Me and my family didn't enjoy our stay. The actual room was perfect. Clean, spacious, full kitchen, and a pull out sofa bed that was actually comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. The service was terrible. Our room wasn't ready at the 3:00 pm Check in time. Housekeeping only clean the rooms every 4th night. We actually prefer not having Housekeeping clean our room. Just give us some clean towels, toilet paper, and some trash bags and we're good to go. But we even had problems getting those items. I asked a housekeeper for a roll of toilet paper and she said she couldn't because our room wasn't on her list so she had to do her rooms first. I went down to the front desk and asked for toilet paper. They say they were out. I had to go to the public restroom and get a roll. One of the housekeepers were nice and gave us clean towels. Something was wrong with our AC. We had it on 65 but the room wasn't cooling. The thermostat was saying our room was 79. I called the front desk to tell them about it. They said were coming to look at it nobody showed up. Then I went down to the front desk to tell them about it and nothing still wasn't done about it. We had to go buy fans just to be comfortable. One of the elevators was broken the whole time we were there. Overall, it is a nice hotel but I don't think I will be staying here again.

This was a very nice hotel stay. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Even though we were in out due to family gathering, while we were there, my daughter was able to enjoy the pool which is all she wanted to do. Thanks to Latrell and Bianca, they were a great help to me while there. Bianca even reached out to me about something my daughter left behind and she is working with me to get this home to us. Shout out to all of your hotel staff they were friendly and helpful as well.

Spacious suite complete with dishes and silverware. Nice outdoor patio and pool. Friendly helpful staff, easy check- in.

Price was good, felt safe in and around property. Arrived around 10 pm so only really used hotel to sleep n leave so served its purpose. They did have breakfast. Found half full Red Bull can sitting on my counter when I walked in room, shower head was broken, ice machine on my floor was broken, could hear ppl walking above me at night and my neighbor snoring through the wall. The tv is designed to swivel toward the bed when I did turn slightly cord came off the back and spent 20 mins trying to fix it.

Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, hotel was nice with outside patios and bbq grills

Stayed at this location to be close to a doctors appointment for my son. We love to stay at this brand. However the location and service was great but the upkeep was lacking. There was broken soap dispenser in shower. Hair was on towels and shower in the bathroom and the beds were extremely hard. One elevator sounded horrible and acted like it wanted to get stuck. Cloth chairs in breakfast area were extremely stained as well. Overall ok stay. We were only there for a few hours.

The exercise room and equipment was great. Having the kitchenette is very nice. Nice place and friendly service.

Wish there was a indoor pool and free drinks for guest

This was my first time traveling with a pet. My room was clean and fresh. The halls and common areas are clean and fresh. I don't know if the room I stayed in had ever had a pet in it, because there was no evidence left behind! Because this is a pet-friendly hotel, the staff was out cleaning throughout the day. There's plenty of green space for pets to go potty and they provide waste bags. I will definitely stay again!

The room was very clean! So spacious and the welcome on the TV was such a kind touch. I’ll def book my next stay at a home2 location

I normally like my stay at Home 2 Suites but this stay was very disappointing. I found at least 40 pieces of someone else’s hair in the bathroom. The bathroom was super dirty. That made me uneasy about the cleanliness of the entire room. I’ll never stay at this property again. I paid $260 which is the most I’ve ever paid for a Home 2 Suites. I do not recommend.

We always enjoy staying at Home2Suites in Baton Rouge. Employees at the front desk are very kind & helpful. Rooms are clean & spacious.

My name is Natasha Jaramillo we checked in Friday June 6th and checked out June 8th. I noticed when we got there a paper towel in our microwave with left over grease on it. Also when we were packing up all of our stuff on Sunday we found a tooth in front of the bed on the floor. Originally we thought it was a rock but looked closer and it was a human tooth. Wanted to make you all aware of our stay. Thank you for your time

Shower wasn’t cleaned, dirty towel on the floor, sofa bed was not cleaned, crumbs and other debris fell out! Will never stay here again. Gross.

We was on the bottom floor and u could hear so much jumping on top of us. It was very loud throughout the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms could’ve been a little better cleaned but overall, we were very happy with our experience. The bed was very comfortable and I really like the hotel. Just work on a little bit deeper cleaning of the bathrooms, please.

In town overnight for a funeral. Location was perfect. The room (was a studio with frig, microwave, dishwasher, dishes) was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast left a little to be desired. But with a waffle maker it can always work. Would recommend.

Nice room size

Staff was great! Accommodation was meh. Family of 5 stayed. Soft and comfortable bedding. Bathroom was odd - barn door, no lock, 4 inch gap so it lacked privacy, no vent. Breakfast was about what you would expect which was not great. We will pass on this Hilton concept for future bookings for the price point.

Its okay.....rooms seem outdated

Everything was wonderful at this hotel. Ms. Jada that works the front desk is a sweetheart and very professional. The general manager, Ms. Lashonda was amazing as well. I would definitely book a stay here again in the future.

Very very loud all hours of the night. Front desk night shift workers were not friendly and barely stayed at the front desk.

I was in town for a few days to visit family and propose to my girlfriend. The night of the proposal we had trouble getting into the hotel because our key cards didn't work. we then went to the main entrance carrying several items with us and the night audit manager was mouthing to us to use our key through the glass instead of just opening the door. We were trying to tell him the key was not working. He finally let us in after back and forth hand and mouth gestures. He had a very sassy attitude and acted as though we were disturbing him on his time. He swiped our keys and said they should work. we went up to our rooms only to find the keys didn't work. I came back down stairs and left my fiance in the hall because she had dropped her belongings and our food from the engagement celebration. I went back down stairs to tell him & that the keys were still not working. i asked him for a different set. He did not give me a different set but instead swipped the key to an office down stairs and said its working fine. I went back to the room only for the key not to work again. My fiance then called the front desk and told him we still could not get in. His response was, "its working i just used it downstairs." You would think he would have given us different keys or came up, or apologized for the inconvenience, but no. We had to ask him to come up stairs to let us in. I complained the next morning at check out and was told a manager or the GM would reach out. 3 weeks later, nothing!

My family and I went to visit my son for LSU family weekend. From the moment we pulled up to the entrance our experience was phenomenal. We were greeted by Kelly and Devin and they honestly made us feel so welcomed and at home. They were very knowledgeable about the area and LSU activities which was definitely a plus. We were there two nights they were very accommodating and remembered us, which is definitely plus. The grounds were very well kept, room was cool and comfortable. Front desk staff always helpful and prompt with requests. The night staff was just as pleasant. Will definitely being staying again.

Kelly at the front desk was amazing and accommodating. The breakfast staff was very nice and fun!

Excellent stay! Mrs. Kelly was so sweet during check-in. She even followed up to make sure we were all settled. We saw her on night two and she was just awesome!! Everything was clean and functional! All of the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful!!

The elevator floor was dirty and stayed dirty all weekend. We needed tissues and towels and were told by the front desk that they would try but could not guarantee that we would have them.

Property is nice and quiet. I was able to check into my room a little earlier after a long trip and the front desk was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to stop for our road trip!

Stay was fine. Just a few small things. Our shower wouldn’t drain so we were standing in high water during our shower. Breakfast was okay. I realize it’s free but the water was cold for the oatmeal packets and the sausage and eggs were cold.

The hotel was suitable. average at best but fulfilled our needs. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet was ok.

I have stayed at several Homes2Suites before so I assumed they were all well kept and exceptionally nice . This one was the total opposite, the suite I reserved needed furniture replacement and a true deep clean . Housekeeping was understaffed which caused a strain on those who reserved suites (no new towels or bedding for days) . The staff was sweet but the breakfast was mediocre!!!!! We will not return .

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. Breakfast was great also. Will stay again when I am in town. Very close to all attactions.
