Such a cute cabin. The bed was super comfortable, the cabin exceptionally clean. The spa like jacuzzi tub was amazing. There is no AC but there is a fan and at night the temps cool down so we opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh air. I would stay there again without hesitation

The location is beautiful and perfect for visiting RMNP. Communication with staff was very good and their follow-up was also appreciated. The 'resort' is very pretty and very cottage-y -- it is not a hotel. That being said, I chose the smallest and cheapest of the units because I knew we wouldn't be in the room much, other than to sleep. It was very clean and contained a small kitchenette. Although it was perfect for our needs, I would probably request a bigger unit if we ever returned. My husband isn't a big guy -- 6 ft. and @ 170 lbs., but the bathroom was small with the old low toilet and he had issues! ;) and kept bumping his head. Staff were very good with communication and, although there is not daily housekeeping (fine with me), they did contact me the next morning to see if we needed anything. That was definitely appreciated. I can't attest to the other units, but the grounds were very nice and the deck area with chairs and grills (didn't use) was perfect for sitting and having a drink while watching the river flow.

This property is very convenient if you plan on going to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our cabin was very clean and we enjoyed having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has a full size fridge, but the sink didn't work right. The kitchenette could definitely use some updating. It was ok for making a few tiny things but I wouldn't want to try to cook a full meal with those appliances. The showers were exceptionally tiny. We are not large people, but found ourselves barely able to turn around without accidentally bumping the shower knob. The property is close to the river, but there isn't anywhere to sit out there. There is, however, a little porch outside of every unit with chairs to sit. The staff texted me every morning asking if there was anything we needed. Overall, we had a good experience.

The cabin was very clean but unfortunately whatever they clean it with smells absolutely awful and with all the doors and windows open we could not get rid of that smell our entire stay and honestly gave us headaches.

The property was pretty run down. The bed was rickety and felt like it was going to break at any time. The staff is only available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM so we checked in around 6PM. There wasn’t a hair dryer but we couldn’t inquire because it was after hours and we left early in the morning so we had to buy one at a grocery store.

While the location of this property is ideal for going to Rocky Mountain National Park, it was not the best kept cottage. We stayed in cottage #1 and it was pretty dirty. There were many cobwebs and dusty areas that hadn’t been touched in a long time. We found several spiders in our room as well.

Great location near RNMP entrance. We stayed in cabin#1 which was by the road- some traffic noise. Excellent quality mattress, linens,towels. Cheap paper products- would bring your own toilet paper. Significant crack under outside door- hopefully fixed by owner after our stay. Also shower very poor pressure- hopefully fixed as well. Kitchenette very adequate for 4 -day stay. Didn’t use TV- DVD option would have been nice. Limited times to contact owner/housekeeping but responsive to text during that time. Would definitely stay again if door and shower fixed.

A decent place to stay for a few days for couples. Overall it was clean, bed was comfortable, had a small fridge and stove, which is nice. If you have more than 3 people, your going to be on top of each other. The bathroom set up, however, is not user friendly at all. The shower is just crazy small! My husband and I are smaller people and we both had a hard time showering. Also, there are two sinks- one in the bathroom and one outside in the bedroom and both have two faucets running hot and cold separately. The faucets are not close so trying to get "warm" water at the same time was impossible. It is a lovely location, being right next to the river but being close to the park entrance is probably the biggest plus for us.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage. It was spacious and beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for quick access to town and to RMNP. There is some road noise during the day and early evening but not noticeable at night. It wasn’t an issue for us. There were only 2 pans available for cooking, a large pan and a skillet. Owner communicated in advance with check in instructions, location of room, parking and how to contact him for any questions or concerns we may have. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was right on the river between Estes Park and the Beavers Meadow gate of the Rocky Mountain National Park. Quaint would describe this accommodations. Built years ago, but has been kept up well. Kitchenette was convenient to make meals for the days adventure in the park and close enough to town for a nice dinner and shopping. Water pressure in the shower was average and the shower stall is small. Not a deal breaker, just be aware. The river sounds at night make it all worth it.

Comfortable cabin. Beautiful river view. 5 minute drive to Beaver Point entrance to the park. Wonderful restaurant within walking distance. Only downside was the shower which had extremely poor water pressure. We ended up just doing a quick sponge bath. Everything else was great and super convenient for park access.

It has a nice deck by the river with a grill. It is very rustic. Some would think it's dated, others would think it quaint. It is not for those looking for luxury. It would be a great place for a group to stay as there are different size cabins and all face into where the deck and grill are located. Requests were answered quickly. We were in the smallest cabin. It had a kitchenette, which was fine for our purposes, and enough plates, etc. for two. If a guest wants to cook meals, I suggest bringing cooking supplies as they are limited (in this cabin). Cabin itself was ok. A typical old rustic cabin; and super conveniently located. Close to the national park, restaurants, the town! Now, there does seem to be some sort of miscommunication between Expedia and the actual cabin hosts - on Expedia and via email j was told I’d get check in instructions 24 hours before check in. I also spoke with the property via Expedia chat and was told I’d get my check in instructions “shortly” (this was a day before check in). I realized later I never got them. What I did get, despite asking for early check-in, was a text at 11:22 the day of, asking me for my CC info. I panicked and called and after 2x of calling they picked up. The guy who picked up was rude and not friendly at all. He said “none else had this issue before,” well Karen, since when is everyone the same? Anyways he was super rude and I just read him the number so he would stop being rude. I got back that night pretty late, I noticed the cabin was FREEZING. UNBEARABLE. FOR 3 nights I suffered and I even had to buy a 40$ sweater!!! I want to write more..
Cabin itself was ok. A typical old rustic cabin; and super conveniently located. Close to the national park, restaurants, the town! Now, there does seem to be some sort of miscommunication between Expedia and the actual cabin hosts - on Expedia and via email j was told I’d get check in instructions 24 hours before check in. I also spoke with the property via Expedia chat and was told I’d get my check in instructions “shortly” (this was a day before check in). I realized later I never got them. What I did get, despite asking for early check-in, was a text at 11:22 the day of, asking me for my CC info. There is some road noise during the day and early evening but not noticeable at night. It wasn’t an issue for us. There were only 2 pans available for cooking, a large pan and a skillet. Owner communicated in advance with check in instructions, location of room, parking and how to contact him for any questions or concerns we may have. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall a good stay … our cottage had no sink in bathroom so no place to put toiletries , had to wash hands etc in BR sink …had difficulty adjusting heat , no AC. No office to check in , have to wait to hear from Caleb for instructions. Caleb was very nice , accommodating.

Great location near RNMP entrance. We stayed in cabin#1 which was by the road- some traffic noise. Excellent quality mattress, linens,towels. Cheap paper products- would bring your own toilet paper. Significant crack under outside door- hopefully fixed by owner after our stay. Also shower very poor pressure- hopefully fixed as well. Kitchenette very adequate for 4 -day stay. Didn’t use TV- DVD option would have been nice. Limited times to contact owner/housekeeping but responsive to text during that time. Would definitely stay again if door and shower fixed.

Location was right on the river between Estes Park and the Beavers Meadow gate of the Rocky Mountain National Park. Quaint would describe this accommodations. Built years ago, but has been kept up well. Kitchenette was convenient to make meals for the days adventure in the park and close enough to town for a nice dinner and shopping. Water pressure in the shower was average and the shower stall is small. Not a deal breaker, just be aware. The river sounds at night make it all worth it.

The only downside was the water pressure in the shower needs some attention, it’s a trickle at best. The location was great, far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough for a few minute drive to town. The property is also across the road from the Rocky Mountain Tavern, which has amazing food and drinks!

We were in Cabin 6 which was quite roomy, We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning looking at & listening to the river while we had our coffee. Easy drive to Estes Park downtown, The Stanley Hotel, & entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Wonderful communication with the staff who would briefly check in each day to see if we needed anything.

This property is very convenient if you plan on going to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our cabin was very clean and we enjoyed having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has a full size fridge, but the sink didn't work right. The kitchenette could definitely use some updating. It was ok for making a few tiny things but I wouldn't want to try to cook a full meal with those appliances. The showers were exceptionally tiny. We are not large people, but found ourselves barely able to turn around without accidentally bumping the shower knob. The property is close to the river, but there isn't anywhere to sit out there. There is, however, a little porch outside of every unit with chairs to sit. The staff texted me every morning asking if there was anything we needed. Overall, we had a good experience.

Perfect place for a girls trip!!! Beautiful surroundings, good communication, very clean and comfortable! Only complaint is that we needed more coffee and paper cups!!! Asked for more but didn’t get enough. This was a perfect location and highly recommend!

There was not enough coffee for all 4. One of us only use decaf. She said there is no decade. Also i have stayed at many airB&B and there is always salty. I asked for salt and she said you have none.

It has a nice deck by the river with a grill. It is very rustic. Some would think it's dated, others would think it quaint. It is not for those looking for luxury. It would be a great place for a group to stay as there are different size cabins and all face into where the deck and grill are located. Requests were answered quickly. We were in the smallest cabin. It had a kitchenette, which was fine for our purposes, and enough plates, etc. for two. If a guest wants to cook meals, I suggest bringing cooking supplies as they are limited (in this cabin). The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay of two nights.

This property is in a beautiful location, and our room had a best view of the woods and river nearby. Our room was actually two rooms with a bathroom in between. It was a warm day, however, and our suite was quite warm. Without AC, we had to open the windows, all of which hadn’t been lubricated in a long while. That were tough to open or close and were quite noisy. The two rooms each had a sink with separate hot and cold water faucets. One of the sinks dripped on both sides, and it took a lot of pressure to turn them off. The kitchen sink was the only place with a common hot/cold faucet to facilitate hand and face washing. Only one small soap bar was supplied for the whole unit. Dishes and glasses were haphazard and insufficient in number. In summary, this property needs a major update. Now, it looks like the owners are coasting along collecting rents that are too high for the product provided.

I had an enjoyable visit. Not having an air conditioner didn't bother me as Im cold all the time. It was perfect! No issues at all. They kept in contact with me always asking if I needed anything! I would most definitely stay again
