We especially liked the bar & grill that was within the hotel, Barbagallo's Tavern, it was so convenient after a long travel to be able to sit down, have a brew and a meal, that was very good by the way....and entertainment! They had a guy playing guitar and singing. Nice hotel, clean and the staff was very friendly. Stay - you won't be disappointed!

The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean! Used the shuttle to the airport and they allowed my car to stay overnight for me to pick up the next day! Great place to stay when traveling.

The main reason we picked this hotel was for their free shuttle to the airport. Upon checking in for our overnight stay, we were informed that we needed to make a 24 hour advanced appointment for the airport shuttle, although this was not stated anywhere. Apparently they only have one shuttle driver and she did not respond to repeated texts/calls about whether she could take us early the next morning. We ended up having to pay $40.00 for a cab the next morning, which therefore doesn't make staying at this hotel a good deal. Try the Hampton Inn down the road..!

So glad I stayed here for an early morning flight out of SYR. Airport shuttle more convenient and cheaper than airport parking. Hotel is very clean, quiet. Food in restaurant/bar very good. I highly recommend this placevand will usevit again with early flights

I liked the convenience of having a shuttle to the airport at 4 AM to catch a flight leaving at 6 AM. Cost of the shuttle was included in the cost of the room and I also tipped the driver. We also used this hotel and service for our flight to California last October,. I HIGHLY recommend the hotel. Very satisfied !!!!!

We stayed 3 nights and did not receive housekeeping 1 time. I even asked and was told I would receive it in the second day and still nothing. Also there’s a musky smell in the room which after your in for a while you become immune to I guess.

There is an awful smell from entering to throughout the floors. In the room, i didnt feel comfortable taking my shoes off as the carpets felt mildewy. There is a mouldy smell throughout and upon check-in onwp ards. The cleaning staff must have used a whole can of febreeze to try and cover? Which made it worse. Lots of godly artifacts in the lobby which was odd? Its really a shame as its super close to the airport. Still, will never stay again sadly.

The entire hotel was very clean. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We had all needed amenities, i.e. fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Our floor was extremely quiet and the elevator was quiet and clean. There was coffee and tea available 24/7 down in the lobby and the breakfast spread was good. There was an assortment of bagels, muffins, bread, yogurt and cereals. There were hot items like eggs, sausage and mini waffles, and a choice of juices. It was well stocked and the dining area was kept clean with lots of seated areas. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we come back to the area to visit.

The hotel itself is clean and updated. The bed was very hard and they need some serious soundproofing because the guy in the room next to us had a phone meeting in the morning and I felt like we were in it with him. The area the hotel was located was a little strange but for one night, it was good.

The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Keurig provided in room and 24 hr hot coffee/tea bar in the lobby, which was also super clean. Did not wake up in time for breakfast so unsure what is served but it is included. All the staff were so nice and welcoming - especially the night desk attendant! The area felt safe and is a very convenient location. The only thing that could be annoying for some is the traffic sounds as it's near the Thruway and Airport, but it's not overbearing by any means; only an issue if very sensitive to such a thing. Have tried many hotels in Syracuse, and this is the favorite by far!

Very nice hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor...spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Small fridge & microwave. Good wifi. Easy parking. Free hot breakfast was quite good with ample dining area. 24/7 hot coffee. Friendly & courteous staff. We enjoyed this place and would certainly stay there again.

The check-in was great on Friday evening and the room was clean and staff were great, but i had a $226 placed on my account on Saturday and no one can tell me why! I reached out to the front desk and they said to call Hotels.com and when speaking with someone, they informed me to reach back out to the hotel. It was a run around for NO ONE to tell me why there was a large amount placed on hold on my account, without notice.

The airport shuttle arrived early and gave clear directions where to meet the driver even though we made last minute reservations. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast selection was generous compared to other hotels. Bonus points for 24 hour access to coffee! I highly recommend Sleep Inn & Suites.

I booked this as just a place near the airport to spend the night at the end of my visit; I had spent the previous 4 nights of my stay in a small city 40 miles away in a similarly priced hotel. The other place had a clean room but nothing else. It was a much older building and smelled musty. Sleep Inn was clean and fresh in every area. I slept my best sleep of the whole trip here because it was so comfortable, clean and restful

It was a great choice for proximity to the airport. The front desk attendants were awesome for checking and the morning attendant was also great. Breakfast is supposed to begin at 6 am - the breakfast attendant didn’t open the suite until 6:10 and at that time she left to take cardboard out. The milk and some breakfast items were not out and we tried to get the milk. The attendant came back and was extremely rude. We indicated that we had an early morning flight and that it was presently last 6 am when the breakfast was to begin. She again retorted with how she was doing her best. It seemed that having her headphones in and watching her phone was a priority as she was doing this before all items were out. This service needs to be on time as many in the hotel would be travelling and this is the last contact they have with the hotel so it can seriously impact the overall satisfaction.

This hotel is a gem! We’ve never stayed at a Sleep Inn, and frankly our expectations were pretty low. We travel frequently, and we were blown away by the level of excellence we experienced at every level and from every staff member — the airport shuttle driver, at four am, took the time to give a cheery tour of the area en route. Above and beyond — that’s our takeaway of this property. If we could give six stars we would. Thank you for a rare look at how “extraordinary” service can look in a largely mediocre sector. Two thumbs way up!

Molto comodo per l'aeroporto di Syracuse e le strade principali; situato in una zona industriale con scarsa possibilità di spostarsi a piedi, ma con un ristorante e una stazione di servizio nelle vicinanze. The hotel itself is clean and updated. The bed was very hard and they need some serious soundproofing because the guy in the room next to us had a phone meeting in the morning and I felt like we were in it with him. The area the hotel was located was a little strange but for one night, it was good.

We especially liked the bar & grill that was within the hotel, Barbagallo's Tavern, it was so convenient after a long travel to be able to sit down, have a brew and a meal, that was very good by the way....and entertainment! They had a guy playing guitar and singing. Nice hotel, clean and the staff was very friendly. Stay - you won't be disappointed!

We have tried a lot of different hotels in the area and many times we have ended up checking out of them only to come back to the sleep in. The staff is phenomenal. The breakfast is on point. The coffee is always hot. We have enjoyed meals next-door in the restaurant. We highly recommend it.

Great experience, friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. No issues there. If you are expecting a filling breakfast though…it was definitely lacking. Otherwise, it was perfect!

It was extremely clean, very friendly staff. Only thing we wanted was the bar & restaurant to be open. It was closed as it was a Sunday. Guess I should have asked. We stayed for a Pink Concert.

This was close to airport for early morning flight. They had some breakfast options as early as 3:00AM. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are clean and spacious, I love the shower, bed is comfortable and all pillows are great close to anywhere you want to go in Syracuse.

While Sleep Inn doesn't offer all the bells and whistles that some hptels do (pool, hot tub, gym, etc.), our stay was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, and the continental breakfast quality and selection was excellent. We were there with our young son, and he enjoyed it very much - especially the waffles and fruit for breakfast, and the Pac-Man arcade games in the lobby! We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
