Blood on sofa and floor of king suite. Carpet torn/ pulling up. Overall very unkept. It seems like they have no intention on maintaining what once was likely a nice establishment. My family did not feel safe staying here. The only redeeming quality was the ability to get moved to another room after walking in and seeing the condition of the king suite.

They need to get the reservation. Straightened out between Expedia and the casino. Because I have received the wrong room both times that I reserved it on here and had to get it corrected.

Our room was on the second floor and had no fridge or microwave so she had maintenance wheel one right down from the third floor it took less than 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly.

I checked in late into the night. Someone was there at the desk to greet me and take care of my reservation. The shower in the morning didn't work, so I checked out and let them know. They apparently get that complaint a lot. It's not broken, just user error. I just suggest to ask if people checking in have done so before and let them know how to work the shower or leave instructions if they do get that issue often. Other than that it was a great stay.

Room was great. Their computer at restaurant in house was in process of re-booting for breakfast, so i was unable to use my complimentary card for the meal, and I had to leave before they were up and running when i checked out. otherwise, everything went as planned.

The staff was helpful. The casino was clean and kept neat. The room that we stayed was near however there was no table if you are sitting on the couch, to set anything on. The carpeting was either dirty or stained and there was a garage bag on the floor in the corner when we first walked in the room. Not sure what was in it. Also the ice machine did not provide ice on the second floor. So there was a few issues. May have to research more options on our next stay in Watertown in a few months. Thanx for listening
