Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Camas by IHG

Staff was incredibly kind & helpful! Room was so clean and comfortable, definitely one of the best stays we have had! Safe and easy parking, beautiful area with plenty of food options!

The rooms were clean, which was great.....but i was charged $100 per room booked up front AFTER i already paid for the rooms on Affirm. I have never heard of that before. 200 dollars out of my account IN CASE of damages and i dont get it back until 2 to 3 business days??? Are you serious? Ive been to multiple Holiday Inn Expresses (one in December in another city, one last July in another state- so i know this isnt corporate policy) and they had only a $5 hold charge to have a card on file at both previous places. This is a disgusting practice, as its right before payday and my sons braces auto payment cant go through on Monday now. I will never go back to this location. Breakfast was good as usual and rooms were clean. But charging people 100 dollars after full payment just in case is a terrible business practice.
