Villa Bahía de Palma - Familjesemester - Villa för 12 personer i Cala Vinyes

The villa was very clean and had all the facilities we required. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with good access to restaurants, beach and shops. When we had a couple of minor issues with the villa, the owners were very quick to respond and resolve the issues to our satisfaction.Overall a very pleasant stay.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter empfanden wir als äußerst unfreundlich und wenig kundenorientiert. Leider entsprach auch die Ausstattung der Villa in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an eine Unterkunft für 12 Personen. Weder Pfannen, Töpfe, Gläser noch Tassen waren in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Zusätzlich fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Ersatztücher, Sonnenschirme und Auflagen für die Liegen.Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unseren Rückfragen: Weder auf telefonische Anrufe noch auf schriftliche Nachrichten erhielten wir eine Rückmeldung. Insgesamt hinterließ der Aufenthalt dadurch einen sehr negativen Eindruck.

Wenige Fußminuten vom Zentrum und Strand von Magaluf entfernt. Gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Bahía de Palma, it exceeded all expectations.The villa was clean and modern, spacious comfy bedrooms and lovely bathrooms, the terrace, BBQ and pool area are great! We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the sun beds out there.Location is great - supermarket a short walk away and about a 10-15 min walk down to Magaluf beach, restaurants and the strip. Great communication from the host throughout, We were really impressed with the villa and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
