Common areas were dirty and poorly maintained. Elevator buttons were broken. Noise isolation was bad that you can’t sleep because of the traffic noise on the highway.

Remodeling around, dust, dirt. No lobby , operating from night window. Marihuana smells everywhere

The property was in disrepair, elevator littered with garbage, corridor dirty, hadnt been vacuumed for a while. There were men hovering around outside the building which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Suggest someone from Expedia inspects the place. Although both of the rooms were clean we didnt stay there, we booked into an adjacent Holiday Inn Express instead. Although I have booked through Expedia many times in the past without issue, booking the Suites was an expensive mistake on my part.

I spent 3 nights here but can't really recommend it unless you absolutely need a place to stay and have very little to spend. There is no front desk, just a thick glass window where you slide your ID under. The property is a bit of a mess with several doors and windows needing repair. The carpet in the hallways was dirty and they had a musty smell. The room itself was not terrible though, the bed was decent and the shower was ok, just weak water pressure. No closet or anywhere to hang clothes though. There was a chair in the corner but it was obviously broken as it was just propped up against the wall. If you just need a place to sleep and shower on a limited budget, it's probably fine but don't expect much in amenities.

Air condition was effective. Parking was accessible and easy. The Lobby was not accessible. It is for show and deceptive. However, the receptionist was polite and helpful.

It looks nothing like the photos. Feels very unsafe. Smells like weed and cigarettes outside the building and in elevator. You can’t even go in the lobby. Instead you check in with a man behind a window. Not at all what it is advertised to be.

The room was cheap was the only good thing. Elevator broken for almost all of my 4 day stay. Most of the workers were extremely rude. Unsavory people all over.

The room was clean and in good condition. Rough area. Even the lobby was closed to the public and check in and out had to be transacted through the night window, even during daytime hours. If you travel with a service dog, be sure to have the dogs registration ID with you (I always do). They want more proof than just a service dog harness.

The property is situated between two other properties. This one is the loud, more run down of the three. Staff was friendly, no lobby, room was clean and maintained well. Common areas were non existent or closed down.

The room was clean. The parking lot seemed fine. But the hallways were nasty.

Place smells. Carpet in hall is threadbare. Inside room has been updated though. A lot of people hang out in parking lot made me nervous for my car and my safety. Noisy

The grounds were very unclean. Still undergoing renovations, and not for the better. A cleaning crew would go a long way here.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far. Floors maybe have never been swept. Blood stain on sheets, brown stains on shower curtain as if someone used it to wipe. Bugs in bed. I think I enjoyed my stay as much as one can enjoy sleeping at a bus stop

Rooms are very clean

The property needs to be closed down and renovated. Totally infested with Roaches, drug use on property no phones in rooms no coffee pots no iron and ironing boards no hangers, traffic and noise all night not allowed in the lobby area at all. It says studio and Suites it’s a lie it’s a Motel the Tub was stained I video the entire room horrible I booked a package deal on line through Expedia never had a problem but this facility needs to be removed of it’s site until totally renovation are done spoke with other guests who have been missed placed and they said they to have Roaches. The only good things was Mike the exterminator who had to spray the room the more he sprayed the more roaches came out, the microwave was horrible it was bubble up on the top and totally rusted on the bottom I complained they replaced it with a brand new one and it was not other vacancy near by so I was stuck for a week on Vacation. The view guess I did meet was very nice but also had complaints but no where to go. And every day someone was getting put out by security also my first night there couple was fighting and four cop cars were there I said some vacation but noisy. Charolette NC is a beautiful place to visit but would never recommend studio and suites 4 less to stay unless it’s totally renovated bug free and courteous staff and the bare necessities oh and thank God I always bring my own towels and wash clothes because you would not have wanted to use the ones that were provided.

Sketchy looking people outside. Kids running around. Smell of weed. Afraid to park. Then went into the room. Smelled moldy. Bathtub shower horrible. Shower kept turning off. No coffee maker. Horrible curtains that didn’t close properly. Tub horrible, blankets full of burn holes . Cigarette marks everywhere. Room was not cleaned at all after first day. Terrible.

Positive: the air conditioning worked well, they offered clean towels every day Negatives: the mattress was hard as a rock, the pillows were flatter than my grandmas backside, the one blanket was thinner than my school teachers patience, and the marijuana seeped through every pore into every surface of the room-that place was higher than Snoop at a concert.

Room not very clean. Beds are very hard. Cigarette burns on tub edge. Pain splatter on floor.

The deluxe rooms are amazingly beautiful and comfortable.. don’t judge a book by its cover the rooms are gorgeous and very affordable rooms

This place sucks. They want to charge you to check in early, even when the room is ready. There door keys stop working. Guests have to go to the office to redo their keys. They have a lounge area that is air conditioned, but only for employees and ‘special’ guests. I was so upset with this place I booked a room across the street. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

I arrived and had a confirmed, pre-paid room with a reservation confirmation and receipt for payment. They told me they oversold and there were no rooms available. Absolutely no help finding an alternative. Terrible place.

l had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond by allowing me a few extra hours after checkout, which made my travel day so much smoother. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. Their hospitality and flexibility truly made me feel valued as a guest. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a stress-free experience!

This area does not feel safe. People outside watching you at your car and asking for drugs. The TV doesn’t work nor does the HDMI cable so it was gray screen all night. The lady at the front desk had no clue what was going on. Overall I would not stay here again, it was clean do the most part but everything else pretty much outweighs anything good it was not actually good at all

There were 2 police cars when I pulled up.It looked as if someone threw a stick of dynamite through the front of the property. There was gravel and dirt all over the carpets. It was unsafe and filthy. It would be safer to sleep in your car.

Even though they say no smoking. My room and sheets smells like smoke. The person next door to played their music till 5 in the morning. The property was being remodeled but people were still throwing trash in the parking lot. There was nowhere you could get drinks or anything.

When I booked the rooms, there was supposed to be a coffee maker in each room. There was not. I was charged for my children staying in the room. That has never been the case in any hotel I ever stayed in. There was no breakfast the next morning. We couldn't even get into the lobby.

I was told not to smoke in the room, Twice when I checked in but all I could smell on the 3rd floor was pot being smoked. It was quiet there. Also their was no free breakfast as advertised.

I like the location. Clean rooms, building as well. Smells and feels clean. Cool people at check in and glad for vending machines on each floor

The mircowave wasn't working but everything else was clean and for future reference i suggest that they should put vending machines and ice machines aswell also they had coffee in the rooms however no cups were provided
