As a couple, we always get a suite so that when one of us snores, the other can sleep on the pull-out couch in peace. This is why we stay at Home2 in various places where we travel. This time, however, the pull-out sofa mattress was all springs and no cushioning - pretty much the worst in any hotel we've tried. It was like it had been slept on since the 80s. We are well aware that convertible sofa bed mattresses are never amazing, but as an advertised option (i.e., the room is advertised as sleeping more than just 2 in the king bedroom), we expect it to not be painful to lay on. I'm only around 130 pounds and the springs were digging into my hips the night I tried to sleep on it. Otherwise, it seems like a very nice property, and the staff were all extremely hospitable from a maintenance person I passed in the hallway to the front desk folks, so many other aspects of this property are excellent. But please, don't advertise that sofabed as a viable place to sleep for $200 a night. That's just not fair.

I was met by Ryan and Kristin who were both very friendly. My requests per the reservation were met and we had no issues. It was important that we were on the first floor by an exit door because we were traveling with our dog. They both understood and took very good care of us.

The room was clean and comfortable, and plenty of linens and towels were provided. The pool and picnic area is exceptional, and even the front of the hotel has a very welcoming sitting area with a fire pit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
