Loved my spacious room and bathroom. The carpet was really stained and smelly, it needs to go. The carpet on the stairs up to the rooms was even worse. Staff were lovely.

Right on the Main Street with a lovely pub/restaurant and very helpful staff. Our room was very nice, operable windows for a nice breeze while sleeping, a comfy bed and a well appointed bathroom. They were flexible about breakfast timing too, thank you so much! We had a lovely stay, highly recommend!

The Inn is perfectly located for enjoying Kirkby Stephen. The staff - especially Jacqui - is super helpful and kind. Really enjoyed our brief time there. Our friends who stayed down the street were wishing they had booked here. Be prepared to carry luggage upstairs and know the bed isn’t super big by American standards.
