Always a pleasure staying at the D. This is my go-to hotel whenever I find myself in the Pioneer Valley. Fabulous staff, lovely location, and a relaxing hot tub/pool for unwinding at the end of the day.

Restaurant has improved tremendously but breakfasts are now horrible: fake eggs, cold potatoes, and terrible coffee. And front desk is horrible. We requested late check out a day before, they told us to check back in next day. Had us call back 3 times checking back in the next day to ultimately be told they had let others check out late and we would have to pay 25 dollars for an extra hour. Why couldn't they have told us that the day before, if that was in fact the case. We also went down in person during breakfast to talk to front desk, waited a few minutes and no one ever came. We will not be going back.

We loved staying at this hotel! My only complaint is that the elevator is very slow and with luggage the stairs could be difficult. Otherwise, I will gladly stay at the D again if I’m in the area. Breakfasts were great!
