The room was great but there want no one at the front desk for almost 10 minutes when we arrived to check in then when we came back from dinner the was no parking available at all i was i had to park in the movie theater lot across the street. I don't think i will be returning to this hotel

Everything was great! Check-in was fast. My only advice is that for electrical vehicles it’s Tesla level 2 charging only, so you need an adapter for level 2 charging if you drive a non-Tesla EV. Price is expensive per kWh about 49 cents. At least there’s 3 stations/ parking places to charge and you need a permit to issue them issued by the hotel or you could get towed. AC turning on was loud and kind of high pitched, you could hear the toilet flushing in the room above. No vent in the bathroom so bring a spray if you’re staying with someone else in the room. Shower pressure and temperature was awesome!

The location is nice as close to all of the dining and shopping options but far enough that parking was not an issue. Only down for this property is that they only had one elevator working. It didn’t bother us too much but on occasion it was very busy.

Very nice hotel. Room was nice, big, and clean. Room had shower and a tub. Hotel bar was great. JJ the bartender did an excellent job!!! Breakfast was a little lacking. Could have used some more hot foods. Coffe was good. Front was an easy check in and check out. Overall very good experience!

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Easy walk to the harbor and right off of I30. I was surprised to see that one of the elevators was not working. Typical hotel breakfast that gets the job done - no waffles:(

Very disappointed. Booked a stay for fun, only to find out the swimming pool was broken and the tv in our room was too. Not worth the hassle for what we paid to stay here.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. There was a nice selection for breakfast and easy parking. There are some restaurants nearby. The only downside to the beautiful hotel is that the pool is very tiny and there is no hot tub.

Well everything was good except two things. When i arrived the room smelled like smoke and pets. The other problem was the sound from the road. I could here eighteen wheelers pass buy . Apparently they are doing construction down the street. But they weren’t there during the night. There is a bridge right before the hotel. Every time a truck would hit the end of the bridge it would thump five times. It went on all night and day. The insulation must be very thin or the window had a whole in it. So loud couldn’t go to sleep. By the way the breakfast area does not open until 7:00 if your a early riser.

The staff were so sweet. The rooms are beautiful. My only downfalls are the parking is a little complicated and the bathrooms in the rooms have barn doors and no fans. How are you going of have people share a room and have zero bathroom privacy? 😅

Rooms are nicely appointed. Bedding & beds are comfortable. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Only issue with the hotel was our room was close to I30 so you could hear all the road noise. If possible request a room further away from the highway. That said this is our new choice for staying in Rockwall.

This is a fairly new hotel, everything seems fresh and clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. There’s a lot of noise from the trucks going up in hill on I 30. Also, there’s a noisy bathroom fan that runs constantly. So, I didn’t sleep very well.

We were going to be checking in really late (3 am) so I called ahead to notify the staff. When we showed up the lady at the desk has already had us checked in and room keys ready to allow us to get to our room quickly! In addition the staff has the AC set in the room to a comfortable temperature for us even before we got there! Beautiful hotel, and location. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very good location. Breakfast was included. We stayed for two nights and our room was not serviced after our first night. We were assigned a room that had some issues but they relocated us to another room.

The property was accommodating to my travels. The staff was courteous. My only mishap was at the bar the system went down during my stay and charged me twice during my transaction with Mrs.Sherry. I did notify front desk gentleman during checkout but have not received call from manager to correct at this time

Arrived and was told they didn’t have a room available as they didn’t have time to clean them all. This was at 930pm. Receptionist did make a call and found us another hotel close by but in 35 years of traveling I have never had a reservation not be honored until now. Multiple people faced the same issue as we did and were simply told “sorry but even though you have a reservation we don’t have a room for you. “

Great experience, easy checkin and checkout. Front desk, bar and management encountered were extremely friendly. Walking distance to the harbor area, kid friendly and the breakfast was a plus. Would stay again if returning to the area.

On 2nd floir a riim next to me or near by was loud abd obnoxious up till 3:30 am the phone dud nit work , i used cell and got hold of desk finally the noise stopped. I had literally less than 4 hours rest. I complained and felt like they could of comped me a free stay or at least half off a stay in furure and they were rude and refused.

We like this location because it is close to family. Easy to get on and off highway and close to restaurants. We like the rooms bed comfy. Nice little bar downstairs. Friendly staff. There’s always an ice machine out on our floor tho. Little hassle. I appreciate the extra pillow and blanket in the closet. Will stay here again.

The most perfect location! Right near the Harbor District. Room was excellent. Very spacious! I'll be back!

We traveled on Christmas day so options to eat were limited. We enjoyed our full bar service and SHEREE. She made Christmas day fun. Will definitely return.

Easy check in, clean rooms, great bar. Breakfast was the only lack luster thing, had many options though. Orange juice and apple juice machine tasted watered down.

Beds and pillows are heavenly, very thing was new and clean, TV, air, heating worked and they offer a nice breakfast with eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, waffles, coffee options, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast and more. Its a 10.

Very nice hotel. Room was nice, big, and clean. Room had shower and a tub. Hotel bar was great. JJ the bartender did an excellent job!!! Breakfast was a little lacking. Could have used some more hot foods. Coffe was good. Front was an easy check in and check out. Overall very good experience!

Had a late check in after wedding anniversary date. Check in was easy, room clean and cool. Was in Texas summer heat all day so it was great to come to a cold room. Good and hot shower. Good and hot breakfast, the only negative was the juice machine wasn’t operational and my pregnant wife was really craving juice so that was a bit of a bummer, but overall great stay and will stay again!

Paid in advance to stay at this location this past Saturday, 08/29/2026. Arrive to check in around 5pm and was told we don’t have any rooms available because we have one person cleaning all the rooms due to staffing issues. Staff member stated it should not be long. I told staff member that’s fine because we were going to go hang out for a few hours at the Harbor anyway. 9pm, four hours later wife and I come back to get the keys to a room and we were told sorry we still have no rooms available but we are giving vouchers to another hotel across the highway. Hotel across the highway does not have easy access to the lake/harbor nor is it comparable. So I pay in advance for the available rooms that it allows me to book and expect to have the room I chosen but get turned away because you have no housekeepers which is unacceptable. Not even a hey we are sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Definitely not a good experience and I have stayed there several times before!

The breakfast cleaning lady was rude. I didn’t appreciate the hostile alternation that she cause over a drink at 9:30a after I was told by the front desk breakfast time ended at 10a. Don’t think it was that big of a deal especially after I already had the drink in my hand. Very rude and uncalled for behavior!

This was our first time staying in this hotel.. it was clean, nice, quiet, and great location. Heather the front desk young lady was so helpful with dinner recommendations… and also the sweetest. Breakfast was good bacon is always a plus.

The room was clean. I came on a weekend they had a kids basketball tournament. And the rooms were not clean. I had to wait an hour after check in for a room. One of the two elevators was not working and after a few hours the other was not working. We were on the four the floor. I have bad knees and no empathy whatsoever from staff. Maybe if I had of stayed a different weekend maybe it would have been better or if they had of been able to control the crowd.
