It was a perfect place that accommodated our family. Evweyone had a place to sleep and we disnt have to rent 2 hotel rooms to do so. Loved the oceanfront, pool, and easy access to the beach. Definitely would recommend this. 10/10 for us!

Overall the interior of the unit was in very good shape,with the only negative being the bathroom sink cabinet in the main bedroom. Sometime ago, it must have sustained water damage and the base shows deterioration and rot. Although the purpose of our stay was not to watch Television, we found the set in the master bedroom did not work at all and the way that the set in the living room was set up, we were not able to figure out how to get it working. We called Southern Rentals to request help. They said they would get someone to call us, but nobody ever called. Another disappointment of communications with Southern Rental was, on Saturday(two days before leaving) I called Southern Rentals and asked if they had everything they needed from us for which the representative replied affirmative. Monday morning, about two hours into our trip, I received a text message stating that Southern Rentals does not have our signed rental agreement and our entrance into the condo will not be allowed until they receive it. I pulled off the road and called Southern Rentals. The representative then texted us the agreement which I completed and sent back. I did not appreciate the stress that situation created. The outstanding part of the condo was the large outdoor patio directly overlooking the Gulf. Most of our inside time was spent there. The grounds, pool area and beach entrance at Tradewinds were in immaculate condition.

I booked this property for my 10 year old birthday. I knew ahead of time that rain was in the forcast so i wanted a property with an indoor pool. This property stated that they had an indoor pool. I get to the property and the cleaning employees stated that the pool been down. The property also stated no house parties so i couldn't afford for us to get put out. Im a single parent and i saved for six months to take my kids to the beach. I couldnt afford the expensive game room across the street but i could afford a room on the beach with an indoor pool .we were unable to enjoy it like we wanted too. The room was clean but they shouldn't say that the indoor pool is available when its not. Ruined our trip..

I apparently can’t read and didn’t see that the pool was temporarily closed but the property management company was very understanding and allowed us to use the pool next door. That was very nice. We were also able to extend our stay another day.

We loved the ease of booking and checking in. The walk to the beach was so quick. The king bed and the two twin sofas were soooo comfortable, but the beds in the bunk room weren’t as comfy. The dryer also was not working which was a bummer, but they sent maintenance out the day after I messaged them about it. Overall great place to stay!

Both the unit and the complex were clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. There’s no super long boardwalk to cross to get to the beach, just a quick trip around the pool and you’re there. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stovetop did not heat correctly. Probably needs a new thermostat. The blender did not work, so I had to buy one. The dryer needs work. It took a long time to dry clothes, and it was Very Noisy as if a bearing was out. The vents needed to be cleaned out. The view wasn’t great. Last time we stayed in Orange Beach, the balcony faced the beach right in front of us.

Positives:-The listing was accurate. The pictures accurately portrayed the property. It’s definitely on the smaller side. We have two adults and four kids and knew it would be very tight, and it was.-The property manager was quick to respond via text and very friendly.-The outdoor pool was nice. Very comfortable. My kids loved that it was open until 10:00.Negatives:-Lack of cleanliness. Our bed had sand in it. The dishwasher had food in the bottom and had been there so long that when we opened the dishwasher, we had to air out the apartment. A maintenance man came and cleaned it and switched out the filter.-We arrived to find that the dryer handle eas on the floor. We had to open the dryer with a butter knife until maintenance came.-The washing machine also required maintenance as it was full of water after a full cycle, but that also got repaired.-The front door sometimes wouldn’t lock without us manually finagling it.-The condo just had an overall icky feeling due to the above items. With a good deep clean, some touchups on the walls, baseboards, etc. and a general maintenance check, it would be much better.

Very clean and plenty of space. My husband, myself and our adult son had plenty of space to relax for a few days. The condo was very clean and just a quick walk down to the beach! A fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans etc, just need a strainer. All appliances worked well and we appreciated the ability to use the keurig since we had brought our own kcups. They also have a drip coffee pot and supplied coffee for that as well. Dish soap, paper towels etc were supplied which made it nice. Tvs In every room! We thoroughly enjoyed our quick getaway! So relaxing! We will definitely keep this unit and place in mind for future vacations!

The location was great! Great unit! Could have been cleaner. It smelled like it had been smoked in prior to our stay. The TV didn't work well. Bathtub in the main bathroom didn't drain well.

The condo was under maintenance and the constant work was very hard for my toddler to nap. The door Lock was very difficult to get open On the last day we saw roaches. So disappointing would definitely not recommend

This place had an excellent location. They say it will sleep 6, but that seems like too many people. Our family of 4 fit perfect, and we didn't just come for the room. However upon arrival, the master bed had obvious dirty sheets with hair all over the bed. They did come back to change the sheets. Check out is at 9 AM so you will need to prep the night before and because of the early check out the elevators were busy. Lastly the building was quiet, but the master bedroom window was right by the hallway- a few loud kids....wasn't horrible. The beach was amazing and the area was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The description of the condo wasn’t accurate. It states “Adorable! Beach Front Complex!” The condo is not beach front. We had a beach view. Also, the seating arrangement was strange. The twin beds put together in an L shape was a little difficult. I’m short and wasn’t able to sit comfortably with my feet on the floor.

Condo was very small and narrow. Mattress was like sleeping on bricks. Rented a first flood condo thinking we would have access to the pool but the balcony was railed off. Old property, needs upgrading.

This place had an excellent location. They say it will sleep 6, but that seems like too many people. Our family of 4 fit perfect, and we didn't just come for the room. However upon arrival, the master bed had obvious dirty sheets with hair all over the bed. They did come back to change the sheets. Check out is at 9 AM so you will need to prep the night before and because of the early check out the elevators were busy. Lastly the building was quiet, but the master bedroom window was right by the hallway- a few loud kids....wasn't horrible. The beach was amazing and the area was fantastic.

Overall the interior of the unit was in very good shape,with the only negative being the bathroom sink cabinet in the main bedroom. Sometime ago, it must have sustained water damage and the base shows deterioration and rot. Although the purpose of our stay was not to watch Television, we found the set in the master bedroom did not work at all and the way that the set in the living room was set up, we were not able to figure out how to get it working. We called Southern Rentals to request help. They said they would get someone to call us, but nobody ever called. Another disappointment of communications with Southern Rental was, on Saturday(two days before leaving) I called Southern Rentals and asked if they had everything they needed from us for which the representative replied affirmative. Monday morning, about two hours into our trip, I received a text message stating that Southern Rentals does not have our signed rental agreement and our entrance into the condo will not be allowed until they receive it. I pulled off the road and called Southern Rentals. The representative then texted us the agreement which I completed and sent back. I did not appreciate the stress that situation created. The outstanding part of the condo was the large outdoor patio directly overlooking the Gulf. Most of our inside time was spent there. The grounds, pool area and beach entrance at Tradewinds were in immaculate condition.

Positives:-The listing was accurate. The pictures accurately portrayed the property. It’s definitely on the smaller side. We have two adults and four kids and knew it would be very tight, and it was.-The property manager was quick to respond via text and very friendly.-The outdoor pool was nice. Very comfortable. My kids loved that it was open until 10:00.Negatives:-Lack of cleanliness. Our bed had sand in it. The dishwasher had food in the bottom and had been there so long that when we opened the dishwasher, we had to air out the apartment. A maintenance man came and cleaned it and switched out the filter.-We arrived to find that the dryer handle eas on the floor. We had to open the dryer with a butter knife until maintenance came.-The washing machine also required maintenance as it was full of water after a full cycle, but that also got repaired.-The front door sometimes wouldn’t lock without us manually finagling it.-The condo just had an overall icky feeling due to the above items. With a good deep clean, some touchups on the walls, baseboards, etc. and a general maintenance check, it would be much better.

Our stay was great. I only had one bad experience there ,I am disabled and there was a van ,parked in a handicap spot,so I moved to another handicap spot and a lady told me I had to move because she a van and I had a car,but I told by property security that I had to moved and my handicap decals was on display and current so why was I made to move for someone else. I have had 5 back operations and a knee replacement. That’s my only complaint.Thanks

I apparently can’t read and didn’t see that the pool was temporarily closed but the property management company was very understanding and allowed us to use the pool next door. That was very nice. We were also able to extend our stay another day.

We loved the ease of booking and checking in. The walk to the beach was so quick. The king bed and the two twin sofas were soooo comfortable, but the beds in the bunk room weren’t as comfy. The dryer also was not working which was a bummer, but they sent maintenance out the day after I messaged them about it. Overall great place to stay!

Great space. Easy check on and check out. Difficult to unlock door to unit. Had to use deadbolt or did not lock from outside or inside. Needs some updating of chair and ottoman -worn. Replace living room rug. Needs treads in bathtubs for safety. Needs Keurig added to kitchen. Nice stay. Quiet property.

It was a perfect place that accommodated our family. Evweyone had a place to sleep and we disnt have to rent 2 hotel rooms to do so. Loved the oceanfront, pool, and easy access to the beach. Definitely would recommend this. 10/10 for us!

Both the unit and the complex were clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. There’s no super long boardwalk to cross to get to the beach, just a quick trip around the pool and you’re there. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Tradewinds 308! Everything was as described in the listing. The pool was never crowded, clean, and warm! Communication with the host was great! Enjoyed the balcony view! Super quiet condo! Never heard neighbors. We will look to book in the future if it’s available!

Great location and central to lots of conveniences. The kids loved having their own tvs in each bunk. Even though the balcony isn’t straight on the beach, it still provides a great view for your morning coffee or after the beach day dinner. After leaving, my daughter realized she had left a stuffed friend and Christy was prompt in helping us to get back in to retrieve our left belongings. If available on our next trip, we will stay here again!
