Neelam Hills Resort Bhimashankar by Prospera

The rooms are really basic. Unless you want to be cut off from the rest of the world, don’t go here. There is no telephone and cell phone service is very limited. The TV doesn’t work. When called the manager , he was generous to offer me 15 minutes hotspot with his mobile! The AC and fan doesn’t work! The bed sheets and the comforter were very old, and god knows when were last washed. The stench was unbearable! No toiletries and not a towel. This was a deluxe bedroom! The food was unbearable: The bath room which was super basic had a bucket and a mug to take a COLD bath! Forget getting even warm water! I have stayed in several hotels, nothing compared to this! Boy, my first worst experience! If others said there was a loud music till 2:00AM which promptly started again at 5:30. It is very true. This is no resort! The worst something bit my eye and had a swelling! Don’t have to read other reviews which sings glories of this place! If you still go here for stay—- you will remember these words… I told you so!!!
