Cons: Could hear the person above us around 6 am morning walking around. The bathroom door was water damaged pretty bad at the bottom & there was thick dust on top of the cabinets & pipes in the bathroom. The water nozzle in the shower didn’t work correctly so the shower temp was either barely warm or as hot as it goes. The pool was super shallow & small. Pros: Breakfast was good & wide variety of choices. Very conveniently located. Bed was very comfortable & linens were clean. Free coffee, hot chocolate, lemon water & tea all day in the lobby. Free snacks in the lobby in the evenings. Staff was friendly enough. Check in was easy. Room was affordable.

The stay was great, front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very nice, the only minor problem was the ice machine was not working and we had to go to another floor to get ice. Other than that I was pleased with the hotel. I rate my stay a 4.5

What great staff. Cute pool perfect for a 5-year-old as the middle is the deep end at 4.5 feet. Clean room, nice breakfast and afternoon reception area. Okay Wifi....bit slow.

The weather was beautiful but the pool area doesn’t get any direct sun and the pool water is super cold. No heater! Wishing it would have been more cleaner and able to enjoy some sun during our stay.

The receptionist at check in was great. And the lobby of the hotel was clean. The rooms are a nightmare. They smell like dog kennels and smoke, it is actually making me and my family nauseous. There are stains all over the carpets and bed skirts. It’s gross.

The pics did not look like the room, but most disturbing was how dirty the shower was. There were black spots of dirt, the shower door track had gooey mildew and there were hairs all sticking out of the shower drain, we did not shower at all. They had 2 complimentary packs of ear plugs, one pack was open, used and missing one plug. Very gross.

The initial check-in I was impressed with the outside and lobby. The suite was very small compared to other hotels. The cleanliness was awful in the main part of the hotel. There was pee in the elevator and again the next morning in a different elevator someone peed again. There were dirty socks in the hallways and at the entrance. The pool had minimal seating and lounging.

Bed was filthy. The sheet was dirty. We took photo to desk and we had to change the sheets cause she was the only person at hotel. She was arrogant and not friendly or helpful. We changed all the bedding after she gave us new bedding. Provided a picture of the filth on bed and brought it down for her to see. Seemed very disinterested and put out. When we put on the replaced comforter it was stained all over. Again we provided picture and brought comforter for her to see. Took picture. This all was at 10:30 pm tp 11:00 pm. We had driven all day and were tired and had to go through this with little concern from this desk person. She seemed to think this was putting her out. Anyway we spoke to manager on phone and she seemed to really care. We could not move to another room cause we had alot of luggage and had already unpacked.

The check in was smooth but one of my beds in one of my 2 rooms had blood and feces or something on it. We had to change the whole bedding by ourselves. The morning breakfast was one of the worst ive had in a vacation stay. The sausage was burnt the juice machine wasn't working. The eggs had water or juice all in them. I dont thi k we will stay at this place again.

We asked for a room away from the elevator due to the fact that you can usually hear people throughout the night. We were instead placed next to the stairwell, so we still had the same issue. Also, the people directly above us were loud - we could hear them talking. Worse than that was all the stomping around they were doing, and allowing their children to jump off the bed until around 2am. Probably one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had! Definitely a poor night’s sleep!

The internet was horrible! I could not function at 700-900Kbps. It was advertised as High Speed WiFi and it was nowhere close. Internet was also unsecure despite the front desk providing a WiFi key, it was wide open without encryption. Internet speed will be the only thing preventing me from staying again. Everything else was as expected and was very please with the rest.

The hotel was clean and so was our room, which is superb for me. The bed was terrible and felt as though we slept on boards all night and it made noises every time you moved. Definitely needs a new one. The hotel phone also didn’t work so if we needed anything we had to use our cellphone to call the hotel directly. Overall 8.0/10

Comfortable bed! Great nights sleep, would recommend for anyone passing through and needing a recharge. Helpful staff that worked well as a team. Very pleasant interactions with front desk and housekeeping. Clean and smoke free. No bad smells or odors. Convenient location of the highway and near dining options (but not walkable). If I ever come back though I would definitely request a room far from the elevators as it was noisy btwn the mechanical, dings, and people traffic. I am a heavy sleeper, but if you are not definitely request something farther away. Walls are thin. Standard continental breakfast. Decent coffee. Pleasant staff once again. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

The room is clean and spacious. It has the basic amenties like soap and lotion, so it is nice to not have to worry about packing that. The woman who greeted me when I arrived was friendly. The TV and AC worked. Those are the positives. Unfortunately I did not get a lot of sleep. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable too. There was a beight light that would flash through the room, and it made it difficult to fall asleep. I think it came from the smoke detector, or something on the wall. There is obviously a railroad nearby because trains were going through there all night blaring their whistles. I was woken up around 3:45 AM by some sort of beeping sound outside, and another beeping sound in a neighboring room. With the bright, flashing light in the room, it took me over 2 hours to fall asleep. With all the noises outside, I could not stay asleep. I have never wanted to punch a train more. I only got a few hours of sleep.

If traveling in this area again, I'd pick this hotel again. Our room was exactly as stated when we booked. The hotel staff at the front desk was friendly. Breakfast was super with the most cheerful breakfast host; just beyond anything we have had before.

Night one we were locked out our room for an hour and a half @3am. The assistant manager found it funny that we were stuck outside our room, sitting on the floor while she gave the night desk keeper poor directions to get our door open. NICKI thought that our belongings being stuck in the toom was a laughing matter and it was unacceptable. Our room had a bug when we checked in and belongings from past visitors still in the room. Had to ask for new towels and wash clothes because they weren’t brought.

We booked it as a pay at the hotel, but they charged the card we booked with. We are on a Make-A-Wish trip and we can’t book hotels with the card they gave us to hold a room, but we can pay for the room with that card. Unfortunately we had to use a personal credit card to reserve the booking and they charged it at the hotel. I tried to explain, but the guy didn’t understand what I was telling him and wouldn’t fix the issue. He wouldn’t listen to me because he was preoccupied by a basketball game he was trying to watch.

Our stay was nice for our family of 5. We were there 2 nights. It's a close drive to Wild Adventure - maybe 10 minutes. Breakfast was served by kind, friendly, wonderful ladies each morning. The room service staff was very helpful in getting clean towels. The front desk was friendly and helpful as well. Would stay here again.

The check in was smooth but one of my beds in one of my 2 rooms had blood and feces or something on it. We had to change the whole bedding by ourselves. The morning breakfast was one of the worst ive had in a vacation stay. The sausage was burnt the juice machine wasn't working. The eggs had water or juice all in them. I dont thi k we will stay at this place again.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, the staff were all very kind and ready to help with any thing we needed, breakfast was great and the attendant was wonderful making sure to tell everyone good morning, the kids loved the pool, and the patio furniture was very nice too. If that wasn’t enough they had a happy hour while we were there and had free beer and wine as well as some cookies and other snacks from 5-7! Next time I need to stay in the area I’ll be back!

Everything was mostly fine. We were in a newly updated room which meant fresh paint, new carpet, and possibly a new walk in shower. Breakfast was fine with hot and cold options such as scrambled eggs and sausage. However, the downside was that even though we could tell that the sheets on the bed were fresh, they were stained. Also, the curtains were stained. So even with all the updates, it’s still important to pay attention to the fine details.

Very conveniently located right off 75. Even though they are switching over to a different hotel chain and have some construction going on (boxes for remodel, spackled walls etc) the room was very clean as was every area we went in. The breakfast was all set up and hot at 6:30. Very nice stay.
