Spruce Lane Lodge and Cottages

This is our third year staying in the cottages. Each year it gets worse and worse. It’s a shame they are letting them go down hill. Dirty. Grass a ft high. An 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper on the roll. Just Dirty!! I wish I could buy them. It could be so nice. really disappointed.

It’s a fine overall. Dishwasher was still full of dishes. No trash bags. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Big space for the price. One of the toilets was backed up and not usable for the stay.

Check in process was easy. Property and room a little unkempt. Looks like they are slowly updating and some areas very used especially the shower. Grounds are not mowed. Overall just ok

Room was clean but there was no one in the office, no ice machine, inside room needed to be updated

It was the contactless check in that I’m not fond of, I did not like giving my personal info and credit card to someone over the phone. I like to see a person everyone I talked to was friendly. The phone number I could only hear only every other word very bad reception on that part. The stay itself was clean and comfortable. What extras could I be charged for I paid in advance.
