The room was large and comfortable. It had old world charm, but with a modern bathroom. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. There was a little noise in the evening on the street from people leaving the bar, but that went away. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your suitcase up the stairs. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great location and really friendly staff. The restaurant is also very very good - i recommend booking in advance as its very popular. Coyldnt fault the place - a great stay was enjoyed by all six if our party.

Fabulous and very comfortable stay in central Conway. Excellent service in all areas , comfortable bed, good shower and great food. Free parking available but only 3 spaces. Station car park opposite £7.50 per 24 hrs. We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely short break.

Hotel is on a busy street (though room was quiet to the back)and no place to unload luggage, only 3 free parking spots- of course all gone- for hotel and restaurant. Paid parking few minutes to walk away. Room is ok, lots of stairs, internet is very slow or not working at all but for one night it was a clean and warm place to stay

Warm welcome, friendly helpful staff, very enjoyable reasonably priced evening meal. Excellent breakfast. The room on the top floor accessed by a steep staicase, was spacious and very clean, slight downside the mattress was a little tired. The location of the hotel was ideal very close to town centre. Tip. The restaurant is very popular so book a table in advance. Watch out for parking fines, paying by phone does not always work, one guest paid by phone and still got £100 worth of parking tickets in 2 days.

Stayed one night. Had dinner, lamb was nice. The room was lovely, up a lot of stairs. A few windows we could open. But the seagulls... I had never heard them scream like that. Not the hotel's fault though. But I recommend earplugs, at least if you need to open the windows. The Hotel has about four parking places but we didn't know so we parked on the other side of the wall. Service at breakfast was very slow. Staff was lovely.

Very nice, clean and great location across from the train station that connects across the bridge. Only issue might be the steep staircase to the top floor and no lift. Restaurant was good.

Just returned from a lovely break at the Erskine Arms. Every single member of staff was friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The room was spotless and comfortable and the food was amazing and freshly cooked despite them being booked up every night and busy. Lovely bar area and beer garden as well. It is situated right in the centre of Conway with bus stops and station over the road and bars and restaurants all close by.

Check in was really easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room looked out towards the castle and was beautifully decorated and spotless. The hotel is very central and long stay parking is just a few minutes walk away. The evening meal was delicious and the pub had a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was included and again was really good. Check out was nice and easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here

Really enjoyed our stay, room immaculate with quality furniture and tea/coffee/biscuits. Staff can’t do enough for you. Excellent location. Only negative that hotel can’t rectify is loud seagulls and traffic noise.

The pub is excellent and the two meals we had really were excellent. That being dinner and breakfast the next morning. The real letdown of the stay was the room itself. The room was a good size and the bedroom was lovely, however the bathroom was full of mould stains and not particularly pleasant. The biggest downfall however was the bed. We stay at a lot of hotels and to say this bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever stayed in is not a understatement. Neither of us slept it was that bad you could feel every spring in the mattress. It is either a very old mattress or really poor quality. Its a real shame as it has put us off coming back here

All the staff were super freindly. The room was spotless and the breakfasts were perfect. We ate here on both nights of our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel and our room were very clean and warm despite the cold weather, the bed was very comfortable, with white linen and towels, and the bathroom was lovely. Whoever services the rooms does a great job! We felt that the receptionist was a little grumpy when we checked in. We had rung before booking and asked which rooms had a bath, so when we booked through Hotel.com we specifically booked one of those rooms, and added the request for a bath to the form. On checking in, our room had to be changed to one with a bath, and we were 'told off' for not booking direct! Breakfast was good, but we would eat an evening meal elsewhere, as this wasn't great. But, on the whole we would stay here again, as the hotel was lovely.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Conwy. Our room was large and comfortable, with the exception of the mattress which could do with an upgrade. Great staff, nice breakfast and good choice for evening dinner. The only downside is the lack of parking. Would definitely stay again

We love the Erskine Arms and have visited several times in the past few years. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and great showers. Some rooms lack storage however. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The bar area is great but can get busy with people eating there early evening. The food for both breakfast and dinner is excellent with a lovely varied menu. The hotel overall is very comfortable and friendly with a good atmosphere. Unfortunately parking is limited and the church bells ringing throughout the night can be annoying so be prepared! We still love it though.

Delightful accommodations with "old world charm"! We had a corner room with an irregular shape which added to its character. A fabulous breakfast promptly served included in stay in a room with ample setting and a truly lovely setting. Conveniently locates across the street from the train station, but not noisy at all. Good spot to visit Llandudno and other sites.

My husband and I opted for a short holiday in Wales and chose to go to Conwy. We chose the Erskine Arms based off reviews and it was even better than we expected. We had a large bedroom with a full bath. Plenty of electrical outlets, a kettle with an array of coffee and tea and plenty of extra blankets. The room remained a comfortable temperature with a radiator in the room - we opened and closed the window as needed. One of the best things about the Erskine Arms is the location. Once we parked, our car stayed parked until we left. We walked all over the town. The castle is literally right across the street. We enjoyed the short river cruise, ice cream ant Parisella’s, sausage rolls from Edwards and spent time in a pub called The Albion. We dined at the Erskine Arms both nights and the food was outstanding. We also took advantage of the complementary Full Welsh breakfast each morning. I would fully recommend The Erskine Arms. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely rooms. However, the church bells ring every hour and quarter hour. Close to the train station and bus station. The restaurant is delicious. Try the Sticky Toffee Pudding! Breakfast is also very good and plentiful. Recommend stayin and eating here.

The staff were great and room 22 was perfect with a large bed and plenty of space. We ate at the hotel on our second night and the food was tasty and sufficient. However one meal came out cold and had to be reheated. Our waitress did give us a discount for this. On our last morning there was no water, but not the hotel’s fault as a main had burst. Overall a very nice experience.

The Erskine Arms is a fantastic place, made great by the quality and upkeep of the hotel but, more importantly, the kindness and brilliance of the staff there. They are all so friendly and keen to help with whatever you need. And by the way, what fantastic food they serve up too! This place truly is a perfect blend of physical and human excellence. To cap it all off, the location, in the heart of Conwy town, could not be better.
The Erskine Arms is a fantastic place, made great by the quality and upkeep of the hotel but, more importantly, the kindness and brilliance of the staff there. They are all so friendly and keen to help with whatever you need. And by the way, what fantastic food they serve up too! This place truly is a perfect blend of physical and human excellence. To cap it all off, the location, in the heart of Conwy town, could not be better.

The hotel and our room were very clean and warm despite the cold weather, the bed was very comfortable, with white linen and towels, and the bathroom was lovely. Whoever services the rooms does a great job! We felt that the receptionist was a little grumpy when we checked in. We had rung before booking and asked which rooms had a bath, so when we booked through Hotel.com we specifically booked one of those rooms, and added the request for a bath to the form. On checking in, our room had to be changed to one with a bath, and we were 'told off' for not booking direct! Breakfast was good, but we would eat an evening meal elsewhere, as this wasn't great. But, on the whole we would stay here again, as the hotel was lovely.

Check in was really easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room looked out towards the castle and was beautifully decorated and spotless. The hotel is very central and long stay parking is just a few minutes walk away. The evening meal was delicious and the pub had a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was included and again was really good. Check out was nice and easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here

Hidden jewel and great find. An older well-kept hotel. Modernized while keeping with the heritage of the hotel. A cozy lower-level pub. Great place to have a pint after a day of travel and shopping. The front door is a stone’s throw from the train station and castle wall. Around the corner is a small downtown loaded with shops and surrounded by castle walls. Great stop in northern Wales.

Delightful accommodations with "old world charm"! We had a corner room with an irregular shape which added to its character. A fabulous breakfast promptly served included in stay in a room with ample setting and a truly lovely setting. Conveniently locates across the street from the train station, but not noisy at all. Good spot to visit Llandudno and other sites.

My husband and I opted for a short holiday in Wales and chose to go to Conwy. We chose the Erskine Arms based off reviews and it was even better than we expected. We had a large bedroom with a full bath. Plenty of electrical outlets, a kettle with an array of coffee and tea and plenty of extra blankets. The room remained a comfortable temperature with a radiator in the room - we opened and closed the window as needed. One of the best things about the Erskine Arms is the location. Once we parked, our car stayed parked until we left. We walked all over the town. The castle is literally right across the street. We enjoyed the short river cruise, ice cream ant Parisella’s, sausage rolls from Edwards and spent time in a pub called The Albion. We dined at the Erskine Arms both nights and the food was outstanding. We also took advantage of the complementary Full Welsh breakfast each morning. I would fully recommend The Erskine Arms. You will not be disappointed.

The staff were great and room 22 was perfect with a large bed and plenty of space. We ate at the hotel on our second night and the food was tasty and sufficient. However one meal came out cold and had to be reheated. Our waitress did give us a discount for this. On our last morning there was no water, but not the hotel’s fault as a main had burst. Overall a very nice experience.

Excellent accommodation, friendly and efficient team led by Ben. The staff are always pleasant and polite and helpful. The food is outstanding in my opinion, never had a bad meal or experience there just lovely locally sourced food and wonderfully prepared. Aleyshia is a great asset there too

Great hotel, great location and really friendly staff. The restaurant is also very very good - i recommend booking in advance as its very popular. Coyldnt fault the place - a great stay was enjoyed by all six if our party.

Conwy is so beautiful and the Erskine Arms is amazing. The rooms were outstanding and the staff as well. What a great pub and make sure to eat there too. The breakfast was superb and kipper fans will love their treat. Cheers!

This boutique hotel was my favorite of all those in which I stayed during a 3 week journey. The room and en suite bathroom were extremely nice, spacious, and clean. We could see the castle from our window. Eating in the bar is a must do--excellent food and friendly staff. The location is right by transport, and it is right by the town center as well. A+ for Erskine Arms.
