Un grand merci à Titty et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil très chaleureux. La maison d'hôtes en pierres a beaucoup de charme, elle est idéale pour se détendre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les deux chiens de Titty sont adorables ! Nous avons vu également ses chevaux, ses poules et son chat. Fattoria Ca' di Fatino est un paradis pour les gens qui aiment les animaux. Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur !

Séjour très agréable et la maitresse des lieux est toujours prête à se plier en 4 pour rendre service, parle Français, Anglais. Encore merci pour le service rendu et le petit verre de vin pour patienter.. lieu et environnement très paisible, ferme , chevaux et petit restaurant cuisine local à 2 pas du Gites. points de vue sur les montagnes imprenables.

Sitio con mucho encanto y con magníficas vistas en plena Toscana. Tanto la habitación como el baño super limpios, está todo muy cuidado. Tienen aparcamiento para los vehículos. Los dueños son super amables y serviciales, siempre pendientes para que te encuentres a gusto, incluso se molestaron en reservarnos en un restaurante para cenar, que por cierto estaba riquísimo. Titty og Willy er fantastiske mennesker som i løpet av vårt 6 dagers opphold tok oss imot med åpne armer. Oppholdet føltes som å besøke gode venner. Det har vært godt å være omringet av landlige omgivelser og masse dyr, med bare 45 min kjøring fra Bologna/Firenze. Vi trivdes svært godt og kommer gjerne tilbake. Kan ambefales på det varmeste.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die schon viel Spannendes erlebt haben. Ein sehr schön ruhiger Ort zum Erholen mit einer guten und preiswerten Gaststätte, die zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ist. Ein klare Empfehlung für alle die Italien abseits der großen Städte erleben möchten und für alle diejenigen, die Pferde mögen da die Besitzer Araber halten und viele Jahre gezüchtet haben.

The owners was so sweet and welcoming! And a beautiful area! Cozy restaurant just nearby where we had really good food. The comfort however was not up to standard: the double bed were very very soft and the actual duvets and linen was quite old and a bit smelly. The place was extremely noisy as well as one could literally hear the guests farting and sneezing upstairs as well as flushing the toilet. The breakfast was alright. Again the hostess was really really friendly and nice and we even got a farewell present upon check out. We would actually love to come back in the summer if the place just had better beds as the comfort of beds really mean a lot to us. As well as no noise.

Ho soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura con la mia famiglia (mio marito e mio figlio di 4 anni). I proprietari sono incredibilmente cordiali, disponibili, loquaci e molto gentili. La posizione nel cuore della Toscana è un sogno. La camera era confortevole, pulita e funzionale. La colazione era piuttosto varia. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze o Bologna, soggiornerei sicuramente in questa struttura. Grazie mille.

Un séjour magnifique, notre hôte, Titty et son compagnon Willy ont été magnifiques et à l'écoute, avec plein des bons conseils pour les touristes qui ne connaissaient pas les alentours :), atmosphère conviviale, petit déjeuner délicieux, chambres et salle de bain propres et qui gardaient le charme et l'authenticité d'antan... Wir waren eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft und es hat rundum alles gepasst, trotz der niedrigen Decken :) Uns wurde auch gleich eine Pizzeria empfohlen (fußläufig, ca 400m) und das Angebot gemacht einen Tisch zu reservieren. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und sorgt sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste, klare Empfehlung.

Un séjour magnifique, notre hôte, Titty et son compagnon Willy ont été magnifiques et à l'écoute, avec plein des bons conseils pour les touristes qui ne connaissaient pas les alentours :), atmosphère conviviale, petit déjeuner délicieux, chambres et salle de bain propres et qui gardaient le charme et l'authenticité d'antan... Amazing Place to stay, I wish I had more days to stay there. Titti the owner is a lovely lady, welcoming and she goes above and beyond to help. The house is clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was simple but prepared with lots of love. Totally recommend this place to stay.

Sitio con mucho encanto y con magníficas vistas en plena Toscana. Tanto la habitación como el baño super limpios, está todo muy cuidado. Tienen aparcamiento para los vehículos. Los dueños son super amables y serviciales, siempre pendientes para que te encuentres a gusto, incluso se molestaron en reservarnos en un restaurante para cenar, que por cierto estaba riquísimo. Sus mascotas me han encantado. Muchas gracias por todo! Esperamos volver algún día!

Ho soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura con la mia famiglia (mio marito e mio figlio di 4 anni). I proprietari sono incredibilmente cordiali, disponibili, loquaci e molto gentili. La posizione nel cuore della Toscana è un sogno. La camera era confortevole, pulita e funzionale. La colazione era piuttosto varia. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze o Bologna, soggiornerei sicuramente in questa struttura. Grazie mille.

Wir waren eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft und es hat rundum alles gepasst, trotz der niedrigen Decken :) Uns wurde auch gleich eine Pizzeria empfohlen (fußläufig, ca 400m) und das Angebot gemacht einen Tisch zu reservieren. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und sorgt sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste, klare Empfehlung.

This place is truly a hidden gem! The house is antique and beautifully maintained, full of charm and character. The hosts are lovely—so friendly and attentive—which made our stay even more special.
