We had a delightful time with our stay in the Penthouse. We did have a crowded alley parking space. While this is in a very safe and well lite area below the rooms it is very tight parking for trucks. We did have to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to the very top room, the Penthouse. By the third day we felt the climb was easier and our bodies felt better for it. The owner is so gracious and welcoming. We met several nice couples during our wonderful breakfast. We will be staying here again. 5 stars!!!

Parking for anything larger than a midsize car is unsafe. You have to go down the street, around the corner and then up a tiny driveway to a tiny parking lot on the side of a steep hill. Anything larger than a midsize car is very unsafe and a truck was impossible if other vehicles were back there.

All three of the breakfasts served were delicious. Fortunately this property has off street parking, otherwise parking seemed like it could be a problem. The innkeeper was very nice and accommodating, as well as the owner.

Sharon and Carol are fantastic! Breakfast was always amazing! They are lovely to visit with also. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room had its own porch to sit out and relax. Our room had goodies, coffee, tea, a small fridge and microwave. I have an allergy to food and the ladies were great at working with me. We walked downtown but could have used the trolly if we wanted as there are two stop close to the B&B. I highly recommend this B&B.

We loved our room because it was well-appointed, clean, & very quiet. The breakfast we had the first morning was wonderful! Due to cook's illness the second day, we were financially compensated, which seemed very fair to us. He might have simply apologized & left us to be on our way.

Beautiful impeccably clean room and property. Quiet and restful elegance. Wonderful hostess/owner and innkeeper, lovely traditional breakfast in an historical setting. Everything one could want in a B&B setting. Great value.

The bed was very comfortable, we slept great all three nights. The bathroom was cramped (kind of expected in an old Victorian house... Bridgeford room) and the toilet needs to be fastened to the floor better. I have a bad hip and knee so i wasn't able to use the shower/bathtub. But the house is extremely clean and well decorated. I'm picky about coffee but their coffee was perfect! If you stay here, be prepared for using lots of stairs, but again, this is Eureka Springs and no matter which bed and breakfast you pick, you'll have lots of stairs. The innkeeper is very sweet and interesting! I give this property 5 stars regardless of the issues with the bathroom. It's clean and very comfortable!

What a great find for this trip. First of all, Eureka Springs has so much to offer and easily became one of my favorite places to visit. Bridgeford is close to historic downtown. W Easy walkable to many of the dining options and shops. We were created upon arrival by Amber who showed us to our suite and gave us some great suggestions for the area. The ro was immaculate and the experience spectacular. We really enjoyed the homemade breakfast with the other guests. An opportunity to chat with folks from all over. Will definitely be back.

The breakfast and coffee were great! The innkeeper and Inn owner are very welcoming & personable. The couch in the penthouse needs replacing and the hand-held shower is not easy to use, but other than that, it’s a great B&B!

Staff and owner of Bridgeford House were very friendly and extremely helpful. The penthouse room was an ideal space for our traveling group of 3. There is a trolley stop just out front to provide access to all of the attractions without the need to hunt for parking.

We arrived late and the property manager met us with no problem. Super nice and easy check in. Convenient to all our activities. Would highly recommend.

Our room had goodies, coffee, tea, a small fridge and microwave. I have an allergy to food and the ladies were great at working with me. We walked downtown but could have used the trolly if we wanted as there are two stop close to the B&B. I highly recommend this B&B.

Staff and owner of Bridgeford House were very friendly and extremely helpful. The penthouse room was an ideal space for our traveling group of 3. There is a trolley stop just out front to provide access to all of the attractions without the need to hunt for parking.

What a great find for this trip. First of all, Eureka Springs has so much to offer and easily became one of my favorite places to visit. Bridgeford is close to historic downtown. W Easy walkable to many of the dining options and shops. We were created upon arrival by Amber who showed us to our suite and gave us some great suggestions for the area. The ro was immaculate and the experience spectacular. We really enjoyed the homemade breakfast with the other guests. An opportunity to chat with folks from all over. Will definitely be back.

Sharon and Carol are fantastic! Breakfast was always amazing! They are lovely to visit with also. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room had its own porch to sit out and relax. We loved our room because it was well-appointed, clean, & very quiet. The breakfast we had the first morning was wonderful! Due to cook's illness the second day, we were financially compensated, which seemed very fair to us. He might have simply apologized & left us to be on our way.

All three of the breakfasts served were delicious. Fortunately this property has off street parking, otherwise parking seemed like it could be a problem. The innkeeper was very nice and accommodating, as well as the owner.

I highly recommend staying at Bridgeford house for your stay in Eureka Springs. The room was amazing. We loved the jetted tub. We had our own private porch that we could sit out at night and relax. Walkable to downtown Eureka and all the places to eat. Our breakfast by our host Sharon was amazing. Out innkeeper Amber was always accommodating and easy to reach.

The property is very well maintained. It is a beautiful historic home. The bathroom fixtures are older and show wear. The bed was very comfortable. There were several guests staying but we never heard much noise through the night. Check in was difficult as the property manager handles multiple properties and we were left waiting for over an hour and had to call again because she had forgotten about us calling the first time. Breakfast was limited to 9-10 because of the multiple properties being handled by one person. We chose to leave earlier so I cannot speak to the type or quality of the food served.

The staff here fed us a great fresh breakfast. They were very welcoming and friendly. They took time to sit down with us at breakfast, ask about our stay and make recommendations. It was on the trolley route with a stop practically at the front door. Highly recommend!

This was our first time to stay in a B&B and were very pleased with the trip. The food was great, the room was wonderful and the staff was excellent. It is perfectly distanced from the heart of town so you can casually walk if you want because parking is a premium in town.
