Needed a place to stay for our drive home. Lovely clean room, quiet , nice bar and breakfast area. We didn’t stay long enough to use pool, gym, etc. but it looked nice.

Motel was clean and modern. Pool was small, wasn't to happy about the surprise parking fee. They also charge for wifi if you use it. Nothing was mentioned about that. They have a hidden fee for everything here that would normally be included in other motels.

Great rooms, nice hotel. Charged extra for parking on their own lot which I did not think was right. I did not see on their posting that it was an extra $15 per day. It is ridiculous that hotels have started charging extra for parking when they know people are traveling and have cars, just an extra way to get extra money without posting it in the rate.

This hotel was beautiful and clean but there were a couple reasons I rated down a notch. We did not know we would be charged $15 for “overnight” parking for each day! I guess if we only stayed during the day we would not be charged? One of the reasons I picked this hotel was it listed EV charging but did not say it was a Tesla Supercharger that only worked with Teslas.

Overall we liked the hotel, but I booked because I wanted a pool and that was closed for most of our stay. The hotel explained there was an accident and pool had to be cleaned. I was surprised that there was a charge of $20 a day for parking. I've stayed in Bend numerous times over last thirty years and never paid for parking. We were pleased though that they took parking off the bill.

A way nicer property than I was expecting. Great location and within walking distance of what I was there for, which was the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was pretty good. Could have used maybe one or two more meat options but the quality of what was there was good. Would stay again.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety. Pool was great and hot tub was nice. Gym was nice. Our TV only had a select few channels that worked the first night we were there. Our room phone had the busy tone every time we tried to call the front desk so we had to go downstairs when we needed something. I told the front desk but there wasn’t much resolution. The walls are paper thin, we got a room on the 4th floor (away from all the families staying there for the wrestling tournament that weekend) and still got woken up early by people with kids next door. Parking $15 a night to park in the parking lot but we should have parked near the curb and walked a little closer. Would do things a little differently but I think we would consider staying again for the location.

I love SpringHill Suites. The rooms and properties have never failed me. The SS was conveniently located and walkable to various shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The shower was huge. The bed was comfortable. If it is an option, I will always choose SS. It’s a very good value. Oh! The complimentary breakfast was not bad, either.

There was a relentless clicking sound in our room. Finally at 1:00am we called the front desk to ask for help, as we couldn’t sleep. The person working was so rude and seemed extremely irritated with us, and we were just trying to figure out a solution. She interrupted us to say she had a guest in front of her (like we aren’t guests) and said to call us when we knew what we wanted to do (which was….what??) For $200 a night (plus they charge parking which is a little ridiculous) I would expect at minimum helpful and polite service.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was clean and the service was excellent. I did stop by breakfast a couple of times, and everything was good. The one down fall there was was the wifi. Apparently if you stay on an upper floor the wifi does not work that well. I was on floor three. If you need to get work done while there I would suggest getting a lower floor.

I already left the front desk know, there is a terrible noise from the fresh air supply to the room. The room doesnt have an opperable window, so, the builder decide to run a central fresh air supply. The opening for that is way too small and make a terrible air flow noise 24/7. I m very sensible for noise during night, so I tried to close this opening with a T shirt, partly helped. Other than this, the Hotel is a nice place, with a central location. I might have to go to a different place next time.

I stayed for work and was surprised when i saw charges on my credit card that i wasnt expecting. I was charged for beer that i never ordered or received and $20/day for parking. There was no mention of the parking fees on my itinerary or when i checked in. I wouldnt have parked in the parking lot if they told me about this charge. Also, they knew how long i was staying so why wasnt that charged upfront? Instead they slid it on the bill after i left. Would not recommend this place or stay here again because of these surprise and unexpected fees.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the Dechutes River and the Old Mill District. The place was very clean and the breakfast was a nice addition. The only complaint we had was the fact that they were very strict with their cancellation. We had an unforeseen event we needed to leave for and our room rate was not able to be refunded

Would definitely stay here again. Felt that everyone went above and beyond. The bartender even stayed open later so the concert goers could have some refreshments after the show.

We were encouraged to visit the bar at check-in but when we went there, the bar tender was nowhere in sight. After about 15 minutes, we went to the front desk to inquire and were told he would go find the bar tender. She came out after about 5 more minutes. Disappointing.

Super convenient location. We walked to our concert at Hayden Homes in about 15 minutes. Restaurants and bars are close as well. If you wanted to kayak or raft, the inlet is very close.

Springhill Suites is conveniently located near the concert venue, only a 10-15 minute walk. Staff were extraordinarily polite and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the Dechutes River and the Old Mill District. The place was very clean and the breakfast was a nice addition. The only complaint we had was the fact that they were very strict with their cancellation. We had an unforeseen event we needed to leave for and our room rate was not able to be refunded

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a long time! I loved how the rooms were spaced out, it was super quiet, the bed was super comfortable, and the room was VERY clean and stylish! The location is perfect for walking either downtown, to the Old Mill District, and is directly across the street from the Box Factory with lots of drinking, dining and shopping options close by! I have nothing bad to say about my stay here and will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

This is a very nice modern hotel. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the Old Mill shopping and eating nearby. We did not expect the $20 per night parking fee.

I already left the front desk know, there is a terrible noise from the fresh air supply to the room. The room doesnt have an opperable window, so, the builder decide to run a central fresh air supply. The opening for that is way too small and make a terrible air flow noise 24/7. I m very sensible for noise during night, so I tried to close this opening with a T shirt, partly helped. Other than this, the Hotel is a nice place, with a central location. I might have to go to a different place next time.

A way nicer property than I was expecting. Great location and within walking distance of what I was there for, which was the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was pretty good. Could have used maybe one or two more meat options but the quality of what was there was good. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and even though our room was right next to the front desk and entrance, we didn’t hear any noise at night waking us up. The breakfast was delicious and the area around the hotel was beautiful and amazing food trucks

I love SpringHill Suites. The rooms and properties have never failed me. The SS was conveniently located and walkable to various shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The shower was huge. The bed was comfortable. If it is an option, I will always choose SS. It’s a very good value. Oh! The complimentary breakfast was not bad, either.

the only rough part was breakfast. the layout has everyone merging in one area. Not the staff's fault but bad architecture, trying to get food turned into a hassle which kind of set the tone for the rest of the morning.

The room was very clean and amenities great. Beds were very very comfortable. Black out curtains helped alot. Our room was very spacious.All staff were so friendly and welcoming Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed happy hour and the out door sitting area. Alot of food options near by or easily walkable. Exceptional hotel and would not even consider looking for another if we return to Bend. A+

Everything was great. I think a vending machine would be nice. Even though I heard staff talking about going CASH LESS. Thats a bit disappointing. I'm not the only one who thinks that way. And at breakfast, the scrambled eggs were a bit watery and bland. Eggs are cheap enough to use real eggs, rather than egg powder. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thanks again.

We have stayed here several times and it never fails to exceed expectations. The location is perfect for all activities, especially if you are going to a show at the amphitheater, you can walk and no hassle with parking! Parking fee for the hotel is $25 per day, which if there was a negative, that would be it. The breakfast was good and coffee/water is available all day. There is also a fridge in the room!
