It’s great for what it is. Pros- price, AC worked great, kitchen, beds comfy, about a block from the beach, great surroundings areas. The lock on the room door was very sturdy and we felt very safe. The staff answered so so fast and helped quickly, absolutely love them!!! Cons- main front entrance door has a pin code lock on it that does not work and the door just opens so anyone can walk in…, windows bathroom and floors needed washes, bathroom door needs replaced and shower head needs replaced. If anyone is loud in the hallway you can 100% hear it. I think the room just needs to be updated and things need to be replaced Final notes. I would 1000% stay here again, although there was some things that I thought could be approved it was a convenient place to stay, nice people and felt good about sleeping there. Thank you

The neighborhood good, nice location near the beach restaurant and grocery store, but the main door entrance odd the building was constantly open . The room was spacious but the Air conditioner was too loud and I found a cockroach walking around on the kitchen wall

The property itself didn’t have parking but the parking garage next door had a fare of $2 an hour until it maxes out at $20. I’d say that’s pretty decent. We walked to the different stores and restaurants that were nearby. The beach was only a block away. We stayed here the night before our departure for a cruise vacation. The property was clean and looked as pictured except the only thing slightly different was the shower didn’t have the glass door like the picture. It was just a shower curtain instead so the floor was getting a little more wet than intended but we had extra towels to tidy up. I had the room with 2 queen beds and the futon couch. Check in was seemless. It was originally 4pm check in but we arrived around 2pm. Our room was ready so they let us take our stuff to the room. The AC works great too. It was hot when we first arrived so we cut the AC on and it didn’t take long to cool off. Checkout was pretty seamless too. We brought our bags downstairs and just before we left, I sent the text to the automated number to let them know we’re checking out.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and cozy. Although the front door downstairs was not locked and anyone can come in. It was also very noisy because people were running in the halls and yelling and arguing. Maybe a security guard would help this issue. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

Extremely disappointed with the poor condition of the property and the overall service, the old and filthy room and furnishings. The photos online were clearly altered and did not reflect the reality of what we encountered. We paid extra for a room with a balcony, but balcony door was broken, curtains were ripped, and the street noise was unbearable. Despite the place having other available rooms, the staff was unresponsive and unaccommodating, and we had to file a complaint through Hotels.com to be moved to a different room. The electronic keypad to our room stopped working due to a low battery, causing significant inconvenience. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, the issue was never resolved. The iron in our room was also broken. After 3 days, we requested fresh towels and did not receive it as the front desk had no access to the towel room due to access code change!!! And we went without fresh towels for the duration of our stay. The water pressure was insufficient, making it difficult to shower or wash dishes. The windows were filthy and none functional. The elevator broke on day 3 of our stay and was not repaired until after we left on day six. While the location is convenient, being close to the beach and other attractions, the poor condition of the property and the lack of proper service made our stay incredibly unpleasant. I am left wondering how this property was even listed on Hotels.com, as this experience has severely damaged my trust in your platform.

Both washers were broken. The 1 vending machine was broken. The lady that cleaned was broken because I asker a question. 1 of the drinking glasses was broken. 1 of the blinds was broken. There definitely needs to be some attention to the amenities description on the listing. It was clean though.

All good except for the elevator

Expedia lists this property as an apartment but it’s actually a hostel. I should have done a little more research into the company prior to renting. However, with that being said, the post on Expedia is very misleading. The pictures are only somewhat accurate when it comes to the rooms themselves. Otherwise the rest of the building is in need of major repair. There is no lounge or cafe (as shown on the property listing), which was disappointing. The hallways are very dirty and smell unclean. I tried to use the washer/dryer while I was there, I would not recommend due to the current state that they are in. I would recommend finding another place if you need to do laundry. Despite these things, the property is listed at a very affordable price especially given the close proximity of restaurants/beach/activities. If you can overlook the general appearance of the place and only use it as a place to sleep at the end of the day it’s a tolerable place to stay. However, if you are looking for a more luxurious stay in Miami, this is not the place for you.

Location 5/5 Cleanliness 3/5 Apartment needed small repairs, i.e. lightbulb in kitchen did not work(assuming the light bulb needs changed). Door locks were loose, plugs/usb ports on side lamps weren’t fully functioning. Elevator stopped working during the last two days and a notification or advisement would have been appreciated. On the positive, the location was perfect. Close to the bars/restaurants. Walking distance to South Beach. My favorite perk was the inclusion of the free beach chair rental, however, informing guests which company has the contract would be helpful.

The place have roaches… The advertisement in Hotels.com, an actual place was totally different . I want to cancel they gave me a complete run a round.. We are going to call me back and never did and when I got there people hanging in the hall

I changed rooms 3 times. First room that was provided didnt have 2 beds, as i paid for. Second room had cockroaches. Finally the third room was good. I asked the cleaning lady for more towels on the third day, she said no. Everything else was good, the location, the kitchen had everything needed.

This was a love hate relationship. I loved that it was cheap and very convenient to the beach. Not to mention, their age check is 18. When you first walk in I couldn’t tell if the smell was clean or just heavily sprayed with something. The. Walls. Are. So. Thin!! I woke up so many times during my whole stay here because the upstairs unit was probably rearranging the whole room at that point. The worst part was I had to kill not one, but TWO roaches. I literally had to call my friend on the phone trying so hard not to cry. I’d give this hotel/condo/apartment unfortunately a 1 star.

I never complain about cheap offers. And I’ve stayed so many times in 2* hotels in Miami Beach and Airbnb. And I’ve stayed in 3* hotels all over the world. This one couldn’t gain even 1*. Terrible misleading service. There is no luggage storage! Look around without listening their advice, they have no idea anyway. Customer service seems outsourcing and barely understands what is going on. Cockroache everywhere in the room. Shower was so molded that I had to buy bleach and clean it myself. Electronic locker on the door never opened the door from the first attempt. People scream and listen loud music even at 3am first I was thinking that someone killing somebody but it was just music. Check-in is too late but they wasn’t able to even let me in at this time(4pm) they “cleaned” the room till 4.15. Terrible

Easy access to the property, close to the beach however big problem on hygiene in my unit…

Great location and very walkable. Mybonly complaint is the road noise, which Ibknownyou really cant do anything about but a fan in the room would help by creating white noise to drown out the road noise.

Good location. No key, just code so smooth check in/out. Small kitchen in the room. Streetside rooms can be a bit noisy, although it didn't bother me. No luxury, but good value for the price. I would stay again.

Awesome location near restaurants and super close to the beach. The condition of the property is very no frills, but having a full fridge and a balcony was very nice. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. It wasn’t clear, however, during or after booking that we were responsible for taking out the trash and doing the dishes before checking out. We were informed this via text on our last day. Also there is no dishwasher so you have to trust that the last guests did a good job washing them (If the staff did it then why would they tell the guests to do it also?). Floors should have been swept before we arrived and also no light in the kitchen area. Balcony furniture also seemed flimsy and needed to be replaced. So overall good if you just want a close location to the beach and an outdoor space, but otherwise it’s ‘good’ but not ‘nice’.

The only bad thing was that the pull out bed is not very comfortable. Everything else was fine.

Great location for walking to beach and ocean drive. Apartment is old but in pretty good condition. It is on a busy street so noisy all night. Nevertheless we were glad to have stayed there for convenience.

The property itself was okay b/c of the location but not worth paying 300 a night. I was only there to shower and sleep, which was almost impossible because the bed was sooo TERRIBLE!!! If you are a light sleeper good luck getting any sleep. Between the noise on Collins Ave and the people coming in and out of the complex, you can hear EVERYTHING that's happening in the hallways. I will not be staying here again.

Good apartment in the heart of South Beach however this is also the problem. It was a little noisy because it’s facing a major street.

Great location, easy checkin/out, nothing fancy, but it was nice to have a kitchen.

The complex needs some renovation. The room is basic but clean enough. It’s ideal if you need only a place to crush. The location is great but very noisy at night and early in the morning.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Being close to everything you also hear everything. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The only complaint we had was the check in information said we could store our luggage at the hotel next store. This is incorrect. They told us they should not have told us that. We had to drag our luggage around.

Basic, but very clean and friendly service in person and via text message.

Didn’t received the access in time , had to wait for two hours outside .. place is not top class .. it is close to happening night life .. parking was nightmare - no real guidance given

It was the worst experience of my entire life. Before you arrive at the hotel, they start DEMANDING your credit card details in writing, even though you have paid for the entire stay in advance. You are simply exposed to the risk of them using your card details fraudulently, as is very common. If you do not provide your card details in writing, you will not enter the hotel. It is blackmail. In the year 2025, absurdly, they DO NOT have a credit card machine. They write down your details and keep them in their possession, to use as they wish, and you will have to trust them, and there is no agreement. But it does not stop there; the hotel simply does not even have a blanket. I was shivering from the cold all night and they do not provide one and there is no one to ask, as there is no customer service, not even by phone. When you enter the room and try to sleep, it feels like you are sleeping in the middle of the street, so much noise invades the room. There is NO soundproofing. It is simply a tragedy. It is like paying to sleep in the middle of the street. There is a bar below the room, and you can hear every conversation that takes place inside the establishment. As I said at the beginning: It was the worst experience of my entire life.

They canceled my stay the day I was supposed to check in and stay. I had to find new accommodations and waiting to receive a credit. Apparently the last people that stayed damaged it so bad that we would not be able to stay. I literally received a notification at Noon the day I arrived at the airport. Trying to reach them and the manager was a challenge. But I finally received an explanation.

I was very pleased with property, all entry codes worked fine, location was ideal in old South Beach area, remote staff help was very good and I will visit again on my next trip to Miami. Thanks, Terry T Carlton

The property is centrally located in South Beach, making it an excellent choice. The one-bedroom loft was perfect for a single traveler. I enjoyed using the balcony both in the morning and at night. However, the apartment is located above a restaurant, which can be quite noisy at times. Overall, I recommend it because of its amenities, convenient location, and cleanliness.
