Quiet neighborhood, 15 min walk to education city metro, across street from TRAM (education city, which is free) this takes you to SIDRA and then you walk 400m to the Qatar National Library Metro Station. 75 QAR from airport by taxi and 50 back by UBER. Hotel has a small pool with jacuzzi, the gym is small but convenient, with view of the pool. Restaurant is well priced, good food, ate there once a day every day. Room cleaning Guy FRANCIS clean our room every day and did a great job, very respectfull and polite. Will come again for tourism, not for business as it takes 45 mins by metro to go to westbay

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich… die Zimmer müssten renoviert werden …. Leider nur Badewanne und keine separate Dusche …. Liegt etwas außerhalb und drumherum ist nicht viel … aber hat ein Gym und einen Aussenpool mit Liegen … sensationeller Preis Taxi in die Stadt ist echt günstig.. 30 min für 10 Euro

The ceiling of my room was leaking (drip once an hour or so) not a huge deal but was the first thing notice when opening the bathroom door. The gym was pretty basic, but done the job. Although the cross trainer was out of service. Staff were great and attentive. Very helpful from the security team, breakfast and front of house. Can’t fault the service. Breakfast was very well presented each morning and food was good. If staying at this hotel, best means of travel is via the metro which, however is a 10 minute walk is the heat. So a taxi maybe more suitable if going out early in the mornings.

Perfect location nearby the exhibition I was attending with my company. A bit hard to drive the car in Doha as there are a lot of flashlights and people are super stressed. Overall the hotel was amazing with an outdoor pool, the staff nice and breakfast unfortunately not in my rate. It’s quite big and chill. Next time I will try food.

The property is in good location. The area is still developing around the property. We were out most of the time so we haven’t used the facilities like gym and swimming but it’s nice places to stay. Swimming pool is not so big but good enough for kids to play. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

I stayed there close to a week. They never changed the sheet when though I requested the staff 3 times. There were stains from day one on the sheets and even though the cleaners came in everyday they never change the sheets.

The hotel is far from the city. However, transportation is possible by tram and metro. The hotel is very clean. the receptionist are very nice and polite. We had a problem with the air conditioner in the room And they came and took a look it immediately. The air conditioner is only set to cold and if you are sensitive, you may need to take precautions against the cold. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel.

So the staff are really very friendly and nice. This is the highlight if the stay. As for what made me not so happy with my stay is 1- the first day I asked for a slipper and I got it on the third day after repeating my request 2- on the fourth day of my stay, I went out from 8:30 am till 6 pm to come back and find the room the same way I left it. Ofcourse they offered to clean it when I complained but I was so tired to leave the room for them 3- on my departure day, there was a water cut!!! One more tip for those who are planning their stay to attend a course like I did, the tram is 1 min walk but the metro is 12 mins walk and in September, it is too hot to walk 12 mins. As I understood, weather is nice only in October till Feb Overall I would say it is a good value for price as it is cheap compared to other options in Doha.

We were booked to stay for one night at the hotel. We first arrived at midday as I wanted to check in even though the room would most likely not be ready. I was told to come back later to complete the check in process. I returned to the hotel at 7pm and was told there was no room ready. I waited until 8:30pm but the room was still not ready. I had two children with me who just wanted to go to bed. In the end I had to get a taxi elsewhere so the children could sleep.

The hotel is ideally situated next to QSTP, Sidra and the HBKU research complex. The new tram means its easy to get between them all. For me the only place to stay.

The hotel is actually a little away from the busy area. Though the hotel may be in the quiet area, transportation to any park of Doha is very easy and simple with your Uber app. They are so effective. The staff were awesome both the front desk staff and the room cleaners. I will sincerely appreciate Frank one of the room cleaners, his timing are so right cos he comes to clean very early. By the time you come back from breakfast, the is already made. Thank you Frank. The kitchen and restaurant staff are not left out on this as they dish out fresh and hot meal every morning. On new year day we made a request and the restaurant manage made sure it was provided for even in his absence. Generally, it was a friendly and peace 14 nights here.
