Very nice and clean hotel with food, fuel, and the freeway nearby. You can walk to a reasonable number of places. The staff were quite friendly. My room was a little cramped (1 king bed) but perfectly fine for business. The first level is pleasant if you want to work there instead of your hotel room.

We made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. The day of arrival, we got a message saying we'd get a text when our room was ready. Never received it. The gym had no working water fountain. The room needed some serious update to the A/C which was so noisy that, in combination with the noise of the nearby interstate and the light filtering from the parking lot, made our room impossible to sleep in. The receptionist did not seem interested in improving our stay.

The property states they have a hot tub. Nothing was posted that it was out of order and had been for awhile. The towels were dirty, stained not sure what to call it. It was nice(not really!) they had a tissue box holder in the bathroom with no tissus. Just not an enjoyable stay. Definitely notbworth the money we paid!.

Breakfast was horrible. Sausage was gray and undercooked. Went to grab a yogurt and a bunch of it was expired. Rooms were dirty. Garbage left under the bed, carpets looked they weren’t vacuumed. Bathroom had hair all over the place.

As with all our road trips, we look for a Fairfield Inn. This one was average in comparison to some of the others. Of special note is the failure to clean the room during our stay. When we informed the front desk, we were told that housekeeping was really busy and just did not have the time to service our two rooms.

The inside "lock" on the door would not function & the added flip latch to also hold the door closed was pulling away from the wall. So basically if someone with a key tried to get in there wasn't anything from stopping them. And the dresser drawers kept rolling open. The front desk attendant didn't seem to take the lock situation seriously.

Prepaid a stay for my wife. She arrived at 4 pm and they said the room wasn't ready. No big deal, she was early. She went back at 7:30pm and was told her reservation was cancelled. And... they were now full. They wouldn't discuss, said there was nothing they could do... and to call expedia to work it out. Will never stay here again!

After paying for both rooms which were two totally different rooms so I’m not sure how they both cost $200. Anyway after paying $400 for both rooms plus deposit for both rooms. I woke up the morning of check out to see they added four more charges $20 $20 $50 and $100. When I asked the front desk lady she said the guy before didn’t charge a big enough deposit as if $100 or per room deposit wasn’t enough. Then they tried to charge me and $100 fee when there was no holes n walls stains on carpets beds or on anything. Nothing was ripped or broken in either room there wasn’t garbage or food left anywhere. Since we only stayed one night to attend my grandmothers 81st birthday party held at a seperate building. There was no reason for all these extra charges plus I never received my deposits back from neither room. IWILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

The hotel is close to freeway 275. It is less than 20 minutes driving to the airport. The hotel is a little outdated. There is noticeable mold on the shower walls.

Breakfast was horrible. Sausage was gray and undercooked. Went to grab a yogurt and a bunch of it was expired. Rooms were dirty. Garbage left under the bed, carpets looked they weren’t vacuumed. Bathroom had hair all over the place.

The room was fine, your basic low/mid budget room. Nothing special but nothing wrong. The breakfast was terrible. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have had plenty of hotel breakfasts. I don’t expect anything out of this world, but the eggs at this place were disgusting. I took one bite and thru them out. Even my toddler wouldn’t touch them. They had a fair option of other options like waffles and bagels. My biggest issue/complaint was the pool and hot tub. I tried calling the property directly multiple times before booking the room and didn’t get an answer. Against my better judgement I booked it anyway. After we got there I confirmed the number with the front desk and they said it was their number and I told them I tried calling and they said they were here during the time I was calling. I didn’t argue but asked if the hot tub and pool were open and they said the hot tub was broken. So we paid a little extra for that area for a hotel with a hot tub and didn’t get it, which could’ve been avoided if they answered the phone. The pool itself was tiny, temperature and cleanliness was fine but anymore than 6 or so people and it would be crammed.
