The facilities were filthy and the service was awful. In addition, my family had an emergency, which required us to leave one day earlier than we expected. We gave the hotel notice of this early departure 36 hours prior and were told we would be charged for the full three days instead of the actual two days we stayed. Reprehensible! I will make a fraud claim against this hotel's management. Do not stay at this hotel - it was a complete rip-off!

Older hotel but well kept. We had a three bedroom with one bath. Our room slept 8. Upon entering our room it wreaked pretty strongly of urine but once we turned the a/c on and the two fans that were provided it helped a lot. They do have a community kitchen that has a microwave, stove/oven which we appreciated. They do come in daily and clean and make beds. It was nice for the money and easily accessible to West Yellowstone.

The location was great. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping as well as Yellowstone park entrance. My wife left a pillow there and they hung on to it for her which is almost unheard of these days. The only thing that would have been great would be a microwave in the room

Was a older building but very clean and updated,staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. Full community room with a full kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. Needs a few more benches for sitting outside to enjoy the weather. Overall experience was a great stay.

We had a 3 queen room, 3 couples traveling together. Parking was really close and desk has limited hours. No breakfast included. Third bedroom was separate with no A/C. There was a fan, which we set in the bedroom doorway....it helped. Definite lack of outlets. Convenient to restaurants and easy walking to stores and shops.

Front Desk Staff very friendly and helpful (we had lots of questions about Yellowstone, and were concerned about the unexpected snowfall--your staff allayed our fears!). Location is great, short walk to many restaurants; supermarket; stores; etc. Rooms small and very basic but comfortable and quiet. Very clean.

Although the hotel is older, I don’t know if I’ve ever been in one cleaner. My child has a medical condition whereby I have to change his IV meds every few days. While at City Center I had to. When I cleaned off the table to put his medical stuff on it, there went one speck of dust, dirt etc. I was VERY impressed! The lady who checked us in was very friendly and I requested an additional towel another day and there were no questions asked, but service with a smile. I’d recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Queen size bed is comfortable and lots of pillows provided. The internet is good and other residents are quiet. Accommodation around Yellowstone NP is very pricey. This was a great motel room. I don’t usually stay motel inns, but there were limited options in the area. Plus they had a room that sleeps 8 in three separate rooms. From the outside, it is rustic and noticeably from a mid 20th century era. But don’t judge a book by the cover. The inside has been very well maintained and updated. I would 100% stay here again. And you are in walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. The owners take great pride in this property and it shows.

My wife and I stayed here one night before heading into Yellowstone national park. It is conveniently close to the park entrance so we could get up early and not have to wait in line to get in. The surrounding areas have a lot of options for food, groceries, tourist shopping, etc. The room itself was spacious but appeared a bit on the simple side. That did not matter for us as we just needed a place to clean up and rest for the night. It suited our needs adequately.

Nice enough staff but key system was hit or miss. Door jam was so wide you could see daylight. Added a photo. I didn’t feel safe. Put luggage in front of door. A/C unit above sounded like a diesel engine.

Front Desk Staff very friendly and helpful (we had lots of questions about Yellowstone, and were concerned about the unexpected snowfall--your staff allayed our fears!). Location is great, short walk to many restaurants; supermarket; stores; etc. Rooms small and very basic but comfortable and quiet. Very clean.

My wife and I stayed here one night before heading into Yellowstone national park. It is conveniently close to the park entrance so we could get up early and not have to wait in line to get in. The surrounding areas have a lot of options for food, groceries, tourist shopping, etc. The room itself was spacious but appeared a bit on the simple side. That did not matter for us as we just needed a place to clean up and rest for the night. It suited our needs adequately.

Clean room. Hot water. VERY close to west YS entrance. Bed is not great, could feel springs. But overall, would def stay again. Everything in the area is overpriced, but id stay here again for price vs other places in the area.

We had a 3 queen room, 3 couples traveling together. Parking was really close and desk has limited hours. No breakfast included. Third bedroom was separate with no A/C. There was a fan, which we set in the bedroom doorway....it helped. Definite lack of outlets. Convenient to restaurants and easy walking to stores and shops.

Living was larger than I expected. Common kitchen was convenient. Grocery store is just 2 minutes on foot. Nice beds.

Older hotel but well kept. We had a three bedroom with one bath. Our room slept 8. Upon entering our room it wreaked pretty strongly of urine but once we turned the a/c on and the two fans that were provided it helped a lot. They do have a community kitchen that has a microwave, stove/oven which we appreciated. They do come in daily and clean and make beds. It was nice for the money and easily accessible to West Yellowstone.

Was a older building but very clean and updated,staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. Full community room with a full kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. Needs a few more benches for sitting outside to enjoy the weather. Overall experience was a great stay.

Stayed on bottom floor and could hear too much from room above. It's an old place so not sure how that can be remedied. Nice size room and liked the big bathroom. Walking distance to a lot of places.
