We arrived late at night after our flight and had an early morning train, so we really needed to sleep. The reservation was for three people, which I double-checked in case I was wrong, and it wasn’t, but despite this the room was only set up for two. There was nothing in the room that would allow us to make the bed ourselves, which we would have been more than happy to do since all we wanted was to sleep. I called reception straight away when we realized this, and after a long wait a guy showed up with six towels, but no bed linen. After two more calls to reception and just over an hour of waiting, we finally got the bed made. When we pointed this out at check-out, they couldn’t do anything more than compensate us with snacks, which of course is better than nothing. However, to me it is incomprehensible that you can book a room for three people and it is not set up for three, especially when arriving so late. We also should not have had to wait so long for it to be fixed. So even though the staff were nice and apologized in the morning, and the hotel otherwise seemed okay, I will not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone else.
