Nice small hotel. In the colonial center, it is very Spanish Caribbean in feel. I got in late and it is not easy to find, but the host was helpful and quick. Easy to walk to many things from here.

The hotel is nice but very small, the larger room which I chose was near a busy street and the noise was annoying specially at night. The bed sheets had stains on them, I mentioned it to the cleaning lady but they did not change it. Also, the front door is not always locked but there is a doorman at night. The location was perfect, very close to El Conde but the actual street where the hotel is located is a bit less touristy (sketchy). Having breakfast each morning was nice.

The common areas are very pretty. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was smaller than expected, but it is ok if you are not planning to spend much time in it. The spacious bathroom with bathtub and hot water certainly made up for the lack of space in the bedroom. Breakfast was nice and fresh and staff is very kind.

If your into the appearance, the hotel was decorated beautifully. That said, except for one young lady who cooked and cleaned, the rest of the staff I encountered were sullen and recalcitrant. Not once did I receive a smile or greeting and the door had to be opened for you whenever you returned to the hotel. There was hot water, but not that could be used. The pool accommodated a single person, two if you were svelte. I would not return.

Hermoso!! Cuidaron hasta el más minimo detalle de esta casa, está en una calle tranquila, muy cerca de la calle principal y del centro..Habitaciones muy comodas, cama deliciosa, personal amable y resolutivo, desayuno rico! volveré sin dudarlo.. LO RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE

The room, the bed, the a/c, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the street side. Extremely noisy! All night long ! The real problem was water in the shower (cold&hot) regulation! Impossible to manage it ! I called the technician but still ! You better enjoy cold shower.

Hotel pequeño bonito, limpio y muy bien situado en la zona colonial. La wifi de huéspedes no funcionaba. El desayuno empieza a las ocho y es muy básico. Ideal para pasar un par de días, suficiente para conocer la zona colonial, por ejemplo el día de llegada a la RD.

Mal. Fatal. Sin ventanas, aire acondicionado viejo goteando agua al lado de la cama, la caja fuerte no funciona, me dijeron que quedarme hasta las 13 y a las 12.10 me cortaron la luz (en plena ducha) y el wifi va fatal se corta mucho…el desayuno absurdo aunque hubo una chica amable.

Never staying here again No warm or hot water deapite running it for over 10 minures and trying all settings. Very small room No backup generator, and they experiened a blackout. Posted sign says breakfast area opens at 8am,at 806am, the breakfast area was closed and lights off. Breakfast area is co-located in the kitchen. Guests have to put up with the smoke and staff cooking 8-10 feet away from you.

Ideal location in zona colonial, but any room on the street is terrible, really noisy with music and people speaking loud most of the night. Any isolation on the window would be highly recommended

Cozy place, beautiful decoration. However, the room was too small and breakfast was ready later than the opening time, which was inconvenient as we had an excursion. Great location and nice staff.

Ideal location in zona colonial, but any room on the street is terrible, really noisy with music and people speaking loud most of the night. Any isolation on the window would be highly recommended

The hotel is nice but very small, the larger room which I chose was near a busy street and the noise was annoying specially at night. The bed sheets had stains on them, I mentioned it to the cleaning lady but they did not change it. Also, the front door is not always locked but there is a doorman at night. The location was perfect, very close to El Conde but the actual street where the hotel is located is a bit less touristy (sketchy). Having breakfast each morning was nice.

The common areas are very pretty. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was smaller than expected, but it is ok if you are not planning to spend much time in it. The spacious bathroom with bathtub and hot water certainly made up for the lack of space in the bedroom. Breakfast was nice and fresh and staff is very kind.

Never staying here again No warm or hot water deapite running it for over 10 minures and trying all settings. Very small room No backup generator, and they experiened a blackout. Posted sign says breakfast area opens at 8am,at 806am, the breakfast area was closed and lights off. Breakfast area is co-located in the kitchen. Guests have to put up with the smoke and staff cooking 8-10 feet away from you.

Hermoso!! Cuidaron hasta el más minimo detalle de esta casa, está en una calle tranquila, muy cerca de la calle principal y del centro..Habitaciones muy comodas, cama deliciosa, personal amable y resolutivo, desayuno rico! volveré sin dudarlo.. LO RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE

Hotel pequeño bonito, limpio y muy bien situado en la zona colonial. La wifi de huéspedes no funcionaba. El desayuno empieza a las ocho y es muy básico. Ideal para pasar un par de días, suficiente para conocer la zona colonial, por ejemplo el día de llegada a la RD.

El chico que nos atendió, Raymond, fue muy amable. Quedamos encantados con su hospitalidad. El hotel muy bonito. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, pero muy acogedor. El desayuno estuvo rico. Muy linda experiencia
