Parking spots are too small.

The hotel was clean and marvelously quiet! Breakfast was very good! We would have given it 5 stars but we thought paying $5/day to park your own car in the parking lot was ridiculous. Especially since they didn’t record your license plate number so as to have violators towed. What was the point?

Traveled with our pet. Other than the ridiculous $100 pet fee, it was perfect for our pooch. Great location for our travels. Loved having the kitchen.

Property was nice . Growing area. Pool was clean. Rooms were great. Breakfast was soso. Was free so really cant complain

Breakfast was ok. No microwave to warm up oatmeal or anything needed to be hot. Pool was unavailable. Not good because it was extremely hot during that week.

The pool and the breakfast food was amazing.

The room was great but when I left the next day I got a $5.24 parking recapture (?) fee.. not sure what that even means! Not happy!

This place was "ok" but not what I would expect as a Marriott standard. Pros: Friendly staff, nice breakfast, location is well located, clean lobby, safe location, nice pool, and very large workout room with a good amount of equipment. Cons: The don't clean the rooms unless you ask. People were putting used towels/trash outside the rooms & it smelled absolutely terrible all 3 nights when I returned back to the room for the night & I don't have a sensitive sense of smell. The workout room was nice, ample space and clean but the bike peddle was broke and they left the water station empty all week.

Advertising this chain of hotels as being Per friendly is ridiculous. They want a $100 pet fee that’s non-refundable. This should be communicated before allowing guests to book rooms.

Our stay was not good. We had 2 rooms reserved, each was a king bed with a sleeper sofa. When we arrived, the hotel had a mildewy smell. Once in our room, we noticed there were no linens for the sleeper sofa. We called the front desk to ask for some for each room along with 4 pillows and were told that all they had available were sheets and 2 pillows for the sleeper sofas. I ended up buying 2 queen blankets from target to use. The next morning for the breakfast, they had a decent assortment but ran out of everything by 930am even though breakfast was until 10am. That same day, it was pouring down rain and it was leaking through the roof. So much so, that it was coming down through the lights in the elevators. Elevators probably should not have been running due to being a hazard but they were. The staff used the hotel towels to contain the leaking water. Towels lined the entire hallway from the elevators to the lobby. The smell of the mildew grew stronger that evening. Coming back to the hotel that night, we asked for towels as there were only 2 in each of the bathrooms. We were given 5 towels (even though we needed 7) and were told they didnt have ANYMORE towels because they were all dirty. The hallways smelled like mildew with urine. That night, we noticed that the second floor ice machine was broken so we had to make a few trips to the first floor for ice. The following morning, breakfast seemed ok. We asked for coffee for the room and were told they only had 2.

Very clean place

Very disappointed as I walked in! Carpets were dirty with debris from the previous guests. All the ice machine’s didn’t work! And the elevator hasn’t been cleaned or wiped down probably in months! Just no pride or cleanliness from this establishment!

Rooms smells like mold. We had to seitch rooms twice and ended in a third room which had a wet carpet. Not returning

Lots of stains all over carpet. Sort of gross

This was just a quick overnighter so not much was expected. There was a lot of traffic due to road construction. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower curtain was clean but smelled like mildew. Staff was courteous and efficient. Overall everything was fine just for a quick stay though. It was a bit stale smelling.

When we entered the room, it smelled clean and sanitized. The room was spacious, breakfast was great.

It doesn't seem like an old building, but they have four ice machines and all four are broken. The carpet in our room was really stained. The main overhead light didn't work - we reported this every day and nobody could do anything. We asked for housekeeping to clean the room after we were there a few days and were told the next day they didn't do it because they "didn't get around to it."

The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was average and fully acceptable to our group . The coffee was the only thing that I thought was yucky, but there is a Starbucks next door. I highly recommend this hotel.

Well-appointed rooms - large refrigerator, small stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Was also quiet.

Quiet Comfortable rooms

Staff was friendly. Our room lacked the usual Marriott charm. Our fridge was loud, and moved when you tried to open it. Light flashing on the air conditioner. Bed not as comfy as we remembered.

We were impressed by the quietness of the room from outside sounds. The room had real nice kitchen setup. Dishes, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, silverware and full refig. Nice to have coffee from a mug!

The room is excellent. Bed is the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. Shower-awesome. Very quiet. Convenient location. Not fabulous:the TV-this is our 3rd stsy here and all 3 TVs were not good in terms of picture quality. Breakfast was just ok. Ran out of food and coffee was lukewarm.

Great option for longer stays. Spacious and clean. Has a fully functional mini kitchen. Just buy a few groceries and you’re set.

Comfortable quiet rooms

Beware of a parking recapture fee that you will be charged after your stay when booking with any online platform. Fee is around $5.54 per day. A/C system was slow to cool the room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and have good space.

The rooms are tiny. The smallest rooms we have ever stayed in. We stayed 5 nights and we had to constantly ask for towels. They never came to clean the room. The 2nd shift worker named Will had terrible customer service. The night shift worker I did not catch her name was absolutely amazing and we loved her. We had a great stay as we were with great people. All and all average hotel these days but if we stay that long it would be nice to not have to ask for towels everyday.

Unsure if it was due to lack of staff, but the only issue we had was the towels, wash cloths, bathroom essentials and coffee were not replenished daily. Each day we had to go to the front desk to ask for them since no one addressed our room until the 3rd day. We were told on an extended day stay house keeping will clean and replenish things every other day; however, that did not happen either until the 4th night of our 5-day stay.

Upon arrival in our room it had an extremely foul smell. The lady at the desk took action immediately and assigned us another room. This was a great improvement. There was only one elevator that was working during our stay. Other than that the accommodations were good.

I had the best person at check in. She gave me directions of a place I could go see a refinery. Which was a unique request. She even called someone that she knew that could help. The room was awesome. The bed was comfortable the heat and the air conditioning worked beautifully. Everything was very neat and clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Although the hotel it self was very nice and clean, my checkin experience was horrible. J***a was not pleasant to work with and, in fact, extremely off-putting. In no way was she even the slightest bit helpful or hospitable. My friend booked a room and checked in but when we saw our kids would have to share the small couch pull out I decided to book an additional room. Within 10 minutes of him checking in I went back downstairs to book an additional room for our comfort. Julia had just come on shift and made what should have been easy task VERY difficult. She said hotel was sold out which I thought was odd because my friend had just booked not even an hour ago. So I went online and booked myself within 5 minutes. I stood in front of her as I did it. Before I pressed confirm I asked her if there would be a room she could put me in near my friend at least on the same floor-- that was just way too much for me to ask of her and I was bucked every step of the way. I finally got her to tell me she could "try" to get me down the hall. Mind you, this was around 2 in the afternoon. I confirmed my booking online and asked her to go ahead and check me in but she said her system was not updated so I said ok I will step outside for a moment and come back in 10 minutes? She said well then I can't save you the room if you walk away. This was ONLY THE BEGINNING of my frustration with her- this small box does not allow enough characters to provide it all. When we checked in, no one was at the front desk except for other waiting guests. I waited almost 10 minutes before the clerk walked thru the front door with a beverage, apologizing for the delay. After getting to our room, I had to go back downstairs to request linens for the pullout couch for my son, even though the room was reserved for 3 people. The rooms are small but generally clean. Probably won’t stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. My issue was the availability of the room. I had requested an ADA room and check in was 3PM. We arrived at 3:15PM and the room was not ready. We were in a time crunch and while the woman checking us in was extremely apologetic it did not change the fact that the room was not available at the stated check in time.

Great location and convenient. Clean rooms and the kitchen was a must-have for travels with a baby. Would stay again.

Starbucks and Dutch Bros. within walking distance, and many food places available. Travel tip: Jay Road is a busy road, so account for 2-3 minutes to cross that busy intersection. Plus, the hotel is in a newer area getting updated, so the service road from I-10 is getting worked on.

It was an excellent place with a clean environment and lots of places to eat or have coffee. The breakfast was also very good.

The staff were always very helpful. The hotel was always cleaned and smelled fresh. They were even cleaning the carpets. The only negative comment is breakfast. Friday during our week long stay they didn’t have eggs, oatmeal, or bagels. Your option was some very greasy bacon or toast. Even one of the employees who wanted breakfast commented on the lack of food. She went to the back and came out with a bagel. Not sure why they weren’t out for guests. This was at 8:45-9:00am. I originally thought they were cleaning up early until the woman working there explained they just didn’t have food to prepare. There is always HEB if management didn’t order properly.

Just ok. Noisy hallways and feet stomping overhead. Coffee was empty when I came for breakfast. Limited breakfast offerings. Not impressed.

Nicely staff, clean and very spacious rooms. The downside is breakfast ends at 10:00 am but ended early around 9:40 am
