We rented at Admirals Quarters because we had family members who owned a condo here in the past and when we visited, we loved the property, pool, beach access, and that incredible view. Needless to say, when we arrived, we found this unit not what we had envisioned. The walls had patch marks in several rooms that had not been painted, the floors were not clean, there was trash behind the master bath door, trash under the master bed next to the side table and dust all over the books in the master, the baseboards were dirty and in disrepair. There were scuff marks and scratch marks on the walls, baseboards and doors, and some of the kitchen utensils had food stuck on them. The countertops and kitchen table had not been wiped off and the unit smelled like mold and mildew. The smell got worse each time the air conditioning ran. I sent an email and a text with photos to Bella Beach Properties within 24 hours of our arrival expressing our concern regarding the issues and never heard back from them. I would not recommend renting this unit until it is thoroughly cleaned and completely repaired! I am beyond disappointed with Bella Beach Properties and would not recommend using them either. I am also surprised that the realtor who has this unit listed, is not insisting that it be perfect.

The condo was beautiful, ocran front, plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 kids. We had a great week and will definitely book again!
