The stay would have been perfect except for the children shutting the power off to the spa. Spa got cold needed hours to heat up. The hotel needs better supervision around the pool and spa.

I stay here a few times a year. Clean, Convenient, plenty of parking, very nice staff. Lovely pool and jacuzzi indoor and out! Nice breakfast included. Near outlets, wineries. Love the rooms.

Property is fine but the little things were lacking. No water in the lobby, always empty. No towels for the pool (ever!) and had to request over and over. Dog walking area trash can filled with poop (never emptied). These little things matter to guests! Overall fine though.

Overall the hotel is really nice. Surrounding area is decent too. The issue that we had is the room. We stayed on the second floor and the room needs a deep, deep deep clean. There were stains on the carpet, on the furniture. There was actually food residue on the walls. Counters had dust. There was someone else’s hair on the floor in the kitchen. It wouldn’t take much to wipe down the wall, but it was overlooked which seems for a LONG time. The room was dirty and left a poor taste in my mouth. I won’t be going back. Ironically, the cleaning staff all have an intense frown on their faces at all times and very rude. They gave us dirty looks whenever we locked eyes. The only positive things were the front desk staff and the bed. The staff at the front were professional and very nice. The bed was really really really comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

The breakfast was good and the public areas were nice, however, there were rips and holes in the very uncomfortable, small couch and stains on the walls. The crib / pack n play they gave us was very dirty and smelly. We chose to have the baby sleep in bed with us, which made for an uncomfortable and restless sleep. The staff were nice and helpful but I feel these conditions weren’t up to Marriott standards.

I felt the room fan was filthy. Clogged dust in vent facing bed. Woke up with sinus problems breathing in all the dust. I asked them to change filter they said they would. They never came to fix it.

This is a very low budget, basic hotel despite the high room rate. Musty smell from being pet friendly. The indoor pool had green mould on the side. Could have just been unfortunate on the night we stayed, however, it was very noisy with big groups who stayed up till the early hours. Wont stay again

Dings for an awkward hvac system that runs an annoying ceiling fan if you need any heat; maybe bring a long pole to stop it by brute force next time. Some housekeeping misses: a comforter with some dried blood on it, a kitchenette sink drain that barely drains, several burned out lights making for an oddly dark bathroom and kitchen, and a freezer reeking of fish like nothing you've ever smelled before. Happened to get to check out with an unhappy employee, too, who should not be in a customer-facing role. But all other staff were great. Would stay here again if price competitive, but not if higher than others nearby.

The rooms were clean and updated nicely. The rugs didn't have stains or masked by deodorizers which tend to irritate sinuses. Very safe and convenient to shopping and nice places to visit. Breakfast was nice. Parking was good

Breakfast was good, but I was frustrated that housekeeping kept entering my room each morning with their keycard to check if I had left, even though I was staying for multiple days. Additionally, there were a lot of children during our stay, and I could hear them running around throughout the day and night, which made it difficult to relax.

Our stay was amazing. From check in to check out. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and very well laid out. The rooms were spacious and offered many amenities. It was more than we expected. Breakfast was wonderfully delicious. I can't say enough how the staff made our stay effortless.

Parking was easy. The continental breakfast had a variety of yummy food. The hotel room was clean and spacious (we opted for the kitchen). The only gripe was the wedding after party two floors below us in the meeting room until 11pm. We had to complain due to the loud chatter outside while we tried to sleep.

I was very surprised to see the suite as advertised. It was very comfortable except for the pull out couch. That was very uncomfortable. I can’t see well so figuring out which was shampo, conditioner or body soap was difficult. Maybe something can be done with putting stickers on each bottle. The next time I stay here I will bring food as the kitchen was more then suitable.

On our first night, there was an unofficial party that took over the pool and hot tub. The staff was apologetic and I know it was out of their control. They arranged for us to have that first night adjusted.

I loved the hotel, the staff & the breakfast. I had a situation with the battery pack on the door therefore we couldnt get into our room for over a half hour or more, even the engineer couldnt do anything until the next day. Thankfully out of nowhere, maybe an hour later, the battery worked. I am still waiting for some time of compensation from the hotel & expedia for my total inconvenience.

I loved the hotel, the staff & the breakfast. I rented a wheelchair accessible room. When I arrived I was informed that they gave the room to someone else and had no more accessible rooms. It was not an option for me to stay in a regular room, staff acted like I was out of luck. I had to ask staff to call the room and explain the situation which they reluctantly did. The guests in the room were understanding and moved rooms. I am not an unreasonable person, however staff insisted that the people checked in under my name which they did not. Staff took zero responsibility which was simply rude. We had to wait so long for everything to get sorted and cleaned that we missed the entire cocktail hour and a half of the wedding we were in town to attend. Staff handled this very poorly and made us feel like we did something wrong when all we tried to do was check into our hotel room. I booked at the Marriott because I thought they cared about people with disabilities. I was very hurt by how we were treated and that I had to take control of the situation to resolve the error. Poor customer service.

Amazing experience. Staff was so kind helpful and friendly. The kids loved all the pools and hot tubs they had a blast hanging out. Beautiful outdoor patio areas for lounging can bbq hang by the fire. The breakfast in the morning is the best. It’s like ordering out they have something for everybody we eat like champs where we’re here. Felt like being in a Caribbean resort the manager comes around in the morning saying hello and greeting everyone adding good vibes to start your day off. Always a great experience when we come to stay here. Want to give a special thank you to housekeeper Isabella and front desk Erika. My nonverbal son left his favorite stuffed animal he sleeps with every night. They went to great lengths to find it and were so kind and understanding to our panic as this item was invaluable to us. Can not thank them enough.!!

There’s. No cameras there teenagers kept knocking on our door and and other guest and kept running. ( which went on for quite sometime) they threw ice in my friends face. The front desk clerk on duty did nothing after complaints from several guest. Security didn’t arrive until later that night and did absolutely nothing. The police were called… nothing was done😏It was the worse hotel experience we have ever experienced. No cameras things could have definitely escalated. But, thank God they didn’t.

NO SHOWER GEL IN THE 2 BEDROOM SUITE INFORMED STAFF 3 X TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET SHOWER GEL THEY SHOULD CHECK ALL THE ROOMS PRIOR TO CHECK IN NO CAN OPENER IN THE KITCHEN, REQUESTED AND CAME WITHIN 15 MINUTES

Our stay was amazing. From check in to check out. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and very well laid out. The rooms were spacious and offered many amenities. It was more than we expected. Breakfast was wonderfully delicious. I can't say enough how the staff made our stay effortless.

I do wish they had real coffee mugs at breakfast instead of only disposable paper. Breakfast food in wrappers was not great. The waffles were more like steamed waffles than baked. Only one elevator working. The hotel was very clean and the kitchens were super cute.

No complaints at all! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Staff was super friendly, hotel very beautifully decorated, location clean, plenty parking, and great breakfast options. I had the one bedroom suite for a few days, and it was very spacious and comfortable. No dining on sight so I had to order from the restaurant next door and one a short drive away for takeout to being back.

Room was nice and clean, nice layout. For me I have several back issues the bed was not comfortable because of my issues. I think others would find the bed comfortable. Also, they bed was too high for me I had to go buy a step stool to get up onto the bed because the hotel did not have one. Staff very friendly and willing and wanting to help. We needed a new blowdryer ours wasn't working it was replaced the next day. Pools GREAT!

Upon entering the staff was professional and very friendly. He gave me all of the information that I needed for my stay overnight. The room was very clean and quiet. I felt as if I was on a mini vacation. The breakfast was good the next morning. I sat inside and outside with my morning coffee. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the size of the one bedroom suite. It was extremely small. When you opened the bedroom door you blocked the tv in the living room. And when you went to the bathroom, the door blocked the toilet. I never realized how very small the room was. Other than that I would recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and clean . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious from the coffee to the fruit! There’s something for everyone, even cold brew!! The pool an hot tub were wonderful at the end of a busy day sightseeing.
