Holiday Inn Express - Bethlehem by IHG

The rooms looked run-down. The room/bathroom needed to be cleaner, coffeemaker on the room would have been nice, more soundproofing of the walls, the option for complimentary toothpaste would have been nice (as shown on the sign in the bathroom) instead of being told by the front desk that we needed to pay for it. The check-in and check-out staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was fine.

Clean room, polite staff and a good breakfast

Great location, lots of food and shopping nearby. The room was really clean, bed was great. Only complaints would be the sink in bathroom was clogged and the breakfast wasn’t as good as I hoped. Pancake maker was broken and the eggs weren’t that good. Overall a great place to stay!

Loose screws on floor that I stepped on and injured my foot. No outlets worked properly, no USB functioning ports. Terrible experience.

The room was clean, but the bed was not comfortable.
