Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. Make sure you use holafly.com for esim for wifi or find a wifi spot if you have issues because this hotel uses a code for you to get in. No front desk. No one changed our sheets but that was a minor issue for us but if that is important for you just a heads up. Otherwise lovely apartment like stay, very clean!

Comfortable and clean studio apartment, well equippped and very close proximity to the railway station. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay here and would stay again. The slight con was the lack of ventilation - the apartment and the building felt stuffy and we had to leave the window open at all times. I also did not understand the purpose of providing an espresso machine if no ground coffee was provided by the hosts (as one would not purchase a bag of ground coffee for a short stay of few nights) - I'd either remove the machine or provide coffee, oitherwise it just takes up precious space.

Issues with number of towels 4 people and only 2 towels. Was resolved by the next day. Could not get the stove top to work but was fixed after emailing the company. Very responsive to emails. Very steep stairs with bathroom on ground floor so if anyone in your party uses the toilet at night it could be difficult.

Central location near station and 25 min walk to lake. Very safe with keypad entry. Large fan to keep cool. Living area. Bedroom his and her sinks good shower. Lift.

This easily could have been a 5 star review but whoever manages this property apparently has never stayed at a hotel or vacation rental. If I had to give it one word it would be NO. No a/c, no coffee, no bath soap, no ice or way to make it, no english TV channels, no extra towels and pretty much no communication. It was very hot the first night and they have a motorized window system that closes every 20 minutes so I had to get up every 20 minutes and open the windows which didn't matter because of the fireworks going off right outside until after 2 am so we didn't sleep anyway. For what we paid we were very disappointed. The condo was very nice and in a great location it's just a shame all of the little things were what they were.

Clean, modern, good wifi, great location. The kitchen amenities a plus although we did not use it. There is no front desk on site but there is enough bathroom supplies for about 5 days. Cleaning is done only every 7 days. The only potential problem is if a problem arise such as a plumbing or room temperature issue I am not sure how it can be addressed timely. Double bed is not very comfortable for a couple. Overall this property is great and may consider staying again.

It is located near a station for easy day trips. Lots of dining options around the area but if you are looking for cheap eats there is a falafel shop next door. Check-in was a bit confusing, we got our check-in codes early and thought we could have checked in before the stated check-in time. Codes didn't work until after the check-in time.

The apartment was ok. The dishes were not impeccable clean but I’m used to wash them before I use them anyway. Do not expect anything else more than 2 bottles of water, shampoo and cream. No dishwasher soap. No coffee. No laundry soap but washer and dryer were good and free. We only spent 2 nights there. Bed was comfy. We liked the location. There is a Coop market around the corner.

I stayed one night in this apartment before catching my flight from Zurich airport. It is ideally located, close to the main train station in Zurich with lots of business nearby. Be aware that the room is rather small. Thus the space is very limited. It is fine for an overnight stay before flying out of Zurich airport but if you need more than a day or two accommodation, I would not recommend it as I am a person needs a lot more space. The only inconvenient aspect is that the check-in time is strict at 3pm with no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. It is not a hotel and does not have the level of service as a normal hotel.

A hospedagem deixou bastante a desejar. A roupa de cama era de baixa qualidade e os travesseiros eram muito ruins, o que prejudicou o conforto. O espaço também precisava de manutenção: cortinas rasgadas e piso sujo, além da falta total de limpeza nos quartos durante a estadia. Outro ponto negativo é que, ao reservar, filtramos como hotel, mas era na verdade um Airbnb, informação que não ficou clara no anúncio. Ponto positivo: a localização é muito boa e o check-in foi simples e prático. Infelizmente, a experiência geral não foi positiva.

Incrível, é um modelo de hospedagem muito organizado, recebi um e-mail com o meu código de acesso e senha do Wi-Fi, depois foi só aproveitar a estadia. O apartamento estava muito limpo, organizado e bem equipado. Achei o ambiente bem seguro e muito confortável!

Property not cleaned by checkin from previous guests. Terrible first impression and really spoilt my opinion of the place. Poor pillows. More like crumpled pieces of linen. Desperately need replacing. Adequate for our stay as well positioned and quiet.

Mon séjour a été super agréable. Appartement plus de première fraîcheur mais propreté incroyable. Fenêtre très bien isolée car donne sur une rue passante, mais la circulation ne dérange pas. Situation centrale superbe dans un quartier très sympathique.

The shower door did not stay closed making the bathroom very wet. We only received one pillow each and I wouldnt even consider it a pillow- it was a pancake. The room got very quickly.

Esta muy bien ubicado cerca de las principales atracciones de la ciudad, esta tal cual en las fotos y limpio. El único inconveniente es que no tiene aire acondicionado y el ventilador no es suficiente para el calor en verano.

Fint værelse - men til prisen kunne lidt mere godt forventes. Der var ikke en rigtig dør ud til toilettet og badeværelses-fanen larmede rigtig meget. Værelset var meget varmt og der var ikke nogle fjedre tilbage i sengen. Beliggenheden trak op og det var rart med et lille køkken.
Fint værelse - men til prisen kunne lidt mere godt forventes. Der var ikke en rigtig dør ud til toilettet og badeværelses-fanen larmede rigtig meget. Værelset var meget varmt og der var ikke nogle fjedre tilbage i sengen. Beliggenheden trak op og det var rart med et lille køkken.

Last minute reservation was cancelled and they gave property 2 km away from original property. Property was ok but we had to walk a lot because. We paid extra to stay closer to train station, which they cancelled and moved us to different property.

Muy bien, pero hubo un detalle molesto: el checkout era a las 10:00 am y EXACTAMENTE a las 10:00 am, tocó la de la limpieza ¿ que sería muy difícil dar una tolerancia de 15 20 minutos? Nosotros ya casi estábamos listos, salimos 10:10 am. Otro inconveniente que no estaba en la descripción del departamento es que había que subir una escalera muy empinada para adultos mayores como nosotros.

Fantastic location, felt secure, quiet apartments, comfortable, better than a hotel room at the equivalent price. The building had a lift and coded external access. An issue with power sockets not working, and a basin leak. These were acknowledged by the agents but did not spoil my stay.

No air conditioning! Hot inside. No response from owners about an early check in. Cleaning person was on site and allowed for drop off of luggage which was very much appreciated. Location was great for visitor tour pick ups

Zentrale Lage….das war alles! Verschlissenes Zimmer und altes Badezimmer. Das Sofa, wo offenbar alle Rückenpolster abhanden gekommen waren, war notdürftig mit zwei Spannbettlaken zugedeckt! Das Frühstück im chinesischen Restaurant im EG haben wir nur am ersten Tag über uns ergehen lassen….aber das Personsl war sehr freundlich! Es gibt kein Personal vor Ort im Hotel/kein Empfang, aber der Telefonservice war sehr schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfreich!

It is located near a station for easy day trips. Lots of dining options around the area but if you are looking for cheap eats there is a falafel shop next door. Check-in was a bit confusing, we got our check-in codes early and thought we could have checked in before the stated check-in time. Codes didn't work until after the check-in time.

very nice and modern property. This particular property of Visionapaertments was located within 300m of Zurich station. So, it was very convenient. The only complaint I have is that they were not responsive via email. When I called their number the gentleman answered my questions. When I asked him why they have not responded to my email (carrying the same questions), he said Visionapartment is a very large global asset company. They get thousands of email queries per day. I understand that there could be delay in responding to emails. But I did not like that they did not respond even after 10 days.

Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. Make sure you use holafly.com for esim for wifi or find a wifi spot if you have issues because this hotel uses a code for you to get in. No front desk. No one changed our sheets but that was a minor issue for us but if that is important for you just a heads up. Otherwise lovely apartment like stay, very clean!

Terrible. Don’t go there. The first night we arrived we shut the door to our room and a beeping noise began. They did nothing about it till the third day where they offered a different room and the beeping continued. It ruined our sleep and we had to go somewhere else to get some sleep. Unsafe area with people yelling and throwing bottles overnight. Completely terrible management. No cleaning or new towels in 10 days. Pics look so good but dirty and run down.

Nice space, easy walk from the train station. I love that the windows that actually open more than a couple inches! The only drawbacks are the super tall bathtubs, not enough room to hang towels, and no luggage rack. Otherwise it was exactly what we needed.

I'd like to suggest to avoid offering "continental breakfast " comparing with other Hotels is nothing. The restaurant has not an schedule and, just includes a piece of bread , slice of cheese, pastrami, ham. and juice or coffe. For the living style and prices.....doesn't worth. Will be highly appreciated to have inside the room: fruit, juices, water, bread, ham, cheese instead what the offer.

The room was great for a few nights, but without air-conditioning anytime in the summer, it’s very uncomfortable and hard to sleep. Other than that. The room was clean. Everything you needed was there , it would be nice if they would put a couple of coffee pods so you can make coffee in the morning, but there are some nice cafés right around the corner, was a little bit small, but it serves its purpose. Only reason I gave it a four because it didn’t have air-conditioning.

Room was perfectly clean. Due outside temperatures it was boiling hot inside. luckily room had fan and window could be kept open during night. Outside traffic was moderate during nights

Conveniently located within a short walking distance to Zurich Hb, groceries, and restaurants. We stayed in a 1-bedroom mini and the apartment is small, as is typical in Europe, but it met our needs for the most part. The kitchenette was well equipped. No dishwasher, but we didn't mind. There's laundry facilities in the lower level. There's a small short closet to hang clothes. It could use a bit of freshening up in the bathroom. Communicating with management was excellent. It’s not air conditioned but we were able to request a fan before we arrived.
