Excellent customer service, they offered an upgrade at their sister Boutique Hotel Badhaus. Beautiful, modern, centrally located with a private parking. Their stay conviniently includes a Südtirol Guest Pass, complimentary drinks and a delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Brixen/Bressanone.

Yes the breakfast was fresh and healthy. We both liked it. The staff was very friendly. Actually he was the most friendly person during my 12 day Italy trip

Booked this last minute. Was £210 for the night. And not worth £50! The rooms are just awful plywood concoctions the shower is in the middle of the room there is no air conditioning and the window won’t open if there is a slight bit of rain. The bunk bed at the top had disused curtain rail at eye level when you got out so you basically juggled having sight in one eye over needing to use the toilet in the dark! I honestly cant say enough DO NOT STAY just find somewhere else it’s just a dump that’s supposed to be a ‘boutique’ 😂😂

Wir waren in einer Ferienwohnung untergebracht die zum Alten Schlachthof gehört und ca. 2min Fußweg davon entfernt ist. Die Wohnung war wunderschön, riesig, super Lage und ideal für unsere 4-köpfige Reisegruppe. Der Check-In befindet sich in einem benachbarten Hotel „Boutique“ - das ist sehr verwirrend und nicht besonders einfach zu finden, es wurde aber vom Hotel einen Tag vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
