Armada By The Sea

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at! The staff is very friendly and made sure we were pleased with everything about our stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a short but nice stay over at Wildwood Crest. The room large with two comfy beds. The living room is slightly strange as the vintage couch come bed is shaped in a way that only one person can stretch on it, separating the couple. Ideally it would just be a pullout couch where two people can comfortably sit and watch TV. Also, it's strange to sleep in separate beds as a couple in room with two small beds. But it seems to be the standard by the shore and we didn't see many king bed options. The bathrooms had nice shelves for our stuff which is welcome help. Though the shower curtain did have very bad wet musty smell which could have early been prevented by washing it. I do wish the hotel had a bit of a welcoming vibe. It was sooo quiet and slightly awkward sitting out in front of the rooms in upper hallways and there was never any atmosphere like in other places that had a bit of music by the pool. As a result we always felt like looking for entertainment elsewhere. We never felt like using the pool. It was almost too solemn. At some point someone played guitar by their room which was kind of pleasant surprise. But really, even low volume music on the outside would have been much help. On another note, the rooms are well insulated and we did not hear any noise from other rooms. Overall, I think the standards down the shore are pretty low for how much one pays for night. But you can't beat being by such nice beaches that almost feel like Florida.

Our stay at Armada By-the-Sea was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

First time at Wildwood crest and we will definitely be back! The Armada has it all! Location, excellent! Cleanliness, on point! Staff, amazing! Thanks for a great vacation!

This was our second time in a month. The rooms have great views. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will recommend this hotel to everyone.
