This used to be our go-to place to stay as a family for trips to Lake Michigan, but lately the cost cutting done by the ownership has started to really take a toll on the quality of the stay. During our most recent week stay, there were never any towels to use at the pool, and when I asked they said they basically had 2 towels to give out for use there. I was told I could have one extra blanket for a room with 4 people in it, because of a “shortage.” Staff was kind and apologetic about the situation but ultimately were unable to help. I ended up buying an extra blanket at Walmart. Trash tends to pile up in the hallways as the trash cans in the rooms are tiny and the cleaning staff doesn’t regularly clean guest rooms except when guests check out. Next year we’re going to look elsewhere to stay.

They cancelled my reservation and had no rooms available and I had my children with me. And the front desk just acted like it was nothing . I also called to make sure and she said I could check in by 3am. Luckily I found another hotel room down the street but it was scary :(

We need good internet and Staybridge came through. When we had trouble logging into the WiFi, the staff quickly problem solved the issue and jury-rigged a solution. Breakfast was also good. The room just needs a table to eat off.

Great stay- family of 6, comfortable beds, clean, full size fridge and kitchen area (no oven but microwave/toaster and 2 burner top, pullout couch is a twin size not double like most, pool area clean but small, courtyard is beautiful (wish we had had more time to enjoy). Breakfast well kept and good variety. Would stay again.
