Outside, the grounds could use a good cleaning. There was trash everywhere. Otherwise, inside was great, clean, bed comfy, king room was very spacious. Excellent breakfast spread.

We loved this hotel! My husband is in a wheelchair & the room was very wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend for other wheelchair travelers!! The staff was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and was located walking distance from an amazing restaurant. :) We will definitely stay here again!!

Rooms are clean staff was friendly there was a full breakfast in the morning. Very accommodating. Enjoyed my stay.

Booked two rooms, double queen beds, one with a roll in shower (room 126) and one with a tub/shower (room 220). Both rooms were extra-large and quiet which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was excellent as far as complementary breakfasts go. However, that's where the good ended: 1. Room 220 had no seating other than the beds and an office chair (there was plenty of room for a couch or a couple of easy chairs). One light fixture had no light bulb and several others were out. When reported to the front desk, they were able to replace three bulbs, but not all. They also didn't provide any additional seating. Also, the handheld shower on/off valve is not working. It will not turn off. Simple plumbing fix, but the front desk "couldn't do anything about it". 2. Room 126 was not sufficiently cleaned. There was a wad of something that looked like a tobacco chaw in one of the trash cans and a random pill on a counter. When reported to the front desk, they did come and re-clean the room (there was not a comparable room to move to). Additionally, there is a long term leak in the wall of the shower. It leaks out into the bedroom space and closet. The wall of the shower is saturated and moldy. It has been leaking long enough to rust the closet door runner. The front desk would not take a report on it...said we had to report it to Hotels.com and they would, in turn, report it back to the hotel (really?)

We’ve been on a two month trip and this was one of the most comfortable rooms. We had a comfortable chair and sofa. I thought the bed was a little soft but my husband loved it.
