Pool out of order.... but bed was great.

The pool was broke down, there was only one treadmill and it did not work and 0 of the 3 ice machines worked! The whole hotel had an odd odor and overall was not very clean.

Newly renovated but poorly staffed

Hotel was very clean and not nice. Only issue was the pool was closed and we chose this hotel for the use of the pool.

Some annoying misses: malfunctioning ice machines; lamps that did not work, in more than one room; and non- existent front desk staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean though and breakfast was decent.

The property was a total bait and switch. We chose this hotel for girls playing in a sports tourney because it had a pool. The pool was closed without notice- it was still advertised as an amenity. The hotel smelled absolutely terrible. In the room, the lights didn't work, there was no hot water, and even things like hangers were broken. I tried to speak to someone upon checkout but no one was manning the desk. This is the absolute worst hotel experience we've ever had.

The place was okay and decorated nicely. Landscaping poor-plastic flowers. Pool has not been in service for a long time. We had been looking forward to using it as we had a rain day. Our family had children who had been looking forward to using it. We should have been compensated for the inconvenience. Some of the children were directed to a neighboring facility where $10.00/child had to be paid. Our TV malfunctioned and another one in the group were up until 3AM while they tried to fix the air conditioning. They. Should compensate and let others know about the lack of the pool and they should fix other things like ice machines.

We stood around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come check us in, called the hotel multiple times, the phones never rang, come to find out the guy that was supposed to check us in was asleep in the lobby. After check in everything was good other than lots of remodeling being done so the pool was closed as wel.

Newer hotel. Clean. It was in an area kind of difficult to get to but there is also a lot of road construction in this area.

Absolutely disgusting bugs in every corner

Nice and newer hotel, but they need to keep it clean. Had hair in bathroom sink, that very visible, and not a welcome sight. Otherwise no issue

Great room!

Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was super comfy. The tv is weird, how you get to the channels but we manage. Also, their hot water dispenser is s l o w!

The hotel was nice, clean and modern. It’s right next to a busy highway and that was apparent all night. I couldn’t seem to get the temperature of my room cool enough for me. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was mostly friendly but cool.

Our hotel room did not have running water and the toilet would not flush. We couldn’t even shower. Was never compensated for this inconvenience since I booked through Expedia. They said it wasn’t allowed. Simple phone call could have taken care of it. The staff was never at the counter, they had a hand made sign that said they would be back sometime soon. Literally this was every time we came to the counter. Very unhappy with the food quality

Got there very tired so styed in the room. It smelled musty and felt damp. Found out later, after getting ready for bed the temperature control didn't work. The shower worked but not good pressure. I have thick hair so for me a problem.

Staff were pleasant and the room very good.

The desk clerk was not knowledgeable about local food options. They also could not provide a receipt.

We stayed for 5 nights and the room was only cleaned twice. If the room was not cleaned by 12 noon it is not cleaned. The cleaning people quit at 12 noon. No clean towels. Desk personnel were hard to communicate with because of the language difference. The desk people tried their best were limited.

There are many concerns about this hotel. We reserved a room that would sleep 6. On our way they called to say the lock to that room was broken and we could not have that room. We purposely chose this hotel because of that 6 to a room. We were attending a large funeral and our adult children were coming and we wanted to stay together. So we said we would take another room if we could get the 6 to a room by Friday. That didn’t work out so the person working behind the desk told us that she would just arrange a room for our daughters to have. They were driving several hours and we knew they would be tired. Once our daughters got there they told us they were charging us for the room. This is all occurring at 11 at night after having attended a viewing for my friend all day. The front desk person said she never had told us the lock to the 6 person room was broken and that room didn’t exist and that because we booked through a 3 rd party site (hotels.com) that they cannot guarantee the kind of room we are getting. Eventually at my insistence the staff had to call the manager who did give us our daughters room free for the night. I have spent this long describing this because I think the untruths are told Over and over again at this particular place. While overall the hotel is nice many people seemed to be having issues with inaccuracies in what they paid for and then what they got. The pool is also not working and hasn’t been for months. I just don’t like to be lied to.

Horrible experience, will never stay here again and quite possibly will avoid all Holiday Inn Express. We reserved a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a couch with pull out for our family of 4. Got back late after softball tournament to find out the shower did not work at all. Tried to call front desk…phone in the room did it work. My husband went down to the desk and was told he would call maintenance and they would be up in 10 minutes. 30 minutes go by and nothing. He went BACK down to the front desk and was told they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the next day. I’m the meantime he gave us a new room…down the hall. My husband went to check out the room only to notice it only had one king bed, which would not accommodate our family of 4. Another trip down to the front desk. We were told there were no other rooms available and we would just have to walk down the hall to that room to shower. This is unacceptable. We tried to contact corporate that night, the first time got hung up on while on hold and the next time someone picked up after being on hold and hung up. By this time it is almost 1AM…we would have been better off just making the drive back home and back the next day for the rest of the tournament. At no time was a manager available. The next morning we were told the manager would not be in until noon. We left a name and number to be contacted about the incident and never got any calls. Horrible customer service. Also, the night clerk swore at my husband.

Everything was excellent, clean, polite ,just a suggestion, maybe the mattresses need to be a little more firm but the place was beautiful and the breakfast was great!
