You need to climb 3 flights of stairs to the top floor rooms, so this is not suitable if you have mobility issues. The property is very new, with a very nice bathroom and the bed is comfy. A lot of self-catering accommodations can have terrible beds, so this is a plus. However, I think it is misleading to call it a "one-bedroom apartment", as the kitchenette is right beside the bed. This is more a studio. The kitchenette is not well-equipped, there was one pot and some cutleries, so it is not suitable for cooking a full meal. The w Wick fragrance in the room was overpowering, and we had to wrap it in a plastic bag to stop the smell from escaping during our stay. No parking right outside the building, the nearest car parks are 10 minutes walk away.

Fantastic place. Luxurious and stylish. One of the best places to stay in Preston. There’s just one thing, the lock on the front door is temperamental. I got locked in and someone outside with the code couldn’t get in. Very frustrating.

I appreciated the quick and easy unique check in system, only having to enter a code on the main door and then collect the room key from the lockbox beside the door was all very convenient

The room was amazing. King size bed and wonderful bath. Central and very near the bus station. Only down side was it was on the second floor and no lift. Spoke to the staff and next time they will give my a ground floor room. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here a few times and always found the property excellent. I have in the past been careful to park outside the property making sure not to use the high street which is not open to cars from 12am-6pm. I was surprised to find a parking ticket on my car this time. Not the property’s fault but nonetheless something to be aware of.

Would definitely use again. This was a really spacious well appointed apartment. Easy to find with online check in and easy to operate security for the block and individual flats. Very close to reasonably priced car park St Wilfrid's £8 for 24 hrs Close to Costa, Café Nero and Sainsburys and Tesco locals. Particularly liked the distinctive décor, the considerate touches such as fresh milk in the fridge, sachets of hot chocolate and sweets. Up market White Company toiletries Only downside was that it was just off the high street - Fishersgate which was empty and a bit eerie once the shops shut. Not worth opening the blinds as the view was of office and shops

The apartment is spacious, warm, and comfortable. It's easy to find, in a good location, and the access instructions are clear and easy to follow. On-street parking is easy to find within a 5 minute walk. If half stars were an option we'd give it 4.5. There's a few things that could be improved but really they're minor: some of the utensils and cutlery in the kitchen drawer were dirty when we arrived; there are no coat hooks anywhere and we arrived in winter with coats, scarves, hats etc - some hooks on the back of the door or in the hallway would have been ideal; and the bathroom has no shelving to put toiletries onto. That's it. Otherwise, it's a lovely, central apartment and we enjoyed our stay.

We picked a room with a nice shower and bathroom ,on arrive we were give what they conciderd to an upgrade, but was a small shower and not nice decoration, it also smelled of dog.not the best stay.The entrace smelt of wee too.

Beautiful hotel. It smells amazing as you walk in. The instructions we received were clear and we even had a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse. So happy with our stay. Comfortable beds which we have not found in any other hotel we have stayed! Clean, complimentary coffee etc. We stay in preston several times a year as our daughter is at university, and normally stay in the travellodge which was rather grim. So pleased we have found this hotel. Literally in the centre of town, car park across the street. Staff were happy and so polite. Hopefully, it'll be available when we next go to preston.

I stayed here with my mum whilst visiting my daughter who was just settling into university life. I can honestly say the apartment was beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy and exceptional standard (and I am picky about cleanliness). Bottled water and milk in the fridge. Cappuccino, decaf coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener and biscuits provided. Washing up liquid, cloth and a tea towel. Lovely clean bath towels. The bed was extremely comfortable and a pleasure to sleep in. I can’t recommend this place enough. The price was cheaper than a well known chain hotel and the standard surpassed my expectations

Booked the flamingo room. Unfortunately there was an ant problem by the door in the kitchen. Overall its beautifully decorated, modern, bathroom was lovely. Wasn’t a fan of the kind of see through bathroom wall. Great hot drink options. It took me forever to work out the front door.

Nice little serviced apartment. Turndown service was a nice touch. I like the self check in as well. Room was comfortable, although the bed linen was a bit cheap feeling and the quilt was a little stained. I had a good stay, bed was comfy, I liked the pot of sweets provided. Fridge was a good size. The WiFi was very poor, so bear that in mind if internet is an essential. The phone signal isn’t good enough to make up for it. I called the helpline but they couldn’t really help, although I did get the password for the staff WiFi which was marginally more reliable. I was told the issue was too many people in the building using the WiFi but in a hotel I would think that’s expected.

The keypad to get in is a little faffy especially when hands are cold Apartment ok, very dark and on ground floor facing into a lane so not one for people who like natural light Loads of cushions but a nice comfortable chair would have been nice but appreciate space constraints Bed was weird. It appeared new and modern but you fit down into a big indentation which gave no support. Made for a bad back in the morning

I got upgraded to a lovely room on the ground floor. I was amazed when I opened the door and saw the layout, it was really really lovely. However the biggest issue I had was with the elephant sleeping upstairs. The noise transfer from the rooms upstairs is horrific! The banging of feet, and the constant creaking floorboards kept me awake most of the night. I had to endure this as I battled to sleep throughout the night - he was walking around at 1am, 2am, 3am....it was awful! I would only stay there again if I had a top floor room.

Really simple, self serve accommodation. Instructions were clear for check in and out and really nicely styled rooms. Lovely smell in lobby. Location a little dubious and could do with windows that opened but otherwise very reasonable but quality accommodation

Positives - Really easy self check in/out. Lovely clean room with small kitchenette. Modern bathroom.. Walls a bit damaged but overall nicely decorated. Negative - pillows were hard and the room was extremely noisy. It was right next to the door to the building so we heard everyone that came in very clearly. It was also possible to hear music being played and conversation in other rooms all night. I had about 3 hours sleep. It may be better in a room upstairs, but there was no way of knowing where our room was located when we booked. Despite the location being excellent and the rooms being nice, we wouldn’t go back.

I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Dead central location but tucked down a side street so very quiet. Thought I'd booked a twin room but actually ended up with an apartment with two good sized king bedrooms, lounge area, kitchenette and huge bathroom! Spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. A few lights didn't seem to work but that could have been me. We struggled to get in the front door with the keypad initially, but then found the knack. We could hear the people upstairs walking around and talking - they weren't being noisy but I just think the walls are a bit thin. Despite that I would absolutely stay again and all for a reasonable price too.

Initial room was very comfortable & well appointed, however even with heating off, there was heat from a boiler in the basement making it very uncomfortable in summer (would be nice when colder as tiled floor is warm). Raised issue & was very quickly moved o another available apartment so very pleased with service.

Communication w hotel and staff was exceptional, accommodated an early check in. Rooms are funky and interesting, you ll definitely remember staying there, perfectly equipped, clean, great location. Everything within walking distance. Couldn't have asked for more.

We just stayed here on the last weekend of September. Probably the best place Ive stayed for a weekend get away. Upon arrival the entrance smelt really nice. We stayed in the Casablanca room & for the price I paid, it was brilliant!! Very clean & tidy. We only booked for the one night but it was that good they let us stay another night & even gave me discount including late check out at 1pm instead of 11am.. Met Ken the owner outside and had a really good chat with him about the property and I can honestly say that he was down to earth and very helpful with anything we needed. Will recommend any who is looking for little get away, whether its on your own or with your partner, this is the place to come. I will 100% be returning here again & trying out another room because all rooms are different in their own way. Thanks for having us Number10

We were upgraded to penthouse so it was fab. That said check in details weren’t sent and I had to call a few times to get them. When I got them over the phone they were incorrect. Ken saved the day when we arrived. He was a gent. Penthouse was lovely.

Been staying in this establishment for the past two years now and I must say that the staff are so helpful in particular, the manager, Lauren she always goes out of her way to make sure that my stay is perfect and so accommodating. In particular, I often ask for early check-in, and she has never failed to provide. Would highly recommend this place. Rooms are beautiful and unique with Netflix and the sweets are a great treat. Thanks so much

An amazing place to stay, just round from the train station & right in the heart of the city, we're blown away by how wonderful this place was, the little touches of milk in the fridge, tea, coffee etc available were great, a wonderful place in the best location, done to a great standard, can't wait to come back.

The room was amazing. King size bed and wonderful bath. Central and very near the bus station. Only down side was it was on the second floor and no lift. Spoke to the staff and next time they will give my a ground floor room. Would definitely stay here again.

Would definitely use again. This was a really spacious well appointed apartment. Easy to find with online check in and easy to operate security for the block and individual flats. Very close to reasonably priced car park St Wilfrid's £8 for 24 hrs Close to Costa, Café Nero and Sainsburys and Tesco locals. Particularly liked the distinctive décor, the considerate touches such as fresh milk in the fridge, sachets of hot chocolate and sweets. Up market White Company toiletries Only downside was that it was just off the high street - Fishersgate which was empty and a bit eerie once the shops shut. Not worth opening the blinds as the view was of office and shops

kitchen was fully equipped and as it is a block from the rail station and on the corner of a shopping centre and just off the main shopping boulevard there is lots to do and see within a short walking distance.

Good central apparthotel. No reception or onsite staff, but easy to access with code and a key safe. No A/C which was a bit of a shock on a hot night, but the windows open and it is a quiet street. Well appointed bathroom and comfortable bed. A bit pricy but I liked it for a short overnight stay.

Sadly the night security did not challenge the other guest making extreme noise in the building resulting in me having to change rooms at 3:40 am. This significantly change the course of my morning. Very poor.
