Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Carrollton West by IHG

Perfect location. Plenty to do close by. Affordable! Enjoyed a quick getaway

We arrived at the normal check in time. After getting to our room we discovered that the room we were given was not the room that we booked through hotels.com. We were then informed that hotels sent it over incorrectly. After talking to hotels.com we discovered that it was. The hotel over booked rooms. Key is we were NOT the only family affected like this. There were 3 other families in the lobby with me with the same issue. The hotel did not agree to a partial refund for the inconvenience which is crazy to me. I’m not sure how a hotel over books on one of the busiest weekends all other hotels were booked so we had no other option but to stay but no other accommodations were given but just a suggestion to not book through 3rd party apps.

Need hair dryers in the rooms

Great hotel. Very comfortable and clean, free breakfast. Only suggestions would be to extend breakfast to at least 10am and I wish the hot star in shower was hotter. Great stay, would book again.

Shower head support in 327. It was broke on arrival and no offer to switch my room after I informed front desk.
