Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Springfield Holyoke

Was the best laid out handicap room we have ever stayed in. We are often looking for a two queen room with a roll-in shower and are only offered a king room. This room had ample room for our daughter’s power wheelchair and the travel chair we use in the room. The shower was wide enough for her to feel safe in, and the bathroom had plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair. The best thing was the rolling desk/table. We had room to put it between the two beds to use as a nightstand where she could charge and reach her phone.

There were no bath towels, only hand towels and wash cloths. And the ice machine on the 4th floor was not working.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The bed and room was clean and well kept. The courtesy breakfast was great.
