed. And while have a few beers at the pool bar in the water, no olives or anything at all. Main restaurant for breakfast ans dinner very good. Everything else really good especially the entertainment

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était vraiment au top, l hôtel bien tenu les chambres grandes, belles et propres. Buffet varié et bon. Petit bémol peut être sur la diversité des repas un peu répétitif et les prestations non comprises sont chères mais sinon très bon séjour dans cet hotel

Les installations sont neufs et propres. Les chambres sont belles. Le personnel n'est pas expérimenté il manque de métier, la nourriture est limitée par rapport au prixm surtout au boutuffet. Au petit déjeuner la variété de fromage est médiocre. Le goût est la qualité sont terribles. Au buffet le choix est souvent peu. Amazing Hotel with great and direct access to the beach. The staff was great especially the director of the reception who was accommodating and went beyond. The dining options are amazing and huge variety of excellent food. Thank you Mehdi and Hilton Monastir

El hotel es muy bueno, moderno, y completo. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es bastaste apropiada para conocer la bella ciudad de Monastir y alrededores. Encontramos dos problemas: 1. Las comidas, si bien son buenas, están mal organizadas (especialmente, el desayuno). Hay largas filas para todo, hasta para recoger el pan o los huevos. Por ese motivo, la experiencia en el comedor es pobre. 2. Al ingresar la persona de seguridad nos rompió una pieza de cerámica qué habíamos comprado de recuerdo de Tunez. Nos prometieron su restitución, pero eso finalmente no ocurrió.
